       Transactional pharmacies letting patients down

       When it comes to pharmacies, I've had some bad experiences. I've
       been finding that I have to keep very careful track of my
       prescriptions because the pharmacy makes so many mistakes. They
       send me oversupplies of some drugs and undersupply others. Drugs
       aren't ready at the time when I've been told they would be.
       Pharmacies are very bad about communicating with the patient
       about problems or changes. My complaints could go on and on.
