FBI - Recommendtions System

FBI[/I][/B][/COLOR][/SIZE][/CENTER]
[SIZE=2][B]1. Only equal or above rank two are able to recommend
the applicants.
2. A format will be set by the law enforcement agencies leaders
and directors for recommending, Using another will considered as
an unofficial recommendation.
3. All recommendations will be counted as one, No matter the
recommended law enforcement officer rank.
4. No civilians recommendations will be counted, Only law
enforcement officers can do it.
5. Any kind of trolling of any reply to the application will
give a warning to who did it, Reaching a specific warnings will
lead the Internal Affairs of the FBI handle this.
6. Any law enforcement officer can recommend an applicant once
only, No changes are allowed anyhow.
7. The applicant can't ask for getting recommendations, Any kind
of deal between the applicant and a law enforcement officer to
get him a recommendation, Will get the both punished and will
get that applicant perm-denied.
