       NICE won't provide NHS funding for Ocrevus

       In the UK, NICE (National Institute for Health and Care
       Excellence) is the organization that decides whether there will
       be National Health Service funding for a new drug. They've
       decided that Ocrevus isn't cost-effective enough to warrant use
       of NHS resources, based on the available evidence.  Ocrevus
       wasn't compared with all of the other available MS drugs--just
       with interferon beta-1a.
