Free in the car? The Motorola Roadster 2 is a full-featured,
Bluetooth speakerphone that delivers on both performance and
ease-of-use. 3. Plantronics BackBeat Go Plantronics BackBeat Go
The $99 Plantronics BackBeat Go is a comfortable, extremely
unobtrusive, wireless stereo Bluetooth earphone set that works
equally well for voice calls and music. Excellent voice quality
and noise suppression in both directions, and the tangle-free
cord really works. 4. Aliph Jawbone Era Aliph Jawbone Era The
Aliph Jawbone Era is more than a headset: it's a potential audio
computing platform. It's the first Bluetooth headset with an
accelerometer and a dedicated applications processor, which
could turn it into anything from a game controller to a
pedometer, or a navigation unit. The sound quality can be just a
touch muddy, however. 5. Logitech UE Mobile Boombox Logitech UE
Mobile Boombox You might find louder and sharper Bluetooth
speakers than the $99 Logitech UE Mobile Boombox, but you won't
find a better all-around package close to its price.
It wins our Editors' Choice award for the category. Nitpicks:
the bass could be stronger. And the speakerphone, while clear,
doesn't get particularly loud. Explains How to Build a Brand

Psychedelics Are Reaching New Highs in Acceptance, and
Businesses Want InOnce seen as taboo, psychedelics are being
recognized for their medicinal potential in treating certain
mental health ailments. But entrepreneurs in the field still
must tread carefully. BY MELISSA ANGELL, POLICY CORRESPONDENT
@MELISSAJOURNO A psilocybe cubensis mushroom.
For psychedelic proponents, the past summer has been full of
wins: The government, Congress, and individual states have all
shown signs of growing acceptance to explore uses of these drugs
as treatments. And as psychedelics continue to gain traction,
more business opportunities are on the horizon. The most popular
psychedelics that come to mind--lysergic acid diethylamide
(LSD), psilocybin (colloquially known as magic mushrooms), DMT
(dimethyltryptamine), and ecstasy (MDMA)--all share a Schedule 1
drug classification, defined as drugs without medical use that
can be easily abused. But what if use? Australia seems to think
so: At the end of June, that nation became the first in the
world to approve MDMA for treating posttraumatic stress disorder
(PTSD), and psilocybin for treatment-resistant depression. In
the U.S., these drugs have been heavily stigmatized, and the
Schedule 1 classification also stymies research opportunities.
That, in turn, strains grant funding. But perceptions are
rapidly shifting, and guidance is being released for the
evolving psychedelic market. The Food and Drug Administration
recently released its first-ever draft guidance to provide
clarity for conducting clinical trials for psychedelic research.
