       664 PML cases in MS patients taking Tysabri as of 6/6/16

       There have been 664 PML cases in MS patients taking Tysabri as
       of June 6, 2016. The total does not include 3 patients taking
       Tysabri for Crohn's disease.
       There have been 24 new cases in April and May.
       As of 5/30/16 the rate of PML cases per 1,000 was 4.22. Of those
       with PML, 23% have died and 77% were alive with varying degrees
       of disability.
       As of March 31, 2016, there were 152,500 patients receiving
       Tysabri.
