My opinion is ban him or demote him..He whines about him getting
to soldier and stuff by cheating while OTHERS like us want to
reach that by not cheating. >:( We gave him chances and he is
unfair because I want to get really high. He basically should be
banned for all of the spam he did to reach a rank that we are
working on fair and square. Thats all.

I personally think that his demotion may be an order...
