       Usage of /requesthelp, /hl and /n

       - Usage of (/n)ewbie:
       This command is the main way of getting help, That requires an
       written answer only, It's used to for asking/answering the
       related server or script questions/answers, This section is
       completely OOC'ly, No need to put brackets, You are not allowed
       to get IC information by asking over /n, The usually answer you
       will get is "Find out IC'ly", Spamming any questions that's
       required to be known IC'ly from one player after he/she got a
       warn will get him muted from the newbie channel, You can ask for
       the general locations, Server staff, Such as the server owner,
       The scripter etc, Also you can ask about a usage of a command,
       Factions full names, Such as what's N.O.O.S.E or T.R.
       Community Advisors, Helpers team, Regular players can answer the
       players over /n, But normal players are not allowd to Say some
       related helpers stuff like "Have any questions? use /n etc..".
       - Usage of /hl:
       This is an another way of getting help, /joinhelp to get help
       with this way, Same rules that's for /n is for /hl, After
       getting your questions answered, You will have to /leavehelp,
       Over wise you will be kicked from the channel or even banned if
       kept abusing, Or did it more than once, Only helpers and
       community advisors can help in here, If you are looking to earn
       helper position, The only way to do is to help over /n.
       - Usage of /requesthelp:
       This is the most useful way of getting a private/special help,
       It's not just for asking any questions, But you can use it to
       get an advisor TP'ed to you, And help you with any kind of
       helping, Even if to get you to a specific place, Please note
       when you have your help request accepted that you are not
       moving, Advisors doesn't TP with vehicles, And they won't run
       before you, The request will be finished as soon as you move far
       than the advisor location, Only newbies can use this command, If
       you are not, /report to the admins requesting to have your
       report sent to the Community Advisors.
