       Alex Zwitter, My second in command is now L.O.A After the recent
       hurricane. The town he lived in was suppose to get hit hard.
       going on 3 days now and he has not contacted me or any NOOSE
       personel, We can only hope for the best for the time being but
       it is not like him to not check in every day.
       We have little inteligence on what may have happened to him or
       where he is. I'll update you the best i can.
