       4th PML case found in MS patient taking Ocrevus

       A 4th case of PML has developed in an MS patient taking Ocrevus.
       All 4 cases are being regarded as "carry-over" cases because all
       of the patients had been taking other MS drugs, possibly not
       waiting long enough before starting Ocrevus. Genentech has
       issued this (June 2018) to health-care practitioners:
