[MUST READ] Gang Regulations & OOC Point Rules.

[font=trebuchet ms]When you are going to recruit people you have
to follow three steps in your test, have an interview/chat
In-Character, check their roleplay with /me and /do and then
check their Out-Of-Character knowledge at the end. If you are
caught inviting people without any of these tests you will get
your family a strike, people who accidentally leave will have to
get invited In-Character as well for those who haven't
understood it yet.

• Option 2: Disbanding the family

• [font=trebuchet ms]Attempting to sell / buy a gang
slot:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]If you have made an application for a gang
you are not allowed to sell the slot for e-money or real money.
You can contact the Gang Management Team if you want to give the
leadership to a rank six in your family. If you are interested
in making a gang then you have to make an application, buying
the slot will not work.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:
• Banning the seller / buyer
• Disbanding the family[/font]
• [font=trebuchet ms]Changing the name of the family or rank
names without approval:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]If you make an application for example
Corleone Mafia, then you are not allowed to change the gang name
/ type of gang without approval from the Director of the Gang
Management. The family leaders have chosen who to give ranks 5-6
to. You take full responsibility for their actions if the name
gets changed. If you would like to get your slot back, you must
re-apply.[/font]

• Option 2: Disbanding the family[/font]
• [font=trebuchet ms]Abusing the /adjust command:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]You are not allowed to abuse the /adjust
command, abusing it could be like changing the rank names to
funny things or promoting people for fun / kicking them and
re-inviting them for fun.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:

• [font=trebuchet ms]Multiple low ranking members caught
breaking rules: (rank 1-5)[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]If many of your members are caught breaking
server rules it's not good, it's your job as the leader to kick
them out if they do it.[/font]

• [font=trebuchet ms]Co-leader(s) or leader caught breaking a
server rule: (rank 6)[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]We take it strictly towards leaders and
co-leaders, if you are rank 6 in a family then you should behave
and enforce the rules and teach your members to enforce them
too. If you don't, then it's not our problem. Lying to
administrator(s) is a serious offense.[/font]

rank 6's:[/font]

Your family is allowed to have five rank 5's and three rank 6's
including you, it's your own responsibility who you promote. We
will not refund safes that get stolen if it's someone you
promoted.(Not including faction leader as Rank 6)

[CENTER]OOC Point Rules & Regulations:[/CENTER]
• [font=trebuchet ms]Using other family skins:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]While attending a point, you must use your
family skins. You may not abuse the VIP system and wear a skin
that is not assigned to your family. During an RP situation, you
must first ask an administrator for permission to use another
families' clothes.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:
• Strike
• Prison 60 minutes[/font]
• [font=trebuchet ms]Crack-Shooting / C-Bugging:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]Crack-shooting and C-Bugging is strictly
forbidden in points / overall, if you are caught c-bugging /
crack-shooting you will be punished. You also may not CS with a
shotgun.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:
• Strike (if rank 6 got caught)
• Prison 60 minutes
• Option 2: Prison 60 minutes + Strike

• [font=trebuchet ms]Multicapturing / Lag capturing / Ping
spiking:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]It's perfectly alright if you multicapture in
case the first capper dies, but if someone that attempts to
capture the point successfully attempts to capture it you have
to move, if you multicapture to have your name shown for
everyone, then you will be punished.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]Lag capturing is when you have massive lag so
no one can hit you, if you exploit that and go capture your
whole family will get punished.
You also may not turn on any 3rd client program that makes your
ping rise so you have an advantage at point.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:

• Prison 60 minutes[/font]
• [font=trebuchet ms]Gang point alliance: (max 1)[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]Your family is allowed to have one OOC
alliance for points, all alliances have to be approved by the
Director of Gang Management and if you make an alliance without
having it approved your whole family will get punished.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]Your gang alliance must stay at least 1 week
before you may change your alliance.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:

• [font=trebuchet ms]Going to point: (minimum 2 members)[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]While attending a point, you must have at
least 2 members online at the time the point starts and
finishes. You may only attend a point by yourself if you have
permission from the Director of Gang Management.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:
• Strike
• Prison 60 minutes[/font]
• [font=trebuchet ms]Shooting outside point:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]You are not allowed to shoot from outside of
a point to inside if you're not a sniper. Family members inside
the point are allowed to open fire at you if you are aiming a
sniper without shooting, if they spot you aiming with a sniper
they are allowed to kill you.
CHASING PEOPLE WHO RAN OUT OF THE POINT IS ALLOWED. If you have
been inside once and run away to get health and they stop
chasing you they are allowed to kill you once they see you again
even if you're outside the point. If you are outside the point
and haven't entered the point yet and you see a member of yours
being chased and killed, you are not allowed to join the fight
as you have not been inside the point.[/font]

• [font=trebuchet ms]Shooting after / before point:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]Point starts at :45 every time, you are not
allowed to shoot a single bullet before that within the point
boundaries. The point ends when a family successfully capture
the point, it takes 10 minutes for a point to get successfully
captured.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:

• [font=trebuchet ms]Chicken Running:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]You may not run in zigzags or around the
person trying to shoot you, this is called chicken
running.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:
• Prison 60 minutes
• Warning

• [font=trebuchet ms]Punching the caper:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]You may not punch the person who is
attempting to cap a point as it gives you an unfair advantage of
killing them without them being able to move.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:
• Strike
• Prison 60 minutes[/font]
• [font=trebuchet ms]Waiting outside the point:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]If you have /capture'd a point and waiting
for it to be finalized, you may not stand outside the point and
wait for another family to come in to attempt to /capture. You
must stay inside the point and defend at all times unless you
are going to a place to get health.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:
• Strike
• Prison 60 minutes[/font]
• [font=trebuchet ms]Alt-tabbing to capture / in point:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]You are not allowed to alt-tab inside of a
point, if you need to go afk, you must exit the point boundaries
and make sure that no one is following you.[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]♦ Punishments:
• Prison 60 minutes
• Possible strike
[/font]
• [font=trebuchet ms]Ranking someone up temporarily so they can
/capture:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]Totally allowed if you won't violate the rule
of having 5 under-bosses max. You must derank the member who
/capture'd immediately after the point is finished.[/font]

• [font=trebuchet ms]Drive-by:[/font]
[font=trebuchet ms]NOT allowed when you are attending to
point.[/font]
