Well, you could always browse through all the items by leaving
the typing space blank when prompted to type in the item you
want to look for. It could take a while, but its all we have, as
a total list would probably take a while to do up.

These items can be used for a lot of grief, specifically the
staff... anyone who has that does not have good intentions.
Some actually handy items to have are infinite cells (Search
'Infinite'). Pop that into an APC or a mech you made and it'll
power it indefinitely. M1911-p's are handy to have too, but only
for their built-in infinite capacity. They have three firing
modes: DESTROY (Pulse Rifle), Kill (Laser), and Stun (Taser). I
usually keep one on stun and in my bag in case someone starts
trying to attack me with intent to grief kill. Typing DNA into
the search shows all the possible mutant powers you can inject
yourself with. You do have to worry about the side effects, such
as bone breaking and monkefying I believe, but it can be real
handy to have Xray vision and Nobreath.
Using the 'suit up' command from the sandbox menu can remove
horsehead masks instantly, and can also remove the Happiest Mask
without killing yourself.

Heretic's said about all the worthwhile ones. But yeah, like
Heretic's first post I would recommend leaving it blank and
searching through the list yourself. You may find things that
interest you while others hardly give a crap about it... In
regards to Ithinkitscool's comments, ignore all of them except
the bit about the ACJ (it's a handy anti-griefing measure).
Griefing or having the intent to grief another player or the
server in any shape or form is not okay and will get you banned
at some point, a spellbook is fine if you intend on using spells
like Teleport or Ethereal Jaunt but just to warn you wizards
have a bad rep and there are obvious reasons as to why they do.
