       The Pirate Codex (Rough Draft)

       (As of now, these are simply guidelines that which a Pirate
       captain may wish to follow when in dealings with fellow pirates
       and Nationals alike.)

       I.
       within the bindings of a duel or skirmish.
       A.
       duel, the dispute is thence resolved and shall not be discussed
       further
       B.
       three-group skirmish be made; one side for each combatant and a
       third side for  witnesses. Any interference form the third party
       will see the conflict automatically resolved and ended.

       a fellow Pirate.

       shall speak as such in public correspondence (Nation Chat)

       Captain shall be mindful and respectful of a National.

       labeled a Rogue Pirate.

       governor has been present (has been online) and has not reduced
       unrest, the governor shall be contacted and urged to reduce
       unrest. Refusing to do so shall be seen as treason and the
       governor shall be labeled a Rogue Pirate.
       D.
       the governor’s duty to replenish the treasury to reduce unrest
       from his own purse. Refusing to do so shall be seen as treason
       and the governor shall be labeled a Rogue Pirate.
       E.
       to reduce unrest, it is then the duty of the Society of which to
       replenish the treasury from their own treasury. Refusal to do so
       shall be seen as treason and the governor will be labeled a
       Rogue Pirate and punishment for the Society shall be decided at
       a Brethren Court.
       F.
       to reduce unrest, and the Governor have no Society, then the
       governor shall not receive punishment.
       XIX.
       acting governor.

       On the Business of the Brethren Court
       XXII.
       need only declare the time to all society leaders.

       decided/voted on in the ready room. Once decided, the
       Commodore’s word is law and his/her orders should be followed to
       the letter. Repeated refusal to follow orders over numerous Port
       Battles will be seen as treason and said Captain be labeled a
       Rogue Pirate.
       XXXV.
       Battle for which they have been voted. (Commodore status does
       not carry over between Port Battles)
       XXXVI.
       (ganking), the giving of quarter (acceptance of surrender) and
       etc. is at the 
       Group leader.
       XXXVII.
       both Port battles and closed engagements.
       On the Business of Groups outside Port Battles (Fleeting, etc.)
       XXXVIII.
       is at the Discretion of the Group leader OR the highest level
       Captain OR the Captain with the largest ship.
       XXXIX.
       they invite or kick from the group.
       NOTE: A group leader SHALL NOT encourage fellow Pirates to
       leave their society solely to join with their own in order to
       fleet and then subsequently release them to return to the former
       society.
