       Misusing a staff of Animation isn't a rule... but it would fall
       under the principle "Don't be a dick." which should be a rule.
       Also with the current forum layout I really can't figure where
       this SHOULD be but it's not here. This isn't a grief report
       unless you're reporting yourself for having misused a staff of
       animation... which has already been handled. ;)
