       I'm going to keep on doing my stretching exercises as
       recommended in physical therapy but maybe I'll just be helping
       the arthritis problems or some other non-MS problem, according
       to this study.

       Then, too, there are good studies and there are not-so-good
       studies. When it is stated that the study subjects were
       ambulatory, I wonder how ambulatory they were? Would it have
       mattered if the subjects were not very ambulatory or not
       ambulatory at all?
