       Donald Trump trading cards selling like hotcakes

       Former US President Donald Trump is marketing digital trading
       cards featuring (you guessed it!) himself in various costumes.
       These cost $99 each, and you can enter a contest with one of the
       prizes being dinner at Mar-a-Lago with Trump himself.  From the
