       I was playing with him, we were fighting for FUN, and i said BRB
       because i had to do something irl, and when i got back i waqs
       gibbed, i respawned, he gibbed me again for no reason... can you
       please perma ban him? that isa gainst rules, killing someone
       with no reason, right? i was not attacking him, i was beging for
       "pelase, leave me alone" but he gibbed me aagain... also, you
       shall remove staff of change...

       You are going to need a bit more evidence than that. If he does
       it again take a screenshot of the log.
