       I'm actually just going to experiment with a pre-flop style
       where every position 3-bets the opener an amount that totals
       1-A.  (This is similar to what Sauce does).
       I'm going to just to go total linear from every position for
       awhile and then call my whole continuing range if I get 4-bet
       (as the default play).  It seems kind of interesting that if you
       do the pot odds calculation correctly from the Big Blind, then
       it actually doesn't matter if you cap you're calling range super
       low.  This is provided the opener gets 3-bet an amount of 1-A.
