       Are you or have you been a staff member on any other Garry's Mod
       server? (If so, provide a link to their website/forums):
       Detail in no less than three paragraphs why you want to become a
       staff member on MMod and what benefits do you think you can
       bring to the community:
       Ban Report Format
       My in-game name:

       Evidence:
       (Do not include the suggested ban lengh, this should be decided
       by the attending staff member).
       Only post on a ban report if you were a witness or directly
       involved, voting on a report due to evidence given will be
       treated as an improper vote as
       the admins ultimately decide whether the evidence is valid or
       not.
       Changes to promotions and forum ranks.
       Change the application and promotion system for staff.
       Instead of applying for moderator, you apply for staff, and if
       accepted you will recieve a rank depending on your abilities as
       an individual.
       Change it so all promotion is based on performance as current
       rank. No admin applications.
       Adjust the forums ranks so DarkRP moderator and admin have
       moderator forum permissions. This means that only high ranking
       staff can accept and
       decline appropriate threads.
       Add a SA+ forums section for discussions on confidential matters
       and promotion discussions.
