MMod DarkRP Server Rules

[center]MMod DarkRP Server Rules
Rules:
Do not RDM (Random deathmatch). You cannot kill another
player without a good and valid reason. Try to kill people
as a last resort and (where possible) attempt alternative
tactics first.
Do not break NLR (New Life Rule). Once you die you must
forget everything that happened in your previous life and not
return to the place of your death for 5 minutes.
Do not Metagame. This includes using OOC for in game
benefits, anything said in OOC is Out Of Character and cannot
be used In Character.
Do not demote, votekick or voteban other players while a
staff member is on, contact them using @ before your message.
Fading Door rules:
You may only have as many fading doors as real doors (double
doors only count as 1).
Do not Propflash. Whenever you open a fading door you cannot
close it for another 5 seconds (This includes keypads).
Do not have a Double-fading door. This mean placing 2 fading
doors next to each other to make it impossible to pick.
Fading door must not be placed infront of real doors, this
makes it impossible to pick as the fading door keeps closing
before the real door can be opened.
Prop rules:
Do not Propkill. (Killing ot attempting to kill somene with a
prop.)
Do not Propspam. (Spamming props or spawning massive props.)
Do not public build. (building directly infront of your house is
fine). Hobos can public build.
Do not Proptrap. (Using props to trap someone.)
May only propclimb if used realistically in a building that you
own.
Do not Propbridge. (Using a prop to bridge the gap between
buildings.)
Do not Propsurf. (Using props to jump high or fly.)
Do not Propblock. (Using a prop to block a door.)
Extra Rules:
Do not disrespect players. Some in character disrespect is
allowed, but do not do it excessively or through OOC.
Racism is not tolerated, neither is any form of disrespect based
on ethnicity, religion or sex.
Do not spam chat with out-of-game adverts or advertise other
servers.
Do not hack or exploit any glitch.
Do not raid people while they have a building sign up
(players cannot have a building sign if they have any item of
value in the house).
Job Rules
President:
Make laws that your citizens must obey or face arrest.
May not have any gun larger than pistol (TMP and Mac10 are SMGs
and therefore not allowed).
The president may not be killed or taken hostage within 5
minutes of becoming mayor (May still be killed in defence or due
to a hit).
Police, Swat and FBI:
Do not random warrant: Warranting a building without any real
reason (Suspicious activity is not a valid reason.)
Do not random want people.
Do not randomly weapon check people.
Do not RDA (Random Arrest).
Do not stun people for no reason.
You may NLR only in a PD raid when returning to the PD.
May not have drugs or money printers.
Gun Dealers:
Must have a store.
Must not raid.
Must not base with classes other than gun dealer or guard.
Must not have drugs or money printers.
May sell illegal guns but faces the risk of imprisonment.
Medic:
Cannot not carry/use any gun bigger than pistol (TMP and Mac10
are SMGs and therefore not allowed).
Must not mug, raid or attack people.
Shoot only in defence.
Hitman:
Must not use this class to RDM, only kill as defence or for
legitimate hits.
Must /advert 'Hit Accepted' upon receiving a hit and 'Hit
Complete' after completing a hit.
If killed while trying to complete a hit must wait 5 minutes
before retrying the same hit.
Do not kill the same target twice in less than 5 minutes.
Guard:
May not randomly weapon check people.
May not stunstick abuse.
May not raid.
Must only kill in defence unless ordered by boss.
Hobos:
May micspam but mustn't move around while doing so.
May public build.
May be irritating towards people.
Can only raid if it's an organized rebellion against an
oppressive government.
Thieves:
Cannot work with gangsters or government staff.
May base solo or with a team.
Can mug, raid or base.
Mafia:
Follow your god fathers orders and work with your boss.
Can mug, raid and base.
Can't work with thieves or government staff.
Must only raid with The Godfather (unless there isn't one or
your goal is to free him).
Admins/Mods
Do not abuse your powers for no reason.
Don't noclip around while rping.
Most importantly, use common sense and listen to what MMod staff
tell you.
