Michael loved her that is a fact and I am sure that Diana loved
him too, but for some reason they could not be together. I wish
that they threw caution to the wind and got together because
they would have worked out and had a beautiful marriage.

but if they threw caution to the wind, possibly their careers
would be blackballed in the music industry, though. Don't know
if the marriage would've lasted if that happened.

I am so happy to join this forum ;D, I have been a huge fan of
Mike and Diana for a very long time now but it's only recently I
started appreciating them together as a couple (when Mike's WILL
was revealed to the world and he named Diana in it), this made
me become very curious about their life time relationship
together and BOY!! :o have I learnt a great deal about them
through various MJ & DR threads , forums and through YOUTUBE.
I have got many favourite moments of Mike and Diana together but
the 1996 WMAs is my absolute favourite, Mike was just glowing
with love for Diana that night and also one of the reasons it's
my favourite is because that, at this time Diana was married and
despite the fact that she ended upmarrying another man instead
of Mike, you could see that at this awards, Mike was still as
crazy and in love with her as ever.
This is also my absolutely favourite moment of them together,
can't get enough of watching Mike's facial expression that
night:wub:
Yet more photos from the 96 Awards, I especially love Mike's
expression watching Diana.

^^^ Hi mikeanddiana4ver! Welcome! :) I 'd heard rumors for many
years about Michael and Diana.
But, it wasn't until Michael granted Diana guardianship over his
three children, that I began to believe that it was a very
strong possiblity that those rumors were true. I'm convinced
they were more than friends.
Michael entrusted his children with her. IMO, that means it was
a relationship, and a bond with Diana, that apparently was going
on for many years.
The 1996 Awards is also my favorite! Wow! Michael was totally
mesmerized by Diana, as if she was the only woman in the room
with him! His facial expressions is priceless! Maybe he was
having flashbacks when he was licking his tongue! ;) The love
he had for Diana is SO obvious!

Yes, there have been rumours about Mike and Diana relationship
for years but it wasn't until he named her in his will (which I
totally wasn't expecting), that made me look seriously into
their relationship, the fact that he decided to name Diana in
his WILL instead of his siblings or ex-wives made me think that
he must have shared a very special unforgetable long-life
relationship with Diana for him to make that decision of naming
her.
I love them so much as a couple and I look forward in discussing
them more on this new forum ;D
