[b]A nine-year old Minnesota boy has been suspended from school
for performing Michael Jackson's signature crotch-grab during a
fund raising lip synching concert.
Mindy Boberg said St. Stanislaus Catholic School principal Pat
Bowlin told her and her son Lenny that his dance to Billie Jean
on Thursday constituted gross misconduct and Lenny was suspended
indefinately, [i]The Winona Daily News reports.

In class my daughter (9) there are many children fans of
Michael, and his "move" (they made the moonwalk at the recital
two years ago)

That is harsh. :o
Suspended for grabbing his crotch during a routine is over the
top. Surely, there were other types of discipline that could
have been used besides suspension.

[/quote]I agree. And, IMO, the principal disliked Michael, and
that's why he used the ridiculous suspension.
