The Bounty (Open to All By the Way)

Morning arrives in Ponyville, the dew still fresh on the grass
as the suns lifts from the horizon. The rays of sunlight reach
through the cracks of the windows, waking up Foxtrot from his
slumber. His eyes blink open for a moment, the unicorn lifting
his head to look around his environment. His hoof automatically
falls to his weapon, a forced habit acquired from his
occupation. Getting up, he scratches his head and gathers his
things. "Tinder? You there?"

Tinder is out in the living room still, she had finally managed
to get a little bit of sleep but did not want to move quite yet.
She's still curled up on the bed, the two daggers right next to
the bed, but she's awake, has been for a while now. As she hears
the voice call out she looks up and over at the bedroom door,
"I'm still here! This is my house after all." She chuckles a bit
as she goes to stand, wincing slightly as she does, she very
quickly grabs a couple pills from her bag which is still on her
back. She takes them and then puts the bottle back into the bag,
knowing she shouldn't let people see them. She pushes the dog
bed back to where is should be and waits for him to come out of
the room.

Foxtrot exits his room with his things and closes the door
behind him. "Well I haven't slept that soundly in a long time.
Thanks for keeping watch, I hope your slumber went well too."

Tinder stretches out a bit and nods, "Got about an hour of
sleep. That's more then enough for me. Good to hear that you
got some rest though, you looked tired last night." She stands
up straight and grabs the daggers from the ground with her
magic, carefully laying them in her bag. "Kitchens at the end of
the hall if you're hungry. Not sure how much food is in there
but I'm sure there is something you could eat."

Foxtrot nods and makes his way to the kitchen, looking around to
find a bite to eat. He finds a stale muffin on the counter, more
than enough for today. The unicorn returns from the kitchen and
secures his things. "Well, I'm set. Anything you gotta do before
we leave?"

Tinder quickly fixes her mane while Foxtrot is in the kitchen,
not wanting to seem like too much of a mess. When he return she
shakes her head and makes sure that her bag is on tight, "I
think I'm good, I got everything I ne-" She stops mid-sentence
as she remembers something and grabs the cloak from under the
coffee table, shoving it into her bag with everything else,
"Alright, NOW I got everything I need." She goes over to the
door and pops it open, holding it open for him to exit.

"Thank you." Foxtrot says as he exits the building. The day
looks sunny and bright with partly cloudy skies, low humidity
today with slight chance of increase in the evening. "Wow it
looks great outside. I'm sure the walk to the train station will
be a pleasant one."

Tinder follows behind and shuts the door as she leaves, she
yawns a bit as she stares at the sky. "Yeah, it's pretty nice.
Hopefully it'll cool down a bit though, still a little too warm
for me." She makes her way down over the stairs, being extra
careful not to step on any of the broken ones, "And hopefully
those chasing you will have left this area by now."

"Yea I really hope so." Foxtrot replies as he begins trotting
down the road. "We just need to go to the train station and its
a straight shot to Canterlot." He looks over his shoulder every
now and then to keep an eye out for his persuers.

Tinder walks along beside him, her ears twitching at every
sound, worried that the people will come back around here
looking for him. "Well that's not too far at least. And it'll be
pretty easy to hide in the train if we need to, could hide in
the kitchen or one of the cabins. Plus, if we can get in a room
I can ice up the door to seal it shut until we get there." She
quickly makes a small layer of ice over a near by plant with her
magic, just to show him that she can do it.
