Complaint agains Hung - Corruption

Hello everyone! I'm IBear, and I am posting a complaint against
Hung. It starts off with my specing a report from Dayron Sanchez
the Police officer against 3 guys in a car non-rping a car
crash. As soon as I spec them, they hit a pole, do a 180 due to
Force, and keep driving. That I can understand, but they would
be very VERY wounded by the crash. He continues to drive, hit a
curb, does 2 flips, and continues to drive. I start typing a
jail for the driver for 10 minutes, and right before I hit
enter, he goes off a cliff, and continues to drive. Once I
jailed the driver, the two people were getting out of the car,
RPing. Now, one of the men ran for it after not responding to
any of Dayron's attempts to cuffs. He continues to run until he
gets to All Saints. Dayron has had some lag issues, but is still
behind him. Once Dayron tazes the man near LSPD in front of
Unity Station, he claims Dayron is hacking, Dayron Crashed, and
so on. At no time did Dayron crash, but only lag. He yells out
his ADMIN friend was specing him and helping him escape (MG),
and told him Dayron Crashed. Then, after I finish explaining
that he is tazed, RPly pinned down, and about to be cuffed, Hung
TP's in, and says to stop the RP. He goes on about Dayron
crashing, as the other man did. Hung continues to say Dayron is
MGing and about to be jailed. I had no idea that HUNG was the
corrupted one MGing with the man, but it seems so as he claims
HUNG was helping him escape. I said I took a SS of that, and
both HUNGS and the mans expression were "Oh fuck". Remember that
man I jailed in the start of my story? He was unjailed by Hung.
I believe Hung is like Nick_Morrison, our old admin. He has
friends on voice chat, helping them with his admin commands. I
am now suspended for stating that I am making a complaint on
Hung, and here we are.
Charges against Hung:
Standing by friends with admin commands. - Unjailing the guy I
jailed
MG. - Possibly talking over voice chat to help the men escape.
Possibly rigging stats. - Possibly rigging all 3 Men stats.

The problem has been solved and Hung has been getting 1 warning
List me that 3 guys name in game
