       Forum Rules (READ BEFORE POSTING!)

       ---------------------------------------------------------
       PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING
There are a few rules in place to keep the forums running
smooth. Please follow them to the best of your abilities. First
time offenders will be given a private warning. Repeat offenders
will be given a public warning. Further offenses will be handled
       with more drastic measures.
If you have any questions, Private Message (PM) an Administrator
       or Moderator.

       1. Spam is not tolerated. There will be no constant cussing, nor
posts with one - two words in it. Posts that just say "I agree"
or "That sounds dumb," etc, are not necessary and will be
locked/deleted. The same goes for emoticon abuse and
journal-esque threads. Quote trains (quotes inside of quotes)
are wasteful and tedious to scroll through, constituting a form
of spam. Repeated attempts at spam will result in a warning to
the spammer, and if trouble continues, ban. The definition of
spam is at the moderators' discretion.

       2. Double posting, the act of posting once and then immediately
posting again in the same thread without waiting for a reply, is
generally not allowed. The double poster will first be warned in
public, and if it happens again, be warned in private. Repeated
offenses will result in a ban. If you feel that you did not
complete your whole idea, or that you need to add more to
something, please use the edit button, to prevent trouble.
Double posting is only allowed when it is your own thread, or
the last post was old enough to warrant a bump.

       3. Do not mini-moderate or use Administrators or Moderators as
weapons. This occurs when you see a thread or a person's post
and say "You can't do that, stop it now, or a mod will get you,"
or "This post belongs to the -so and so- thread."

       4. If you feel you were attacked/insulted/flamed in any way on
these forums, do not retaliate by "cussing out" or yelling at
the "attacker." Please, inform one of the moderators, and they
will have a talk with the person as soon as possible.
The same goes to the attacker — flame is a bad thing. Should you
flame/insult a person, a moderator will step in.

       5. Please remember that we have users that are of the younger
age. With this in mind, please do not post any prohibited
images, nor overuse foul language that may be deemed as
"inappropriate" to some others. Use of such language may also
trigger "bad site" filters used in some colleges and cybercafes,
preventing some of our users from accessing the forums.

       6. If you see a post made by what appears to be a spam bot, DO
NOT REPLY. Do not click any links either. Simply ignore it, and
in time a Moderator will come by to delete it. Posting in these
       threads will lead to consequences.

       7. The Moderators are here to help maintain a clean and
productive environment. You must always respect their decisions:
remember that posting here is a privilege, not a right.

       8. Generally, we don't want private issues being discussed in
public. Having an issue with somebody? Take it to the
Administrators. Having difficulty understanding a mod's
decision? Take it to Administrators. Don't know which
moderator/administrator was involved? PM any one Administrator
and they will look into the issue.
We will add more rules as should the need arise. Please help us
avoid new rules by following the current ones and being
       courteous to your fellow members.
