Writing Legends- The Penmaster

Legends speak of those who are masters at the arts of writing.
Those few people are called; Penmasters. They have control over
both the Writers Avenue and Reviewer Lane. (They are Writers and
Reviewers). Those who have the rank of penmaster will be given a
test; a test, to become a Recruiter. Plus, they will be given
the cool power of being able to walk down both streets!

This topic explains everything. Become a Writer and a reviewer,
