       Upgraded Coffee Beans
       1 Can Coconut Milk
       1/2 Stick butter
       MCT Oil
       Grass-Fed Whey (Vanilla)
       Stevia
       Cinnamon
That usually keeps me going for awhile. Is there anything else
you put in yours? I also use some Chlorella when I take it that
       seems to have an effect.
I'll buy the Upgraded Chocolate and Vanilla if you really think
they're worth it. This is my main meal of the day.

Yeah, I use Brain Octane instead of MCT and replace the
sweetener stuff with Hemp Force from Onnit (just out of
       experimenting. It's pretty good).

Do you use the Upgraded Chocolate and Upgraded Vanilla? I think
asking about details like this is retarded, but they're really
expensive and I want to know if they'll actually give me an edge
       before buying.

No, I don't use those. I would only use them to satisfy any
sweet cravings... however they are still good things to include
in your diet b/c of their anti-inflammatory properties.
