       Buccaneer and Cutthroat PvP Builds.

       These are the Skill builds and orders for PvP given to us by the
       Former MoD member Thomas Sailaway
       If you have any aspirations of PvP but don't know where to
       start, this is the place.
       Buccaneer Skill Build 1v1 and 6v6
       I put these in categories. One category is for instance called
       "Command", so learn 4 skills in this category.
       Command:      4
       Disabling:        0
       Gambler:         1
       Prowler:          5
       Skirmish:         5
       Smuggling:      0
       Survival:          5
       Though Crew: 5
       Cutthroat Build
       These skills you must have, both for 1v1 and for 6v6.
       I divide them by category as you see, and if it says 5, it's 5
       of the skills you need to learn in that category.

       Destruction:      5
       Disaster:           4
       Flogging:           5
       Gunnery:           0
       Red Flag:           0
       Smuggling:        1
