Admin abuse by Exxy Izzy

Exxy Izzy disrupted my round and unreasonably banned me.
The ban itself was for " Lighting a player on firing, spraying
multiple areas with liquid fuel and then lighting fuel on fire
managing to destroy the DC'd person's body.... then acting like
nothing happened. There's a special place for people like you.

While I did intentionally destroy the body, the character in
question had committed suicide before disconnecting(as was shown
by examining the body), and would not be coming back.
I did not however intend to light the small section of the
hallway that was accidentally sprayed. When I dropped my lighter
after failing to ignite the body the floor caught fire and as
soon as I saw my mistake i spawned a fire extinguisher to put
the fire out and I voiced my frustration at the unintentional
result(therefore, I did not "act like nothing happened", and in
fact helped undo my mistake).
I believe the permanent ban was completely unreasonable as the
body I intended to burn belonged to a player who committed
suicide and as such wouldn't be returning to the body, and I did
my best to undo the damage of setting the small section of
hallway on fire, which ultimately proved to be a minor
disruption to the round, if any disruption at all. As such if a
ban really is necessary I hardly think that a permanent ban is
fair.
The unreasonable disruption of my game happened throughout the
earlier part of the round, it started when the admin interrupted
my fight with a group of commandos who began attacking me while
I explored a space station, the commandos initially used Valors
in an attempt to kill me, but later moved on to using explosive
rockets. The admin did nothing to interrupt the commandos
assault, perhaps even aiding them as an admin constructed walls
around me, which served no defense against the rockets but would
prevent me from escaping, although Exxy Izzy denied knowledge of
this when asked so it is possible that another admin was helping
them. The admin only saw fit to interrupt the battle when I
began successfully retaliating against the group, and to my
knowledge gave no reprimand to the commandos for starting the
fight.
The admin later proceeded to call me out for minor things such
as pushing away someone threatening to cut my leg off or RPing a
threatening conversation with another player(who also RP'ed in
the conversation, and has shown no reservations about doing so),
as well as other minor issues. All of which could easily be
resolved between players without admin intervention, and based
on my observations of the rest of the players throughout the
round, these events would have been left to player discretion in
all cases but my own.

Like the ban stated: It was multiple areas... not to mention I
did catch you spraying other areas and deleted the fuel before
it was lit on fire. As for the DC'd person, frankly I don't ever
recall them commiting suicide. In regards to the last bit of the
message, well... people who ruin the atmospherics (either by
lighting fires, leaking toxins and other gases or causing hull
breaches) just pisses me off... granted no where near as much as
wizards do... Honestly I recall you doing more than just light a
fire and burn a body..
I'm pretty confident that I said I wasn't the one who spawned
the girders/walls, not that I didn't know how they got there...
I also remember you wearing a wizard's hardsuit so I don't get
why you just didn't teleport away. I don't recall the leg part
(I was AFK a lot during this entire thing though) but I remember
telling you not to threaten others or at least I think? Pretty
sure I've told other people not to threaten others as well so
I'm not sure if it was you or not. Lastly, you're wrong.. just
flat out wrong. Out of all the times that it's been "left to the
player's discretion" the situation has always escalated. Either
the people EI NATH each other, blow up part of the station in
trying to do so, get statued and begin to summon either fuel
tanks, supermatter pieces or some other variant of "get-back"
grief.
Lastly, I'm not unbanning you, you try to put the situation
through a light that's favorable to you by either leaving out
portions to make it look better at certain parts or victimizing
yourself. Laffs can go through the logs and determine if this
constituted as too severe of a ban and then edit/remove it. Have
a nice day. :)
