       I never stopped wearing a mask. News reached me today that a
       neighbor has COVID and is going around among people and to
       stores anyway. When told she should be staying at home alone
       because of the COVID, she said she didn't care.
       It's this kind of irresponsible behavior that spreads a disease
       that can be fatal. It can often be serious enough to land a
       person in the ICU.
