       What type of staffing experience (mod, admin, etc) have you had
       on other servers?: I am mod on TPS Zombie Survival Server. Also
       many people think I am a mod on TPS Dark Rp server. Just saying.
       I am also a owner of a Minecraft server and Terraria server.
       Also I am an owner of a clan.
       What would you say your biggest flaw is with handling problems?
       : Well I believe that I am excellent at solving situations. I am
       able to solve mostly any sit. The problem is that I am too
       lenient. I let people go off too easy.
       What have you done personally for the server? (on the forum or
       in game): Well I plan to make interesting and helpful threads on
       the forums. On the server, I plan to become an active member.
       Also I will keep out the trolls and keep the server safe from
       harm.
       Write 3 paragraphs detailing why we should choose you for the
       position(Each paragraph must have at least 5 sentences):
       First I am a mod on countless other servers. I know now that
       they are only able to solve small things like rda or a prop
       kill. But they cant solve anything. They cant check the logs to
       find a rdmer or a troll.Also when I am able to help people in
       distress, and I always try to make everyone happy. That also
       includes the perpetrator. I feel that if I become moderator, I
       will be able to solve a situation and make everyone happy as
       well.
       Also I know the rules and know the corresponding punishments. Im
       not one of those people who perma bans for everything. I will
       hand out resonable punishments so I could make both the victim
       and the culprit happy. If they need a kick, they will get a kick
       and if they need a 1 day ban, they will get that one day ban.
       I am also a calm and understanding person. If someone goes
       around yelling racial slurs, I would be there to stop him
       immediately. While other staff would let him continue slurring,
       I will give him a punishment. This is because I understand that
       many people take those slurs to offense. And if I did not stop
       him, I would be creating a uncomfortable atmosphere, thus
       weakening the server. Also I am calm. I dont rage very easily
       and am able to handle anything someone will do/say. I will never
       let a troll get to me. That would only make me corrupt and abuse
       my powers as I have seen happen before.
       Finally I only want to improve the server. This is because this
       server is fairly new and could head in any direction good or
       bad. I think I can add to the wonderful staff and keep the
       server on the right track. I will do my best to maintain and
       playful and comforting atmosphere.

       Not admin app yet, we can't have everyone applying for admin,
       change it to mod app.

       +1 for moderator. Not yet ready for admin, mostly because it
       would be silly to give you admin before you master the mod
       commands which are different to ZS mod.
