Why do NARCOMS questionnaires never deal with falls?

There is a new NARCOMS survey to fill out. If you're not
       familiar with NARCOMS:
  HTML https://www.narcoms.org/
I've been doing NARCOMS surveys since they began. The fairly
long questionnaires often ask about an extensive list of MS
symptoms, with a special focus on how a person has been doing in
the last 4 weeks (or some other specified period of time).
There have been questions about gait, bladder, bowels, vision,
spasticity, tremors, etc. There have been questions about MS
drugs, and questions about use of aids like wheelchairs or
       walkers or canes.
But I can't recall any questions about falls, ever.
From years of running my eye over several MS online message
boards and from talking with people with MS in real life, as
well as from my own experience, it's clear to me that falls are
often a very major part of our lives if we have MS.
I fail to understand why the NARCOMS surveys omit any mention of
falls. It would be instructive for anyone interested in helping
people with MS to find out just how frequent falls typically are
and under what circumstances they occur. It would also be
helpful to know what kinds of injuries typically happen--and
especially how long it takes to recover from falls and
       fall-related injuries.
Preventing falls should be at the top of the agenda for anyone
with MS, in my opinion. I have left a message on the NARCOMS
Website about including information about falls in future
       surveys.
