Adding train stations

Since in RP, every thread is essentially a scene in a movie,
maybe we could have in each area a train station. It could be
that ponies could meet up here, or if they are going from one
place to the next, the could go into the train station. It would
make a bit more sense than having ponies in a bakery in
Canterlot leave then suddenly appear in the Crystal Empire. Just
as a possibility.

I guess, but what kind of exciting RP is gonna happen at a train
station? 'Oh, hey Broadshield, you ride trains too? That's cool.
Woops, I have to go now.' [End Scene]
See what I mean? I know I sound like a smartass, but, well, it's
just my opinion.

Hey you never know. Probably the only reason I suggested this is
because it makes more sense than popping out of one scene and
into another. Sure you can mention in the post something like
'Broadshield disembarked from the train and walked toward the
flower shop' but with a thread specifically for train stations,
you could have meet ups or confrontations happen in these
places, it doesn't necessarily have to be there just to show
people your going to another place (even though that makes
sense)

I mean, I guess I see your point, and worst case the forum
section exists and people simply skip it, it's not like we have
limited space. Alright, I'll support this idea.

Because train stations are located within the cities, wouldn't
it be easier to just title your thread something about being in
the train station and just having it take place there? Because
if you want to talk to someone at the station it's still within
town (unless its in the middle of no where, but in that case, it
can go in the everywhere else board).

I was thinking of having the train station threads on all of the
boards. It's a public thread (kinda) so anyone can go there, buy
tickets, wait, potentially interact with others then go to
another train station when they have 'caught' the 'train'. After
that, they go to another train station thread in a different
place, disembark and go to wherever they need to go, maybe meet
up with someone else. As Octavia said, worse that could happen
is that people simply skip it. Just my two bits

I understand what you mean, but that would require to make four
more boards and I currently, we barely have people filling up 1.
I also don't see extensive threads that will take place at the
stations. I'll wait for the site to get a bit more popular
before considering adding them. Still not a bad idea though. I'm
glad you are making a suggestion though.

That's a fair point. I would suggest possibly sticking the
thread possibly for later if we get more people and the idea
goes through.but thanks for your opinion!
