Complaint on Xavier_Fernandez, Drew_Maddox, and Bill_Board

Right.. This has been quite the evening. First of all, I was
driving around in my cruiser and saw a gunfight involving a
group of people containing Yakiii mentioned in the complaint
under this one by Xavier. I shot and killed Xavier and one
other man on accident, then later I received a call over /d
after another similar gunfight. Yakii approached me infront of
City Hall saying a gang was about to come raid it. I ran
swiftly to the PD and suited up, grabbing some heavier weapons.
Returning, a gang of people stormed up in an SUV and started
KoSing. That would be Drew_Maddox, Xavier_Fernandez, and
Bill_Board. We were fighting in the street and everyone
suddenly rushed into the CH. I followed and we continued the
fight there, then Xavier ran up the stairs to the left,
following Yakii. Yakii rush tazed and I was like "Rush taze,
you can't do that." in /b and just continued the gunfight.
After the others were dead, I argued in /b that he can't do that
and Cloud_Shakur uncuffed him. He continued the gunfight then
and we killed him in the stairwell after he retreated.
Following that, Drew_Maddox came back in an attempt to RK. He
opened fire and we followed, then he fled the scene in a car.
Getting in my cruiser with Cloud_Shakur, I chased, lost him,
then drove by the Ammunation alley and saw figures in there.
Moving in, they started opening fire. I jumped out, pulled my
gun out, and Xavier started screaming STOP, WAIT WAIT WAIT WRONG
PERSON in /b. Confused, I stopped and asked what in /b.
Following that, IC he said Okay Drew, finish him. Drew shot me
dead, mixing OOC with IC. Following that, I had arguments with
Xavier_Fernandez and Bill_Board. Xavier had apparently been
trying to become an admin of sorts by DMing Yakii who had
apparently been HP hacking. I responded to these events IC, as
they should have been. All three of these people have committed
multiple counts of DM, and I will attach screenshots of chat
logs proving this. Look below.

I was not going to post this, but two of those people constantly
harassed me to the point I'm just pissed the fuck off right now.
Do with this what you will. I also dislike how Xavier thinks
he can get someone banned just because he's friends with
admin(s)
EDIT: I apologize for the SS's not being in order but you should
be able to piece them together. No time to switch them around,
will do so tommorrow after school if needed.

Okay now first of all,Yakii Mged us a gang coming to City Hall
to raid it.
He could've cornered him anywhere we like he just MG'ed ICly to
give him an advantage.
You don't know any of it so I don't blame you.
KOSing,sure if thats what you want to call it.
He DMed me at Skate Park.
I spawned at County and he DM'ed me again.
Me and Bill both know that he was a hacker as we witnessed it
along with Drew,but however we didn't have SS'es to prove it.
You too have witnessed the hacking.
Drew Maddox RK?I don't know let him argued for it himself.
Yes,I screamed in /b STOP STOP WAIT but you god damn know it
wasn't meant for you,it was for Yakii.
Confused?I gave you 5 second after I screamed to say
"Drew,finish him off"
Oh BTW:Umad cuz Bill shit-talk you?Minh allowed OOC insults so

5 second after that Drew finally shot you.

Me becoming admin?Close,he DMed me twice there's no guarantee he
won't DM me again so why shouldn't I kill him first?
Commited multiple counts of DM.Yea true very true no one want to
spend all of their time at an hospital because of an hacker boy.
You was not going to post this,I don't care nor the other admin.

If you're getting DM'd and no admins are on, make a forum
complaint. Don't DM back, that makes you just as guilty as he
is as you went after him in turn, not the other way around. He
approached me IC and I was not aware that you were OOC hunting a
hacker IC. You were fucking about on the RP server refusing to
RP, and you even told me that over OOC SMS. Nobody forced you
to stay and DM'd, you wanted to kill him and break server rules.
You broke rules, as did he. He broke them more severely, but
you still broke them.

I forget if it was either you or Bill who said "LOL YOU GONNA
GET BANNED BECAUSE MINH MY FRIEND" but it's in the screenshots.
Look over them, please. You honestly think I would defend a
hacker? I'm not defending him, I'm criticizing your wrongdoing
in attempting to deal with him when you were not allowed to do
so in that manner. Two wrongs don't make a right, as I'm sure
your parents have told you in the past. Guess what? They were
right. Leave the server next time, don't start a whole DM event
that's serverwide. I was required to respond to his calls as he
did them IC. I'm a police officer, it's my duty to protect.
All of the incidents I saw that I assisted in you either A. Came
in firing or B. Were already firing with him when I arrived.
Anything else is not my problem, I acted on what I saw. You
never told me that you were OOC hunting him, and even if you
did.. Tough shit, it's RP not a Hacker version of Duck Hunt.
You told me he was a hacker and threatened to get me banned for
helping him, that's it. And frankly, I don't give a shit if you
threaten me. Because they're empty threats. I've done nothing
wrong, followed server rules the entire time.

I started a DM serverwide?Actually, they decided whether or not
to go with me as they seen Yakii as a hacker.

Never say you did and never care.
This is me and Yakii's business,if I get prisoned for DM and he
get Permanently banned from MSRP for hacking, It's not really
your business.
They can prisoned me if they want,I actually don't care.
I just want Yakii to get the hell out of the server.

Done debating with you as you cannot make out any point I'm
making other than you made me mad. Reply again if you have
something constructive to add, if not stop posting on my thread
please.
