Yes, that is a good rule. I'll add the punishment. You cannot
enter the hall of fame for that month. If you do it again, you
get a warning about it. Not a major one. It won't go against
your account in the long run. If you do it again, you will not
be allowed to see the Hall of Fame section. You'll be banned
from it.
