Lol I'm stupid

I IP banned myself on my forum, now I can't lift the ban since I
can't get into my admin accounts. Now I have to create ANOTHER
forum, that means one month of hard work down the drain.

What you need to do is go onto a different computer, log into
your account, and unban yourself.

How do you set it so that the title of the message that shows up
is different from the URL?
