       Notes about the warning system

       I want to tell you about how we're going to use the
       [glow=red,2,300]warning[/glow] system.
       If you post something bad (Note: It depends on how bad the
       broken rule was)
       We will give you 5 warning points if it was a minor rule.
       If it was a moderate rule, we will give you 10 warning points.
       Moderate High - 30 warning points.
       High - 45 warning points.
       Very High - 80 warning points.
       Severe - 95 warning points.
       Ultra - 100 warning points.
       If you work your way up to 100 warning points, we will give you
       a permanent ban only from your user account. However, if you
       create a new account and continue to break the rule, we will
       give you an email ban. If you continue, we will give you an IP
       ban.
       Here is the list of results if you get warning points.
       10 - You will be added to watch list.
       15 - All User posts will be moderated.
       Now, 15 warning points, goes up to 75 warning points until you
       get the highest warning result.
       75 - User will be unable to post.
       100 - Ban
