What type of staffing experience (mod, admin, etc) have you had
on other servers?: I have had many Moderating and Administrating
experiences in the past I am still an admin for a massive
Japanese RP and I have been admining on a TTT server also for
about 8 months.
What would you say your biggest personal flaw as a Moderator?: I
can’t think of a big flaw I have but I am pretty sure I have a
lot of flaws, I am bipolar and I get confused a lot but besides
that I don’t think it would affect my ability to Moderate
Choose one time that you handled a difficult problem as
Moderator and the outcome was positive (In Detail): I can’t pick
out just one thing, I love helping people and i see the fun in
giving a hand and helping people out, when somebody says "thanks
you for helping me out :D" I honestly love that and helping
people is the best feeling in the world. I have been in a lot of
difficult Sit's but I can’t pick out one and write it down off
the top of my head, sorry
Choose one time that you handled a difficult problem as
Moderator and the outcome was negative (In Detail): I can’t
think of one off the top of my head But the Worst experiences I
had was Dealing with server scammers, There is no way to have
hard evidence besides a Photo somebody can show you, I was
pulled into a sit because one person scammed another of th2
items and it got little out of control and We ended up banning
the person for mass disrespect and the other was a shorter ban
cause he was insulting the admins and telling us he should be
the real admin and that we are all "illiterate idiots that don’t
know the rules" so we gave him a shorter ban. he then went to
the server forums and protested his measly 4 hour ban and the HA
thought that we made a wrong punishment for the wrong persona
and I lost my admin for a week for "somehow abusing" when I was
right to ban them, they would not calm down they were constantly
yelling into the mic I don’t see what I did wrong but apparently
Something I did was wrong.
What have you done personally for the server? (on the forum or
in game): Server has not been up that long with not many people
yet there hasn’t been much opportunity to help but I did help
pirate Find some glitches with the game earlier.

been an admin for two big servers for around 2 years i was a
head Moderator for the server till I retired and just became a
player (actually 3, A gmod server and a tf2 server for the same
guys and I was a Moderator for a massive Minecraft server

I was an admin for around 4 months there
before retiring, I have been playing Dark rp servers for 8
months I have 4 weeks Play time on TPS and i have been pulled to
a lot of sits and pointed out people that were breaking rules.
At one point Bangarang started call me his "Pet Minimini Mod"
because I would always point out if something was wrong lol.
I think you would benefit from me being a mod, I am laid back
but I also know my stuff and will jump out of my chair to help
somebody out when somebody asks. I Love to help and I honestly
hate when there are no admins on and something goes wrong, I am
in a rather silly time zone but I am still on when you guys are
and not many people are on that late (mid day my time) and that
is when a lot of stuff happened that we don’t even know about,
when the server grows and I bet you it will there will be a lot
of kids flooding into the game, I have no problem with kids (i
am basically a kid still or early teen) But with kids there
comews alot of flaming,Dissrespect, harrasment, and a lot of
arguing, I find it rude and offensive when the words "Fag,
Faggot, Nigger" are used. If i was homosexual I would not want
to come back to that server if i saw some kids talking like
that. I Also would be incredibly offended sometimes if I was
black, I am hard core Asian ( I don’t even like the term Asian)
And I am honestly 100% against Racism, I cannot tolerate it I
hate when people tell me that I should not have a voice cause I
am less of a person ( Last week somebody told me on TPS in a
damn admin sit told me to "shut up you chink you don’t know
shit")(He was banned) I was highly offended and didn’t know what
to say and I really cannot tolerate it .
I know my rules and I am not to harsh but I will hand out permas
if I need to, Before I would ever perma I would ask An admin and
I honestly don’t ban permanently too often, but if it is
somebody that is prop spamming/killing or just trolling for the
sake to get banned I see no point in giving him a 2 day ban, he
won’t come back anyways. I know my rules and I know my stuff I
am not Like some other admins, I want to see evidence if it is
not obvious, I have seen to many times people being kicked or
banned without evidence I am really nice to people if they are
nice in a sit I am shorten a ban Depending on what they did (if
they prop flash or something or not have a building or kos sign
up, depends on their behavior in a sit I would not hand out a
long ban. if it is a complete troll and they are disrespecting
me and the other guy in the sit I will deal with it correctly, I
am completely patient and Relaxed but not over relaxed to the
point I wont help or try.
Excuse my Grammar or Spelling I have only spoken English for 11
years and Still make my mistakes. But I am Fluent in English

-I've seen you on other servers and you play by rules and in
some cases enforce them even though you are not staff.
-You've reported many minges to me and supply enough information
or evidence to kick or ban.
-Although I do not know you well personally, you seem to me like
a trustworthy person which I'm farely confident would not abuse.
-Dispite a few minor spelling and grammar errors (which is
completely understandable given english isn't your first
language), your application is top quality.
-Your a similar timezone to me, which is good because a lot of
servers have to many U.S. staff and very little on at other
times.
-Although you're new to DarkRP staffing you seem to be a good
candidate for the role. +1
