       This is the reason the server isnt online and its not my fault
       you guys can try and figure it out cuz i cnt :/

       do you have a .pwn and a .amx file? did you set the server.cfg
       correctly to read the .pwn file?

       since streamer.dll is a plugin, you have to configure it in the
       server.cfg. if ypou already did that try downloading a new
       streamer.dll and try it again if it still doesn't work search up
       the error code on the samp website maybe you can find some
       insight on that
