Complaint against Honda Osborn

well, me and a FBI agent. Honda Osborn, was just doing some
random stuff.
Then, someone ran when they saw us, cus hes /badge was on.
He, stopped them. And non rp frisked etc... Non rp took they're
things, as he CA and can't RP.
