Twisted Wonderland Rp

A soft glow of the sun through the small peek of a curtain. A
body shifted on the barely covered bed- the room littered with
packed boxes. Alicia slowly shifted up, her blue locks slipping
over her face before she wiped the sleep away. She gave a soft
blink to look at the clock before slowly and reluctantly shifted
out of bed. It been a week since the loss of the only family
that wanted her around. Now she was dealing with moving- she did
out up a fight to at least force her mother to write up a 30 day
notice. She managed to succeed in the department. Least she had
time to look and found a place.
She rubbed her neck gently as she made her way to the shower-
turning it on as the cold water hit her skin to wake her up. It
felt like days till she crashed that night. She swore she kept
seeing a grinning cat.
The shower noise bounced off the walls as she got the shampoo to
lather her hair up- the blue color running a little to the
stained tub below.
Her mind whirred on the days events. She managed a few boxes and
planned to go about the property- least try to get a few
pictures of the home as momentos. Once the last of the soap ran
off and clear, did she grab a towel to dry off. She made her way
to get dressed- pulling on some torn jeans, and throwing on a
black tank top that had a white rose that looked painted red.
She pulled on some combat boots and an old army jacket her
grandmother gave to her that belonged to her grandfather before
heading out to check the places where she hung with her
grandmother. Memories of the tea parties she loved and the
garden of roses that littered the grounds of the woman’s
property. Now dying due to the lack of attention of her
grandmothers Gardner. She sighed at the state before continuing
her walk to the place where she was forbidden to go for a long
time. She was often curious at why she seemed adamant to keep
her away. Her boots hit the cobble path to a large tree that
looked as if it was dying itself.>>>

Her brow furrowed as she knew the tree seemed to have thrived
for a long time- it felt so timeless back then- it was as if her
grandmother dying was tied to that tree. She made her way to go
inside the place encased in shrubbery. The place despite being
overgrown looked as if it held parties for the longest time-
tables littering the area as she walked. She stilled at the
sound of a bell to blink and see a tail briefly behind the tree.
Her eyes softened as she made her way over.”here kitty kitty
kitty..” she said in a gentle tone to hear a strange noise from
a hole that seemed to go underneath that giant tree.”did you get
lost?” She asked as she turned to the hole. She noticed it
seemed big enough for her to go in. She made a small face to
realize- she couldn’t see the bottom.
Her body leaned over wondering where the cat was having heard it
from the hole to feel a push before falling- her yells going
unheard.
The fall felt long and surprisingly felt like it was long, she
seemed to be resigned she was going to die this way- least until
she felt a strange sensation as if it slowed. She looked down to
see a bright light like a sun to blink as her body went through.
She was met with a rather orange pink sky, the sun gracing it
with the horizon… wait.. sun? She swore she was falling down!
The slow decent, becoming a world reversal as Alicia stopped
from going the other direction to pull herself up.”nope not
again..” she said with a panicked look.
She barely managed to get to her feet to notice a forest like
area before hearing an eerie sound. Her head slowly turned to
see a monstrous form to scream and take off running. Her feet
carrying her where ever she could get to, not knowing just how
lost she’d become. She took notice of a grove of flowers to step
and tumble down the hill and collapse her body taking quite the
beating down.

Braxton, was finally heading his way home- having been running
late to his jobs almost every day it felt.
He dreaded passing the mad hatters home. He wasn’t sure when was
the last time he came home- but maybe he’d get lucky and was
quiet again- granted it was getting suspicious that he hadn’t
seen high nor low of either of his neighbors. His feet carrying
himself as he lit a cigarette to let off a puff. He shifted for
his old man’s pocket watch to look at it. “Gonna be late home
too- wonderful!” He hissed his displeasure as his ears made a
significant twitch.
He noticed a form laying on the ground to blink as he stopped.
His nose made a small wiggle before he bent over to brush hair
out of the face of the person to realize.. it was a human. He
paled a bit to snuff his cigarette out as he shifted to lift the
girl in his arms. “God you better be alive.” He said before he
went toward his home.

Eddy let out a soft groan as he finally rolled out of bed and
moved to peer out his window. The sound of something hitting the
ground had woken him from his pre-dinner nap. With his crazy
schedule, working both the night hours doing his secret job and
afternoon hours for the Caterpillar, he had to split his
sleeping hours up into smaller segments.
"What the hell was that sound?" Sometimes his sensitive hearing
was more of a curse than a blessing.
He walked around his home and peered out another window,
freezing at the sight of the white rabbit picking up a body off
the ground and carrying it off towards his him.
"Okay..that's definitely weird. I should tell the guys about
that," he muttered.
Eddy was quick at pulling in his shoes and heading over to Ben's
place a few houses down from his own.
"Yo Benny boy! Open up! I got news to share!" He called out and
banged on the door.
After waiting and repeated banging didn't bring Benjamin to his
door, Eddy realized rather sheepishly that his friend was most
likely having one of his "tea" parties in the forest with Fufu.
He shoved his hands into his jacket pockets and made his way
down the lane and onto the trail to the small alcove in the
trees where the hatter had set up his tea table.
"Hey guys! Guess what I saw! Some blue haired chick fell out of
the sky and the white rabbit carried her off. Crazy right? And
no...I haven't smoked anything or eaten any yet today," he said
as he slumped into a bright green chair and looked around at the
other two.

It was tea time, it was *always* tea time now a days. Hare had
seen Hatter break his watch and now insisted Ben had broken time
and there was no talking the Fufu out of it. The mad Hatter
didn't mind all that much, rather enjoying the never ending
party that was happening. Benjamin was having himself a 'half'
cup of tea, having sawed his tea cup in length wise causing the
tea to rather miraculously stay within the opened up cup. The
power of the combined dilusions Hatter and Hare shared causing
such marvels.
"Eddy my boy! Glad to have you join us! I was wondering when you
might show up? Would you like some tea? Maybe some crrrumpets?"
Hatter questioned, unnecessarily rolling the R in crumpets. "I'm
sure white rabbit has blue girl handled, likely another Alice
being taken to the queen. All Alices go to the queen." He mused
as Hare walked up with a fresh tray of sweets of all kind,
putting them down to replenish was was eaten.
Hare had managed to trap several 'guests' already, beings who
normally could only tolerate the insane pair for short spurts,
and yet acting just as unhinged.

Eddy was a bit mesmerized by the half cup of tea that Benny was
drinking out of. Sometimes the mind powers his friends had made
him feel like he was tripping out on the harder stuff that
Huang liked to smoke.
"Sure...tea and crumpets sound great," he agreed and slide his
arms behind his head and leaned back on the back legs of the
chair as was his habit.
"Oh...another Alice? Should have figured that was who fell into
Wonderland. Feel a little bad for her, bet it'll freak her out
finding out this place is real." He said thoughtfully.
Eddy sat up straight when Fufu arrived with even more treats and
helped himself to several, munching away on a scone covered in
cream. "Mmm..these are the best yet Hare," he praised and then
took the cup that had been filled to sip it.

"Why would she be freaked out? Wonderland is a *wonderful*
place." Benjamin mused before letting out a rather unhinged
laugh. Being he was from the same world the Alices came from, it
was a wonder he never wanted to go back, and if he did, he
certainly didn't tell anyone.
At Eddy's praise, a wide friendly smile crossed Hare's lips.
"Eddy! So glad you could finally join us for tea time! Hatter
broke time so it can be tea time *all the time*," he said
excitedly as if this was the best news ever, getting cheers from
all attending. "Yes yes, tea time all the time!" Ben cheered as
he pulled out his recently broken pocket watch to check the
time. "Yep! Still tea time!" He mused before putting the watch
back in his brest pocket.

"Humans always freak out, don't you remember?" Eddy asked
through a mouthful of scone.
He grinned back at the Hare and raised an eyebrow at the news
that Benny had broken time. "Ah, what a great thing! Tea time
all the time sounds like great fun. If I didn't have a job to go
to my I'd stay all day with the both of you. But there's always
bill collectors to pay," he sighed.

All the music playing suddenly stopped as everyone turned to
look at Eddy, staring right through him. Only Hatter seeming to
withdrawl and he floated up out of his seat. "You can't *leave*
it is tea time ***Forever***!" Hare said in a kind of unhinged
that was terrifying even to Ben. He was nearly floating out of
reach and upside down, seeming to nope out of this level of
crazy his best friend was exhibiting. Hatter knew something was
wrong, but played along to keep Hare from hurting anyone.
"Oh course Fufu! Ole buddy Ole pale, Eddy wouldn't leave tea
time! Can't be late if time is broken!" He tried to explain
before Hare could lose his cool completely.

Chester was making his way, rather happy to have gotten Alice
into the hole- granted he hated the fact of how he felt in that
world- it felt wrong. Course when *he* got back to the other
side- he could hear the blood curdling screams in the distance
and sighed.”damned jabberwock..” slid out before he headed the
direction of her smell- once he reached the flowers did he smell
two.”oh great hoppster went and got her.” He grumbled as his
ears flattened. He continued his walk to hear his friend fufu
losing it yet again- and declaring the time frozen tea party as
going on forever. His tail flicked irritably. He’d have to find
her later- he hoped the damned white rabbit wouldn’t take her
tonight. He quickly made his way over to vanish to pop up near
eddy his arm snaking around the mouse’s shoulders.”Yo Ed swear
your smoking way too much man- fu you know how out of mind he
gets - he is always gets high and tends to forget.” He told the
rabbit.”do you have that earl grey I *love* so much, as for
sugar- just a touch.” He said to grin at the unhinged rabbit
with his toothy grin.

The trek felt longer to the rabbit as he made it to his burrow
of a home. The door in the tree leading to steps below the
ground. Braxton leaned the girl against the trunk as he went to
unlock the door. Once he did he shifted for her to walk down. He
could still hear the order to bring alices to the queen- but he
didn’t feel right bringing one that looked hurt. He still
remembered the last one- having been driven insane with the
tasks given at the time. He got her to the couch to strip her of
her boots, and placed them on the other end before checking her
over.”took a nasty spill huh? Don’t worry blue- I’ll doctor you
up.” He said to get up and headed for the medical kit.
Once he got it he began to doctor up the cuts he saw till he
noticed movement, his ears went straight up to see a doe eyed
woman staring right back at him- her eyes the clearest of blue
he’d ever seen.”hello..” he started as he eased in his
words.”found you knocked out- ran into the jabberwock ya did it
seemed.. hungry- Alice?” He asked as the girl made a strange
look.”my name isn’t Alice..” she said in the dark of the room-
she barely could make out braxton’s form in the darkness.”it’s
Alicia- and where the hell am I!? “ she started. She saw the kit
as he went to turn on the light nearby and was met with the
fluffy white ears. She watched them move and chuckled.”ohhh man,
those ears look pretty realistic.” She started as the man looked
back at her.”their real alright- and your in a world that meets
fantastical expectations- we got dragons- queens, knights and
more… “ he started.”this place is called wonderland.. “ he
started at first to be met with laughter. “Okay- I must be
hallucinating and you must be high..” she started before going
to grab an ear to give enough of a pull for the man to yelp and
her to draw back.”th..they’re real.” She stammered.”yes they
are.. just rest- your hurt- we can talk in the morning.” He told
her as she looked much more confused.

“but it *is* morning- or rather was..” she said as she noted no
windows.”no it’s quite night time.. your world it may of been
morning but wonderlands always been its opposite.” He said as he
sat down.

Eddy instantly cowered, shaking like a real mouse as Fufu went
psycho on him. He should have seen it coming..and known better
than to mention leaving. If he'd actually thought it through,
he'd have waited until Fufu was distracted and then shrink down
and race off.
He about let out a scream of fright at the arm suddenly snaking
around his shoulders. The sound of Chester's voice trying to
smooth over his snafu, had Eddy slowly exhaling and shooting the
cat man a grateful look.
"I'm Totally super hiiiiigh," he said in an exaggerated tone and
hiccuped, giving a goofy grin and leaned into Chester's side and
played with the others whiskers.
"Help me sneak away in like twenty minutes and I'll get you
whatever you want. Huang will kill me if I show up late again,"
he whispered, then pet the others chest like he would when he
was super high.

The reassurance the green haired rabbit got from Hatter and
Chester before Eddy confirmed what the two where saying was
enough to get the March Hare to calm back into his more sane
self. "You know I always keep a pot of earl grey on the fire for
you! Never know when you will pop in you whiley Cheshire," Hare
said smoothly before walking away and the music resumed.
Hatter slowly floated down, still upside down and yet his eyes
were still hidden in his hair. "Should know better than to use
the L word~" Hatter scolded in a sing song voice before sipping
his tea.

A smile graced the cats face with a gentler look. “You always
know me best bunbub..” he said to the rabbit as he watched the
rabbit sashaying away his eyes not exactly tearing away from
the rabbits ass as he heard his friend chastise the mouse.”he’s
right never say the word. Besides I figured a nice way to try
and fix this mess- once I find the Alice again. Finally had her
and the damn jabberwock ran her to the white rabbits arms.” He
said with a groan. “As for payment- a drug to bring some unease-
a bad way. That’ll work for pay..”he asked. “Has fufu been doing
okay with the zombie guests hatter?”

The girl seemed to sit there in a stunned silence.”I don’t
understand.. nor how I got here- how do I get back?” She asked
as the rabbit sighed again.”the way you came- but even then the
search will be like a needle in the haystack.” He said as he
watched her wrap her arms around herself. “I got a long day-
please.. stay.” He said”bathroom is down the hall and snacks in
the pantry- suggest you don’t go out or the jabberwok will kill
you..” he told her as she shrunk.
“I’ll stay.. but after you’ll help me back home?” Asked
Alicia.”and what’s your name ?” She asked.”it’s Braxton- friends
call be Brax.” He said as he shifted for bed. She watched the
bunny walk off to hear an ominous howl to grab the pillow of the
couch and clutch it as she tried to wrap her head around what
had happened.

Eddy waited until Fufu was out of sight to pull away from
Chester, shuddering from seeing his friend acting in such a way.
He hadn't realized just how unhinged Fufu had gotten. Most
likely because he was being run ragged by his two jobs. He
really needed to find a way to get out from under Huang's iron
thumb and soon.
"I-i am S-soo sorry," he stammered and began filling his pockets
with some of the treats.
He frowned slightly at Chester's request for a drug. It meant
he'd have to make a special request to Huang. Which might make
things worse for him, but he couldn't go back on his promise to
Chester now.
"All right, might take a few days to a week depending on the
mood Huang is in," he sighed.

A chuckle escaped Benjamin at Eddy's stammered apology before
Chester had his full attention at the mention of a way to fix
Fufu. "You think an *Alice* to mend my March Hare's fractured
mind? What an intresting proposal... Hare has been copeing I
think. Not even sure he realizes I have zombified them. I'm just
happy he hasn't killed anyone to prevent them from leaving..."
He said, loosing that sing song quality to his voice.
"Huang isn't *that* bad, i find him quite fun to mess with,"
Gizmo mused as he stood on a chair nearby to cram sweets into
his face hole. "It's *real* fun to make his face go all red," he
teased with a laugh with a rather full mouth before guzzling
some tea as Hare returned with the pot of tea for Chester. Hare
then made the feline man a cup just the way he liked it and
offered it to the Chesire. "Here you are, ah! And here is your
cup Eddy," he mused quite content and he handed out tea before
going about playing host for the hoard of people Hatter had to
hypnotize.

Chester sighed.”better be a few days mouse, Alice will soon be
here at this house.” He said to turn a bit toward his
friend.”it’s possible- even those that turned mad managed to
help even a tad..” he said.”I got a good feeling about this one,
she seems like she could do more and then some.” He said. He
listened about how hare was coping to get a sigh.”that’s good
indeed- once sane and if he does do such a thing- won’t ever be
the same.” He said to sigh. He heard the eerie howl- his ear
moving.”better get moving mouse- the jabberwock is on the prowl-
almost had Alice till the damn thing scared her off.. least
she’s safe least for now.” He said to rub his head.
He heard a familiar energetic gnome to made the face the other
two knew well-seeing the man stuffing his face full of crumpets
chuckled.”get with him already ya gnome.. who knows maybe you’ll
end up in his home…” he said with a smirk he held all too often
when teasing. He took the tea and smiled sweetly.”thank you fu..
you always come through.” He said before seeing the man go to
serve.”go Ed.. while he turned his head.” He muttered making an
illusion of the mouse as he gave the man an out.

Eddy wasn't all that sure that Chester's plan would work, though
he hoped that it might. Seeing How messed up Fufu's mind was was
more than a little concerning.
"I'll try my best Ches," he muttered back.
He shivered hearing Benny talking about how a few of the other
guests were zombies. It had him look around at them more
closely, his tail shivering at the thought that one day it could
be him.
The gnome's arguing that Huang wasn't that bad had him shaking
his head. "Yeah...well you don't know him like I do," he
muttered under his breath. He couldn't quite believe that Huang
blushed, having only seen the man's cold imperious demeanor.
"Thank you Fufu," he squeaked out and took the cup of tea.
He about jumped out of his seat at the sound of the
jabberwocky's howl, and shook in his seat, his heart pounding
wildly.
Eddy heard Chester telling him to go, though it sounded oddly
distorted because of his distress. He shivered and shrank down
to 6 inches and raced off without looking back. He kept going
past the trail he'd come in on, and slipped into the safety of a
small hole in a stump. He stayed there for a few moments until
his heart had calmed down a bit.
Then with a sigh he came out, and shifted to his full height and
headed towards the forest of Whimsy where Huang's much bigger
mushroom house was located.

Huang was pacing the front hall muttering curses under his
breath, his robe half hanging off of him. If Edgar was late yet
again, he was going to have to make an example of the mouse man.
He wouldn't have to be so harsh if the guy took the job more
seriously.
Huang's head lifted at the sound of a soft knock at the front
door and moved to pull the door open and peered down at the
shorter male.
"Good you're here Just in the nick of time, don't make it so
close next time. Come, we've got things to discuss," Huang
ordered stepping back and impatiently motioning the shivering
man to follow.
His robe billowing behind him, Huang strode off to the staircase
that led down to his secret room where he cultivated his more
special strains of weed and other herbs.
Once they were in the room, Huang locked them in and moved to
collect the new product that Edgar would be delivering to their
customers.
"H-huang...do you know of any drugs that could cause unease? I
had a client ask...I wasn't sure if that be something you'd
worked with before or not,"
Huang turned, his left eyebrow arching high and eyed Edgar
closely. "Who was it that asked?"
Edgar squirmed a bit, his tail curling around his middle,
telling Huang that the mouse man was nervous and reluctant to
reveal who it was.
"Fine, don't tell me. I'll find out myself. There is a drug that
could do it, but it is quite costly. Do I assume correctly that
you owe this "client" a favor? It'll take a month of work to pay
off, or you can quit your night job and help me with the growing
and picking to work off the cost for three weeks,"
Edgar sighed and ran a hand through his bed hair making Huang's
sharp gaze focus on him a bit too closely. "All right, three
weeks cultivating sounds better than a month's pay. You got a
deal," Edgar agreed.
Huang smirked and held out his hand to shake on the agreement.
Edgar shivered before taking the other's metal hand and shaking
it.
"Now then, let's get to our regular business,"

"Well, I hope your feeling is accurate, I do hate seeing my
March Hare like this... not nearly as much fun..." Benjamin said
with a heavy sigh, knowing that a bigger distraction was likely
needed, Hatter floated over to annoy Hare with useless
questions.
"Sure, when you make a move on Fufu," Gizmo told Chester with a
smirk before seeing Eddy flea. "Think I owe Huang a visit" he
mused. It was in that moment, Hatter floated up higher and
called out, "CHANGE SEATS!" Causing everyone to scramble in this
weird game of musical chairs, causing plenty of chaos for Hare
to not notice Eddy was gone or that Gizmo took the opportunity
to slip away as well.
Quite pleased with the chaos he had caused, Hatter floated back
down to sit on a stool next to where Cheshire was. "Enjoying the
view?" He teased catching Chester staring at Hare's ass again as
the man frantically ran around making sure everyone had fresh
tea and sweets at their new seats.

It wasn't hard to follow the trail Eddy had left that led Gizmo
right to the mushroom house he visited often. He wondered what
kind of mood he would find his best client in. He loudly knocked
on the door several times, when he didn't get an immediate
answer, he picked the lock and let himself in, lounging out of
Huang's couch as he waited for the man to leave his 'secret'
grow room.

Chester gave a soft look toward his friend as he watched him do
what he did best with fufu.”I plan to gizmo, when his mind isn’t
so broken.” Said Chester with a flush.”I know I could do it now-
he’d be himself even for a moment and act like himself. He’s
frozen in time he is- let’s just hope this mess can be fixed.”
Said the cat to flick his tail to watch the patrons change seats
to chuckle.
“Can’t help it- his ass always moves so quickly when on a task.
Once he has his mind normal, I tend to finally be more formal
and confess.” He said to blush. All he knew was that he’d let
all of wonderland burn if it meant fufu would be normal again.
“Do you got someone you have your mind on hatter?” He asked with
a soft smile.
----
After what felt like an hour long lecture about the nuances of
the drugs he was delivering and how to treat the more demanding
customers, Eddy was more than ready to speed his way up the
winding stars and out one of the side doors of Huang's home. He
was far too eager to leave to notice that his boss had a visitor
waiting on him.
Huang came up a little while later at a slower pace, muttering
about energy being wasted on the youth.
"Should look into a way to suck energy out of that one, use it
to lower my lights," he murmured and then paused spying Gizmo
lounging on his couch in the sitting room.
"I don't recall having scheduled an appointment with you, are
you here for another reason Gizmo?" Huang inquired and fixed his
robe, so it wasn't hanging open and revealing so much bare skin.
He moved around to the bookshelf to retrieve a book and moved to
sit in a high backed chair across from the gnome.
The chair moved on its own, adjusting to him and reclined just
enough so the light behind him would aid in his reading.

"Oh exciting news! Hare will be so ecstatic! He never admits it
but I know he has been in love with you since forever!" Hatter
chattered excitedly before pausing and raising an eyebrow at
Chester's question. "I'm too often *out* of my own mind too much
to have anyone *on* it." Benjamin answered before letting out a
manic laugh. "These days I just worry about Fufu... though I
can't help but think of the white rabbit every now and again. He
seems... spunky. Alas, I fear there is really no one out there
for me! Maybe the Jaberwok is looking for love?" He found
himself joking.

"Since when do I even stick to a schedule to see your handsome
face Huang? Overdue for some routine maintenance, figure I would
drop in and give them a good once over," Gizmo said as he said
up, going from seemingly drowsy and sleepy to back to full
energy as he spoke. He got to his feet and walked over to the
man and without asking, began to inspect the guy's arms closely.
"Have you been doing your daily maintenance because these joints
don't look like you have been," he started to scold.

Chester smirked a bit.”oh really? Gonna enjoy flustering the
shit out of him for now. Least he gains a sane mind even for a
moment.” He said to chuckle. “Oh that ‘I’m late hopster - he is
alright, just a little too on the role.” He admitted. He then
heard the joke of the beast in the forest-“the love to eat you.”
He joked right back. He watched as fu was doing something he
always done for the tea party to snag the bun by the hand.”hey
fu you should find a seat- on my lap.” He said to pat it.”take a
moment off those feet..” he flirted.
----
Huang grunted in response to Gizmo's attempt to flirt with him
and turned the page of the book he was reading. "You checked
them less than two weeks ago," He replied rather dryly, not in
the least bit pleased by the unannounced visit.
Gizmo was always trying to push his buttons and get a rise out
of him. The annoying gnome had no idea what he was in for if he
truly irritated Huang.
He looked up, his eyes flashing orange at the other's harsh
scolding. "You should get your eyes checked. I oiled and cleaned
them just this morning." He snapped and closed his book with a
loud thump.
Then his left mechanical hand shot out to grab Gizmo by the cord
necklace he wore and pulled him in closer. "Insult me again and
suffer the consequences, gnome," he warned, his eyes now almost
red.

Another laugh escaped Hatter at Chester's comments before the
cat's attention was on Hare. The sudden grab of Fufu's hand and
offer of his lap as a seat had the March Hare turning quite red.
"But... your lap? Really?" He questioned shyly, extremely
flustered.
Hatter, who was floating behind Hare now, smirked and pushed his
friend towards Chester causing Hare to have to cling to the
feline man and end up in his lap. "Take a load off Fufu! It's a
party!" He mused.

It seemed complaining about the caterpillar maintenance habits
was enough to gain a reaction out of him. He didn't even flinch
when his cord neckless was grabbed like a collar to pull him
closer. "Oh? Is that a threat? Ganna tie me up and make me call
you daddy? That would be pretty hot," the fearless gnome mused.
"My eyes are perfect, your arms need someone other than just you
tending to them daily, you can't reach everything that needs
cleaning, already got a gear ready to go out," he mused. "Can
act as big and bad as you want but we both know you can't
replace me, who else would keep your arms running with my custom
magical parts?" He reasoned.

Chester made a smirk.”yes really.” He said before seeing the
mischevious hatter getting in on the idea having the rabbit in
his lap.”yes a load off, have some tea with me fufu.. oh and
even better- gonna have a friend come to the tea party- hope you
don’t mind another guest.” He said to drink the rest of his tea.
His hand rested in fufu’s lap.”besides you look a bit ragged
don’t you think?” He said as he fussed over the rabbit.

Huang's eyes flashed at the other's turning his threat into a
sexual thing. "Get your mind out of the gutter," he snapped and
let go of the necklace sitting back, his lip curling into a
sneer.
"Like you have the time to look them over everyday," he shot
back. "People would talk and your reputation would be ruined.
Just do what you need to do and leave me be. I don't like being
played with and you know that better than anyone," he added in a
rather bitter tone.

The level of flustered Chester had managed to make Hare had him
quite complacent for the time being, behaving like the man the
two had long new before time broke for the rabbit. "I suppose a
cupper wouldn't hurt... you know I always welcome new guests
Chessie... do I really look so terrible? Oh I haven't looked in
a mirror since tea time started I must look a mess..." Fufu
lamented, he didn't like not looking his best.

"But the gutter is my minds favorite place to nap!" Gizmo
snarked before raising his eyebrow at Huang's claims of the
gnome not having the time and the hit to his reputation. It
brought a softer sympathetic look to his eyes.
"I can make time for you sexy, I personally don't give two
shi.ts what anyone has to say about me. They can have good luck
finding someone as talented as me to keep their gadgets running.
Besides, don't think my reputation regarding my love life can
be much worse than it is, I'm know to be a bit of a bed hopper."
He reasoned as he went back to checking over the guys arm. "You
won't be able to move this arm for a hot minute," he warmed
before removing the gear that was close to failing.
"I refuse to leave you be, one day you will Cra.ck and we will
be friends, maybe even better than friends," he suggested
flirtatiously.

Chester gave his gentle smile seeing how he was acting. He said
softly.”you look perfect fufu.. probably just need a few winks-
remember that last party I ended up dozing off in your lap? You
can totally in mine..” he told fufu with a smile, as he brushed
the hair from the bunny’s face. “You’re just trying your best to
throw the best party- even the best need a bit of time off their
feet.” He commented.

"I think everyone is aware of that," Huang sighed and glanced
away as Gizmo tinkered on his arm.
He closed his eyes trying to not let the phantom pains get the
better of him. Everytime Gizmo messed with his metal arms, he
was plagued with them. It was bad enough to make him want to
scream most days. Usually though he just bit his tongue until
Gizmo finished. Today for some reason Gizmo was far more
annoying than usual.
"Another fact I'm well aware of." Huang muttered after Gizmo
mentioned he was a bed hopper.
He had been one himself back before he'd lost his arms. He'd
lost everything of his past life, friends, his job, even his
knight hood. He felt as though he'd fallen into disgrace and
lost the honor of his family.
Huang inhaled slowly, and closed his eyes, trying to not panic
or let his nerves get the better of him at losing function if
his arm.
Huang let out a rather derisive laugh at Gizmo's saying they
could be friends or more. "Right...like you'd want a damaged
disgraced drug lord,"

The blush on Fufu's cheeks didn't improve in the slightest at
being told he looked perfect just tried. The offer of a nap was
quite tempting, especially once Hatter gave Hare some Camamil
tea. He wasn't even fully done with his cup before he put it
down on the table and let his head rest on Chester's shoulder
before he fell fast asleep.
A look of pure delight came to Ben's lips. It had been far too
long since Fufu had actually rested. "You have such a way with
him," Hatter commented with a suggestive smirk. "Hopefully your
Alice plan comes through." He added.

"You are not damaged or disgraced, least not in my eyes... of
course I would want you... I've, always wanted you Huang." Gizmo
said gently before finally getting the new gear in and the arm
working properly again. "There, all fixed. Just need to check
the other arm," the gnome mused before going over to check the
arm over and giving it a proper clean. "There all done." He
mused.
"One day you will stop pushing me away," he mused as he went
about cleaning up the tools he had pulled out. While he loved
pushing his luck, he could already tell he was pushing the man
past his limits.

Chester smiled as he watched the rabbit doze- he was sure it
been a while since he really rested since the clock had broken.
He tried coming by a few times to coax the hare to sleep. “I
try.. and I hope so as well. Granted I may do things that she
may not like to get my result.” He admitted. “Hopefully we can
break him from the spell that came from that broken watch.” He
said as he stroked fufu’s hair to kiss his forehead. “You better
get rest too- your looking plenty ragged yourself.” He said
softly.

Huang was momentarily stunned by Gizmo's gentle response. He'd
never dreamed or thought the gnome had actual feelings for him.
Though it wasn't as though Huang was ready to trust or believe
anyone, even Gizmo could see him in a positive way. He'd spent
far too many years drowning in a negative state of mind. Not to
mention the self loathing he felt.
"Pretty words from a master wordsmith," he muttered turning away
as Gizmo moved to work on his other arm.
"Don't put much hope in that ever happening," Huang replied a
bit sharply as he stood and brushed past the gnome.
"Since you saw yourself in, you can see your way out," he said
in a dismissive tone and headed up to his suite to change into
something more suitable to check over his gardens.

"We all do questionable things for the sake of expedited results
my dear Cheshire, if we could find someone to fix the watch that
would be ideal... tried to get Gizmo to look at it but he didn't
get a chance to look before Hare freaked out about us trying to
stop tea time..." Benjamin mused, clearly not above darker
things to get results.
A fresh laugh escaped him as the feline suggested he should get
some rest as well. "Me? Rest? But there is *soooo* much to do!
Besides, if I sleep, my spell will break on all of these people
and you and I both know we don't want to results of that from
our sleepy hare. I'll rest when I'm dead," he said rather sing
songie as he took a sip from his half cup of tea to finish it
off.

A heavy sigh left Gizmo at the words Huang said that told him
the man was far from believing him before telling him to see
himself out. A pout came to his lips at this but didn't make any
further protests, solidifying in his mind that he was going to
come bother the fu.cker every morning weither he liked it or
not. He *was* going to win the metal armed man over even if it
killed him.
Without another word, the gnome left and went about wonderland
to complete odds and ends tasks before returning to his home
that was basically a hole in the ground with a makeshift door.
Sure he could make it spectacular and fancy, but then people
would be able to find where he lived. His evening routine went
as it always did, with the gnome passed out drunk.
He woke the next morning having far too much excitable energy to
contain as he for ready for the day before heading out. First
stop, the caterpillar's mushroom house. Much like the previous
day, the little gnome's knocks went unanswered so he picked the
lock once again and let himself in before he looked for Huang,
finding the man still asleep, so, instead, Gizmo went into the
kitchen.
He set up every stool he could find in the place so he could
jump between them while he cooked a hearty breakfast for the
man.

Chester listened to agree.”if we could just get gizmo to fix it
- just maybe- but with how he is- I’m not sure we can squirrel
it away.” He said with a sigh.
Time ticked away in the land of wonderland- the jabberwok still
hunting for those stupid enough to be out and about well past
midnight- only when the sun greeted the horizon once again- did
his activity cease. Alicia had spent the night pacing, thinking-
wondering if it was all a nightmare that she simply had not
awaken from. By morning the rabbit had come out again with a
yawn and a twitch of his ear. The shirtless creature going to
make a pot of coffee- up early- for once. He checked his clock
to make a strange expression at first. He turned to see Alicia
mildly staring- and who wouldn’t . Braxton was fit and hot to
boot- he chuckled.”don’t think about barking up this tree honey-
I’m gay.” He said as he began to grab things for breakfast as
the girl went pink. He was mildly surprised she was up given
time- and what she said the night before.”did you nap?” He asked
as she shook her head.”I have sleeping problems- last n-“ she
paused to correct given they were in a world where things were a
reflection of her own.”the night of my world was the first I had
in a few days.” She said to look to the side. He made a bowl of
cereal and offered it- Alicia not really pushing it away as she
began to eat.
Once he had her settled he let a breath out to decide how to
word his lie. He didn’t need her to run off- “alright, you
mentioned wanting to go home?” He asked as she nodded.”well- I
fell in a hole.. heard a cat with a bell- then I saw that weird
creature and ran- so unsure where that hole is.” She said to
flush a little darker. Braxton could feel the twinge of guilt-
he still remember how his father told him of his mistakes- and
that turning in the first Alice was always hard. His eyes
flickered to her face.”the red queen- the ruler of this place
could help.” He lied.>>>

Truth be told no one could be sure of what hole in all of
wonderland she wound up out of. But at least the lie would get
her moving even if it was false hope. Alicia blinked.”she can
help me?” She questioned. Braxton gave a mask of a smile, trying
to hide the guilt in his eyes by closing them as he did so.”yes
quite- better eat up so we can get going.” He told the woman
with a chuckle. Once their meal was finished did the rabbit go
to dress up for the day, he tugged the old tux his father told
him to wear tying the tie and smoothing his hair back. He
checked his clock as it seemed he was fairly on time- which was
odd. He walked to the door and shifted his hand out.”let’s go.”
He said as he smiled.
Alicia had been feeling a faint flag of danger- but her desire
to return home was far greater. It was one thing to feel lonely
in her world- but this one she didn’t know how the people would
be- nor whom she could trust. She took his hand to be helped out
of the burrow of a home to begin their walk in the forest.
Compared to the night the place seemed so welcoming to Alicia-
bright and colorful as one could tell. The strange creatures
that crawled among the forest floor was odd to look at. Some
looking like food she would eat, to inanimate objects seemingly
crossed over with furniture didn’t escape her notice.
Meanwhile- Chester had left easily as fufu had gone back into
his usual form of the eternal tea party- it wasn’t hard for him
given his abilities of illusions and hatters help. He smelled
her strongly as he peered from his tree. His eyes flickering at
Braxton all dressed up to give the start of his performance- and
plan to squirrel the Alice away.”Brax you almost never wear a
suit! “ he called out to shift and lean on his stomach on the
branch as his tail twitched lazily. “Did you find an Alice? You
sure you can stomach the malice to come?”He asked as his face
went to the target- the blue hair he recognized as he tilted his

Alicia gave a look of confusion at the cats words- though for a
moment she thought she heard a bell. “Even odder your quite on
time Braxton- where’s the rushing bunny we all know?.. “
questioned the Cheshire Cat as he vanished to appear behind
Braxton who was increasingly feeling the cat was pulling
something. “I’m late- I’m late for a very important date..” he
mocked as Braxton whirled and Alicia jumping.”how did he get
here so fast?” She asked in a rather small voice as she took a
step back. Chester opened one eye to look at her lazily.”follow
the white rabbit my dear- you will meet your end- this white
rabbit is hardly a friend.” He said to the girl as she made
another face.”more rhyming- “ she grumbled as she seemed to
think. But given the usage did it hit her.”is the queen really
going to help me?..” she questioned as she showed her
hesitation- what Braxton was hoping to avoid. “Off with her
head- off with her head.. that’s what killed the last Alice
dead..” retorted the cat.
Braxton paled.”shut up ya damn cat- don’t listen to this shifty
asshole- he only tends to think only for himself.” He told the
girl as she looked just all the more on edge. Chester could see
her face as he chanced it.”wish to change what would be your
fate? Escape with me and you can see another birthdate.” He
said as Alicia couldn’t help but feel more unease. Braxton got
in front of her as he began to argue.”your scaring her you damn
Cheshire trash.” Braxton hissed.
“If I was her I would be- almost everything here will get you
killed be it man or beast.” Said the Cheshire Cat. “Even you and
me- you wishing to save your own skin- so much like your idiot
father..” he started as Braxton showed his ire.”you take that
back!” He snapped.”I won’t - and it’s true hoppster from another
monster.”
Alicia managed to back up to the flowers she had landed

Alicia’s anxiety shooting up as the two were arguing more, she
turned to run to only come face to face with Chester- the eerie
grin and a twitch of a tail.”where do you think your going-
can’t run nor hide from me Alice..” he purred before his fist
went up socking her in the stomach, to knock the wind out of
her- Alicia lost consciousness as he hoisted her up to rush off-
leaving the white rabbit with his double- it vanished shortly-
as the cat focus had broken when his mind went to fufu.
Braxton paled as he wondered where the hell the cat would go- he
remembered that the feline would often go to the hatters. Now
that he thought about it- he hadn’t seen the two in a long time-
not even hare that often gave him hell for not dressing up
right. He sighed as he made his way to the house of the hare-
and the hatter.
The cat had made it to the tea party that clearly was still in a
frozen state of time- the people drinking from ‘empty’ cups
looking pretty mindless. He sat the girl down in a chair- to
think of how to bring her to. Granted he wasn’t worried- even if
the white rabbit did make it- it wasn’t as if he could *leave*
either.

Having a rather rough night filled with nightmares, Huang woke
in a grumpy sour mood. It took him a moment to realize that the
smell wafting into his room was food cooking.
"What the hell?" He swore as he got out of bed and pulled on his
house robe to hurry down to the kitchen.
He had very few people he knew that would intrude in his his
home uninvited. Surely Gizmo wasn't back already!
He froze seeing the familiar reddish brown head at his stove
cooking.
"What are you doing?" Huang demanded, feeling a mix of annoyance
and flustered at the gnome being in his home so early...and his
state of appearance.
"You can't just invade my home and do as you please! Get down
from there before your break your stupid head open!" He demanded
and moved to pull Gizmo off the broken stool he was using. "That
stool is broken or did you not notice?!"

The chaos of the Hatter and Hare's tea party was on a cycle that
Ben was growing more and more tired of. What he would give for a
nice long sleep. He wasn't sure how much longer he could keep
this up without breaking. He hid it rather well as he still
maintained his jolly nature for their guests and his friend
Fufu. The morning tea was in full swing as the Mad Hatter was
sitting in a floating chair as he watched Chester come running
in with the Alice.
"This is the Alice?" Hatter questioned as he sipped his drink,
still curious of exactly how the Alice was going to help his
March Hare. "Is she supposed to look half dead?" He questioned
before picking up a forgotten cup of tea that had gone cold on
the table to splash it into the woman's face.
"Wakie wakie, you have a massive task before you~" he chimed in
his sing song voice. "Benny! Why are you wasting tea!" Fufu
complained in an exaggerated manner before going about to make
sure everyone had piping hot tea. "At least butter her so she
can enjoy the tea!" He demanded.
"Yes yes of course, I would never forget to butter our guest!"
He claimed in a tone that spoke of offense before grabbing a
butter knife and the tray of butter and began to coat the girl
in a layer of butter all over her face.

Hearing Huang's angry voice behind him had Gizmo freeze for a
moment. "I am making you breakfast! You knew I was coming! We
discussed it yesterday, hey! Put me down!!!" He protested and
began to squirm in the man's metal arms. "The crumpets will
burn! The pancakes won't make it! Put me down! Yes yes I know
the stool is broken! I was being careful!" He complained but
soon stopped fighting when accidently squirmed to the point that
the robe Huang was wearing cane undone. "Oopsie...." He
murmured.

Chester nodded.”for sure she is.” He said.”well may of gotten a
little too rough but the damned white rabbit was causing more
problems.” He said. He watched as the hatter splash the woman’s
face to chuckle a bit to see no real movement - least not until
hatter was in mid buttering the Alice girls face. Alicia woke up
and first saw a glint of a knife to smack it out of hatters hand
to realize it was the butter knife.”what the hell?” She sighed.
Her fingers went to her face as it felt weird and paused at the
butter she wiped off her cheek
”seriously?!? “ she shot a look at the cat.”you and your friends
gonna eat me?” Chester made a face,”I would never! Besides hare
likes his carrots and ben is human like you- like he’d eat his
own kind- butter your face maybe.besides your worth more alive
than dead-He started to shift his gaze back-before he was met
with a plateful of crumpets to the face-she went to move away
before whirling to almost bump into a guest- her eyes widening a
little in horror at the distant stare as the cup that was in his
hand was on the ground- but acted as if he was drinking. She
covered her mouth in shock to feel a swift yank and a cup in her
hands.”don’t say the l-e-a-v-e or attempt it-or you’ll end up
like that guy or fufu’s first murder victim.” He told her.
Alicia looked at Chester, then the bunny man that was busy
filling cups, and then the odd man with the hair in his eyes.
Her face fluctuated showing she was feeling a bit overwhelmed.
Chester then got her to look back at him and said in a drop of a
tone- “I need you to fix fufu.”She felt a sting of tears before
she managed to hold back the urge and swallow an attempt to
sob.”h..how am I suppose to fix this fufu- without knowing what
happened?” She asked.

Chester looked flatly at hatter.”might as well tell her- least
we can give an idea..” he said to sigh.
Meanwhile the white rabbit that was trailing behind managed to
walk into the tea party. His eyes fluttered over the guests
before he looked at his own pocket watch to notice.. it wasn’t
exactly tea time yet. His brow furrowed in confusion as he
glanced around.”what the hell?” He murmured. His eyes flickered
til he recognized Jack.”are you fucking serious.” He stammered
out.”Jack the queen been wondering where.. you…” he started with
a hand to his shoulder. Instead he was met with an empty gaze to
get a worried look. He stepped back a few steps to bump into
fufu of all people and knocking the tray from his hands.”sorry
about that..” he said shakily as he was processing what he was
seeing.

Huang shook his head, feeling irritated and mildly confused at
why Gizmo was cooking him breakfast. What was he plotting? He
kept a firm grip despite the others squirming.
He stilled glancing down at his red boxers with black hearts on
them and back up to Gizmo who was openly staring at his crotch.
"Stop squirming and definitely stop staring! I'll put you down
when I drop kick you out the front door!" Huang threatened with
a growl.
He was feeling more uncomfortable by the moment, his hair
falling into his face and tried to pull his robe closed with one
hand. "I know you have an aversion to sticking to scheduled
visits and love getting on my nerves, but could you please not
do this again tomorrow morning? I have a routine I go through,"

A pout came to Hatter's lips when the butter knife was knocked
out of his hands before he watched, mildly amused as she tried
to run off before he helped Chester get her back into a chair
and get a cup of tea stuffed in her hand. He then picked up one
of the now wasted crumpets to stick it to the woman's forehead.
"There! Now you are ready! Chester is right, I wouldn't eat
*you* that is cannibalism, even if I'm not entirely human
anymore... still no. Yes Fufu has become quite broken ever since
I accidently broke time..." Hatter explained with a heavy sigh
as he pulled the broken pocket watch out of its place in his
breast pocket and showed her the broken device.
"He won't let anyone leave, so I have been hypothesizing them to
prevent having to... take.... more... drastic measures....
normally Fufu, my March Hare, is a delightful level of unhinged
but ever since this watch broke... he has turned to the darker
side of our shared insanity." He explained.
His attention was quickly stolen when he heard a crash as Fufu's
fresh tray of crumpets from his hands and onto the ground. Fufu
stared at the ground for several long moments before slowly
turning towards the white rabbit with red murderous eyes. "HOW
DARE YOU WASTE MY CRUMPETS!" Hare screeched before he went to
grab the man.
Hatter managed to put himself between the two men, taking the
savage strike from Hare before Fufu realized he had hit Hatter
to break down in his more usual and less murderous way, by
flopping onto his ass and crying.
"Now Now Fufu, no need for tears," he soothed before handing the
man a pot of tea. "Guests still need serving, chin up," he
cooed, getting the murderous rabbit to resume his hosting
activities, even if he was still sniffling.
Now sporting a fresh gash across his cheek, he turned his
attention to Brax. "Well, that was a close one, I'm decently
sure Hare was going to kill you just then. Tea?" He questioned
the white rabbit as he used a handkerchief to try and clean up
his face.

"If you kick me out, I'll just be back later. I took time out of
my busy schedule to come help you with your morning cleaning
routine and this is the thanks I get, typical..." the gnome
complained, struggling once more. "Let me finish cooking! I'm
making *you* breakfast after all! Most people would be grateful
for such kindness!" He protested. "Come on! The food is ganna
burn!" He added. "You go get your shower in, I'll have your
breakfast ready and while you eat I'll take care of your arm
maintenance..." He tried to reason, entirely ignoring the man's
protest to him just coming into his house.
"Would already be done cooking if your kitchen was more Gnome
friendly..." He added with a pout. He did act respectful in the
sense that he stopped himself from staring at the barely dressed
man.
----
Alicia felt the crumpet stuck to her face and made a flat
look.”no you just made me all dirty-“ she said to sigh. She
blinked at what the mad batter mentioned.”no longer human?” She
questioned to be shushed by the cat, his hand over her mouth as
the hatter continued to speak. Her brow raised at the idea of
broken time. The cats hand left her mouth as Her hand touched
the watch to feel the thin break in the glass, it clearly looked
like it was stuck. “Well clearly first it needs to be fixed
but..” said Alicia as she thought back to her grandmothers
tendencies. “I wouldn’t start the watch till the time on the
dot- given we are in middle of a party- maybe it’ll put him
right back in his pattern? It’s like someone who has a routine-
one thing disrupts it and they’re stuck there for quite some
time as routine allows for change within reason.” Said the girl
quietly.”but we can’t even get time to get it fixed- he freaks
out when we do.” Said Chester.
Their heads turned at the sound of the crumpets hitting the
ground.”ah come on Brax!!!” He declared before watching his
fufu- the love he cared for going in to murder the dumb hopster
to be blocked by his friend the hatter. “Shit Ben!” He called to
rush over and got his hand away.”it’s bleeding- I’ll get the
kit- you ya dumb hoppster find a seat and tea or end up like
jack.” He thumbed as the rabbit sat down. “You idiot I was
suppose to bring her to the queen yanno- and for once I was up
early and walking early- you motherfucker gonna make me more
than late- then there goes my head!” He said as his own sanity
that laid there shifted natural as can be at the idea of being a
minute late. He covered his face as he tried to calm down.
Alicia witnessing this felt an untold fear- not only she felt
she couldn’t trust anyone- it seemed everyone’s mind seemed

She looked down in her cup at the idea of being asked by two mad
men to fix one that clearly *lost* it further and the bunny that
seemed fine seemed to have his own moments.
Her thumb traced the rim as she felt the tears slide down-she
clutched the cup to take a drink to at least swallow the pain
that still threatened to come up. She felt an unnatural ripple
that came from the side or felt like it of her head-she began to
space a little bit before she came back to the bunny that had
sat down and seemed to be repeating how he couldn’t be late.

Huang cursed softly under his breath at the gnome saying he'd
just come back if he was kicked out.
"Fine, rescue your cooking then. If I cleaned my arms before I
showered, I'd have to do it twice, kind of dumb to repeat the
process," he explained. "I never asked you to cook," he added as
he set Gizmo down on his feet and fixed his robe with both
hands.
"I don't often have gnomes that invade my home trying to cook
for me, so why would it be gnome friendly? Use the stool that's
not broken, " He added gruffly before heading back up to his
room.
After a rushed shower, he dried off and got dressed in loose
fitting green pants and grabbed an armless top to pull on. He
combed out his long hair and pulled the front part up into a
high pony tail and then headed back downstairs.
"Let's get this over with so we can both be about our business,"
he grumbled sitting down at the table.

The usual smile on Benjamin's lips faltered when Chester rushed
over and pulled the hand holding the handkerchief away. The
frown deepened at the harsh words towards the now panicky white
rabbit. "Oh Chessie, I'll be fine, it is merely a flesh
wound...." Hatter protested but allowed his friend to tend to
the wound. "I was thinking, maybe I could give Alice the
watch... and you could take her to Gizmo to... fix it... I think
I can get Fufu nice and distracted, it has been a while since he
has played his piano... if I coax him into playing, it will give
you a chance to go find him. Can almost promise he is bothering
Huang..." He mused to Chester.
Without waiting for an answer, Ben handed over the pocket watch
and with to the still quite upset Hare. "Fufu! You should play a
song for our guests! It has been far too long since you have
graced us with your talents!" Hatter coaxed, rather easily
convincing his friend to go sit at the grand piano that was made
out of a living tree. The March Hare was reluctant at first
before he sat at the piano and began to play, soon even singing
and becoming the most like his true self than he had been in a
long time.
"Go, before he realizes you are going..." He said in a whisper
to the feline before going over to the white rabbit and put his
hands on the man's shoulders. "You won't be late, time is
broken!" Ben mused, attempting to ground the rabbit.

A wide smile came to Gizmo's lips when Huang relented and put
him down, telling him to rescue the cooking. "You didn't *have*
to ask me, I want to cook for you," he mused as he pulled the
not broken stool up to the stove before clambering up and
resuming his cooking.
By the time Huang was done in his shower, the gnome had a nice
harty breakfast ready for the man, grinning like a mad man when
he walked in. "Ya know, I'm starting to think you don't want me
around," he joked before getting to work on getting Huang's arms
cleaned and adjusted for the day. "All done!"
The gnome mused after several minutes of work and worked on
cleaning his hands of some grease that had gotten on his hands.
"Suppose I can get out of your hair unless you want company for
breakfast." He said with a hopeful voice.

Chester got to work to look at his friend.”still need work my
friend.” Said the cat. He heard what he said and glanced at fu.
He felt the watch given to him and watched his friend distract
the hare with his talent. He looked back at the girl who seemed
to be zoning out, but his instincts was telling him she was
having a panic attack. But it seemed the music of the hare
brought her out of it as her head shifted before Chester heard
the whisper. He nodded to reluctantly go over, and grabbed the
girl by the coat “stay quiet.” He warned as they shifted out and
away thanks to the distraction.
They brushed by the rabbit who was in his own induced anxiety
attack.”time isn’t broken hatter- it can not break- it runs fast
and slow but it never stops..” said the stressed bunny as his
nose made the twitch.
Alicia who had walked by noticed something strange from the
white rabbit, it was a gentle glisten of a string. One would
think it a spiders web from at a glance. Her brow furrowed to
glance back as she started to notice it was around the party-
but the strangest part was the hare that played. It was as if he
was apart of the web much more than most. Her staring being
pulled away by the cat being rough as he couldn’t yell at her to
move- would draw too much attention.
Once he got her to the glade did he snap.”when I grab you to
move you move!” He said in a tone that made her try to step back
as his grip on the collar of her coat tightened and shoved her
into the tree his face dangerously close.”we are gonna find
gizmo- I got the watch and get it fixed-and we will go back- you
run- or attempt to get away- and I catch you- well, let’s just
say you won’t like what comes next. Got it?” He hissed a little.
Alicia was a bit shaken- “alright..” she said looking away. “Now
get moving.” He said as he began to walk away. That’s when she
noticed unlike the rest.. she saw no strings attached. They
walked through the forest making their way to an off beaten

They made it to the edge of the forest of whimsy- where the
caterpillar lived. The place looking almost peaceful with the
gentle song of birds, and the colorful plants around. The walk
was long and quiet as Chester stared at fufu’s broken watch with
a worried face. He held it to his chest before noticing
something coming up along the path. His arm went out to stop
Alicia from passing him- and seemingly almost protective.
Alicia took in the strings that wound around the
wonderlanders..their faces looking empty and as if they were not
there- not quite like the hypnosis she saw at the tea party-
these seemed to act in a way that was unlike a normal person.
One seemingly took off towards them, the magic wafting off as
stone shots headed their way. Alicia felt the shove of the cats
hand as he went the other way seeing it go by. One looked like
he lived the life of a tailor, the scissors in his hand- his
weapon of choice as he got close to the cat. Chester smacked the
man down as the scissors hit the ground near Alicia. She watched
as the cat managed to win, her hand taking the scissors to let a
shaky breath out as she fended off a woman her size to see the
woman yanked off by the cat and killed. The two gasped as he
looked pissed.”someone’s trying to stop me..” he growled as he
was more focused on his anger at the unknown foe.
Alicia was tugged to her feet by her hand as he stalked - with
her trailing behind to keep up to the caterpillars home.She kept
quiet out of fear of the cats anger. She didn’t know if he’d
believe her if she voiced what she saw.
It wasn’t much longer, when they happened on the home of the
caterpillar for Chester to knock on his door. The pair looking
ragged from the fight. Chester having the watch in his hand and
the girl looking exhausted- her hands in her pockets as she
looked like a reluctant tag along.

Huang was still thinking over Gizmo's last words about wanting
to cook for him as he looked over the food spread out on the
table in front of him.
"Finally catching on are you?" Huang asked sarcastically at the
other's joking tone. "I thought you never would,"
Huang stayed still while the gnome worked, trying to not say
much as his arms were tinkered on. He couldn't help but notice
the others scent or how funny it was that Gizmo but into his lip
while he concentrated.
Huang raised an eyebrow at Gizmo's hopefully tone and let out a
snort. "Do you really expect me to eat all this food by myself?
You made enough for a small army. Might as well help me put a
dent into it,"
Huang glanced over at the grandfather clock standing to the side
of the dining room and frowned. "Of course that mouse is
late..he's always late, Going to have to get him an alarm clock
at some point," he sighed in annoyance and then began to fill
his plate.

Eddy let out a groan as he stumbled out of bed and headed into
the washroom to take a hot shower. After about a half hour the
water went cold and had him yelling on shock and turning it off
quickly.
"Stupid water heater," he complained as grabbed a towel to dry
off with.
It wasn't until he got to his kitchen that he saw the time and
cursed seeing how late it was. "Crap! Huang's gonna be pi.ssed!"
Eddy grabbed his back pack and sped off as fast as he could
racing to the caterpillar's home. He came up short spying
Chester looking like he'd been through the ringer and the blue
haired woman looking rather frightened.
"No answer yet? Huang may not be where he can hear knocking."
Eddy moved in and pulled out his lock picking kit and took a few
seconds to get it open. "Just...uh wait here. Let me find Huang
and let him know he's got visitors. Better he gets mad at me
than either of you," Eddy said with a resigned tone and followed
his nose to the the dining room.
He blinked looking rather surprised to find Gizmo there and a
table filled with food. Huang shot a dark look at him and
motioned for him to come closer.
"Before you tear into me for being late, the Cheshire cat is
here and he's brought an Alice with him. He looked like he got
attacked, and I didn't think it wise to leave them on the
porch," Eddy quickly explained.
Huang frowned at Eddy's news and stood up. "Might as well join
us for breakfast, I'll go see what they need,"
Huang headed out to the foyer finding the colorful Chester and
the blue haired woman. "Is there anything I can help you with?
Perhaps some medical aid first?" He asked seeing how roughed up
Chester looked.

The queen had been trying to get her hands on him for a while so
he hoped it would be enough to help out Braxton.

The smile on Gizmo's lips only faltered slightly at the man's
sarcastic remark before telling him to join him for breakfast.
It made his heart flutter a little. Of course he hadn't been
seated for long before Eddy arrived with news of guests. He had
thought he heard a knock at the door.
Then the man invited Eddy to join the breakfast before leaving
the answer the door getting a full on pout from Gizmo. The
fluttery sensation gone now.

Alicia blinked to see a man, and at first shrunk away- after the
random attack wasn’t sure what that guy would do- till he
‘broke’ them in. She didn’t cross the threshold being she was
sensible- the cat seeing this grabbed her arm to pull her in and
shut the door.
Her face turned around the caterpillars living room, she could
see bookcases upon bookcases, and couches and chairs that seemed
so comfortable one could sink in them forever.
Chester was touching his cheek when he saw huang.”first we need
gizmo- fufu is kind of frozen in time? And we need the watch
fixed.” He said speaking. “Then the kit.” He said to sigh. “Some
assholes got in my way so had to fight.” He said.
Alicia who seemed absorbed in what looked like admiring the
man’s home to look up and just about went bright red to look
away.
*why is everyone as crazy as they are hot.* she thought to
herself to clear her throat.”I just need the bathroom..” she
softly said.
“Remember what I said..” said Chester cooly as she looked down
and away.”Not running- but I do have things to take care of that
I rather a man not see.” She said flatly.

“Promise hatter?” Asked Braxton as he was calming down. “Just..
not use to the old man’s job yet.. having strange feelings
lately I can’t explain..” said the bunny unaware that the
threads of fate was weaving him- or trying to into his role for
what he was. “But the Alice- I saw her and got to bring her
too.. “ his ears dropped noticeably as he didn’t really want to.

Eddy was more than a little shocked by Huang's off handed invite
to join him and Gizmo for breakfast. Once the imposing Huang
disappeared, Eddy was quick to fill a plate and pour a cup of
tea and even snuck several crumpets in his pockets for later.
"This is actually pretty delicious," he couldn't help but say,
unaware that Gizmo was the one that cooked it.
He raised an eyebrow seeing the pouty look on Gizmo's face and
swallowed another mouthful. "What's up with you Giz? You
feeling okay?"

Huang eyed the young woman, taking in her outfit and the way
she'd reacted to seeing him. He listened to their exchange,
frowning slightly.
"Gizmo's in the dining room with Edgar, I'll show her to the
restroom and grab the medical kit." He replied calmly, though he
was more than a little curious as what Chester's plans with the
human female were.
It was apparent that either Chester had been attacked by some
of the queens guards, or some other faction wanting to retrieve
Alice.
He could easily step in and take her to the Queen himself. Not
that it would do much good for the march hare if he did. He
knew that Chester would do anything for Fufu.
"This way my lady," Huang said politely and led her to the
second floor bathroom. He left her there to go to search the
hall closet until he found the medical kit. He waited in the
hall for her to emerge, considering what he should ask her on
the way to the others.

"I'm fine, Huang is harder to break than most... can be
discouraging, but he needs someone..." Gizmo admitted before
making himself blush a little "glad you like the food, cooked it
myself," he added with a smug smirk. He raised an eyebrow see
the blue haired woman come through with Huang before seeing a
quite disheveled Chester. "Run into trouble?" He questioned.

"I promise, you know, you don't *have* to follow in your
father's foot steps, you could just... not go back... I would
even consider myself personally responsible for you and keep
anyone from draging you back," he suggested, sensing the guilt
coming from the man. He knew Brax was a good being and had a
kind heart when he wasn't scared for his own life.

Chester nodded.”thanks man.” He said as he went to the bathroom
giving a warning glare as she looked away at first. That’s when
she noticed more threads. Her brow furrowed rather gently as she
saw some attached to huang. “Thank you.” She said quietly to
walk with Huang- or rather trailed as Chester broke off to say
at the table.”yeah- thankfully that Alice was damn useful and
distracted one or I’d would of been ganged up on.” He told
gizmo. Alicia was about to the doorway when she heard.”let’s
just hope she’s got more use than covering someone’s backside.”
She heard to feel bit of anger. But whatever was there quickly
went as it came. Alicia was never one for conflict- even if she
gotten angry- she often felt her words fell on deaf ears.
Chester noticed the shoulders stiffen for like a second to sigh
and shake his head.”managed to get fufu’s watch away while he
was distracted- Giz- think you can fix it? Seems to be the first
step before we try the next one Alice suggested.” He said
thoughtfully.

Alicia took in the walls of the home, it felt warm- comfortable-
almost like the home she wanted when she was small. The colors
meshed well with the theme, and more. Once she was shown the
bathroom- she gave a polite smile.”thank you.” She sounded to
shut the door.
She locked it and did her business at first. Once done she
shifted for her phone to pull it out. She made a thin line of
her lips as she noted it said there was no signal- but seemingly
sos mode. She sighed and quietly dialed the emergency number-
and heard absolutely nothing. She made a soft breath in and back
out as she shut the phone off. Her hand went through her hair
taking a few moments to shift in her pocket. She shoved a pill
in her mouth and shoved the bottle in her coat pocket to button
it up so she wouldn’t lose it to drink from the spiggot to wipe
her mouth with her sleeve after. After a few moments she
unlocked the door and saw Huang standing outside the door.>>>
She saw the curiosity on his face and shifted her hands in her
pockets, her other hand holding the scissors in the other
pocket,rather tightly as a way of trying to not feel as
afraid.”thanks again-“ she said before waiting for the guy to
lead the way back.

“I feel like I need to- like if I don’t- something bad might
happen Ben..” Braxton looked at the hatter with a look that
seemed to have a worried look.”I know I might sound a bit more
wacko than normal- but - I’m afraid once dad dies- I might lose
myself completely.” He said and looked at his hands.”it almost
feels like I have no choice and that I’m.. following a
script.”he said with a look to the side.

Eddy frowned not quite understanding what Gizmo was talking
about. "Isn't he already broken? I mean at least that's what he
thinks, from what I've noticed," he corrected.
He might be oblivious to a lot of things, but the way Huang
always said self depreciation things made him realize the guy
hated how he wasn't quite whole. Not to mention him hating how
clumsy his metal arms and hands were.
"You made all this? You truly are talented Gix!" He praised.
His tail twitched at the scent of Chester before he spied the
cat man and gave him a slight nod, stuffing his mouth to keep
from having to make small talk with Chester. He always felt way
too frightened and nervous around him.

"Sure, no problem," said Huang with a slight nod, taking in the
young woman's attire before headed to the staircase.
"If you'd rather not stand out too much, I can get Chester to
find you other clothes to wear. All black stands out in
Wonderland," he pointed out.
"Don't let what Chester said earlier get to you. At the moment
he's on edge and prepared to do whatever he has to to help his
friend. He's not usually do harsh, he's just really wound up and
worried. Then again...a lot of wonderlanders have been lately. I
could give him some catnip to help calm him down,"

"What a horrible thing to say! Huang is *not* broken! How dare
you even suggest that! The man struggles with the loss of his
arms enough!" Gizmo chastised quite protectively. "One day I
will get him to see that..." He claimed in a softer tone. "Never
the less... thank you I quite pride myself on my cooking," he
added as the anger ebbed away, especially when Chester explained
he had gotten the watch away from Fufu.
"I can certainly take a crack at it." Gizmo said as he took the
broken watch from Chester and pulled a zooming monocle to his
eye, twisting it to get a more detailed view of the watch.
"Shouldn't be hard to fix. Will have to take it to my workshop
but I should have it finished before the end of the day." He
paused before putting the eyeglass away and pocketed the watch.
"Joining us for breakfast?" He questioned.

"We are all a bit crazy Brax, If you lend me your trust... I'll
make sure nothing bad will happen to you. A Mad a Hatter grantee
if you will. I can help you break that script just like I am
trying to do for Fufu." Benjamin tried to coax.

Alicia was moving toward the staircase as she heard Huang speak
of her attire. Her hand went to the coat she cared about.”you
may be right but- this coat has sentimental value.. and I don’t
exactly trust anyone here.. “ she relaxed a bit as she took in
the man’s form to see the strings clearly slack making her frown
a little.”and someone recently died a week ago- I just wear this
more for the mourning..” she explained.”I lost someone very
important to me recently.” She said to sigh a bit.
She heard the man explain the cats behavior, how he spoke
sounded like lovers to her. She blinked a bit. “Many huh?..”
she went quiet as she felt this guy was a bit gentler, and saner
than the rest.. the books in his house told her he had to be
knowledgeable somehow to ask.”has anyone seen the strings
around. I know when we were attacked they had a lot of strings
and clearly moving like ..puppets.” She said almost timidly.
Part of her wondering if she was going to be perceived as crazy-
course the few she met seemed unhinged.”and I don’t have
catnip..” she said quietly to move her hands to begin picking at
her fingers rather absent mindedly.

Chester let off a sigh. “Please do I want it asap.. and might as
well- hare was doing nothing but sweets again.. my teeth are
gonna rot out.” Said the cat to move and get some eggs and
bacon.”so your in the caterpillars house- and I am guessing you
made this food?” He suggested as he went to his normal self as
he teased.

Braxton took a deep breath and nodded. “What happened to fufu..?
What caused him to go into this .. strange fit?” He asked as he
now seemed to get his head enough into place- his leg bouncing
showing what nerves wouldn’t go. He still felt a bit of anxiety
but it seemed to be dying down just talking.

Eddy instinctively shrank down to a quarter of his size at
Gizmo's harsh scolding, his tail quivering. Loud voices and
noises always brought this type of response, it wasn't really
something he could control.
"I-i misspoke! So so...sorry!" He squeaked out and huddled in
the corner of the chair, as if to hide from Gizmo's ire.
The softer tone, had him relaxing a bit, but Eddy wasn't about
to stick around after that sort of explosion. He slide down the
leg of the chair and sped off to the downstairs growing room. At
least he could get some calming quiet while checking on Huang's
plants and making sure they got watered.

Huang's gaze softened when the new Alice replied, saying the
coat had sentimental value to her. He had a few items of his
father's that he felt the same way about. Even if he'd been a
harsh, demanding man, Huang Jian had cared a great deal for him.
"I don't blame you, everyone has some sort of plot and game they
play. I'm sorry for your loss. I know how painful that is,"
Huang's forehead wrinkled in confusion when she spoke of strings
and puppets. It made no sense to him...though it did remind him
of something his father had said before he had died. About
everyone being puppets and being pawns in a much larger game of
chess.
"You'll have to tell me more about what you've seen," he finally
replied, not wanting her to think she'd gone crazy. Though it
was likely to happen to get at some point. Almost every Alice
broke and went mad.
"I know *you* don't, but I do. I'll get you some. It shouldn't
affect him too much, just put him in less of a murder happy
mindset," Huang replied and then pulled her back as Eddy raced
through the door of the dining room and towards the door that
led to the basement.
He let out a sigh but didn't follow after the speedster mouse.
Huang moved to pull the swinging door open for Alice and ushered
her in to where the others were eating.
"Please have a seat, would you like some tea with breakfast?" He
asked as he pulled a high backed chair out for her to sit down
on. The manners that his father had drilled into him came out as
he served her before sitting next to Chester and cleaning and
dressing his head wound.
"Are you needing help with this mission of yours Chester? You
know you only have to ask,"

"You would be guessing correctly," Gizmo said to Chester as he
picked at his plate of food, watching Eddy scurry off. He hadn't
meant to frighten the mouse, but he certainly meant every word
he had said. Moments later, Huang arrived with the Alice and
began to fuss over her in a way that sparked jealousy in the
gnome, even more at the way the catapillar spoke to Cheshire.
Suddenly he wasn't so hungry and lost the pep in him for the
moment. Seeing at Huang had been trying to get him to leave
since he arrived, the Gnome gave no word as he got out of his
seat to leave without another word. He knew his feelings would
come out in the worst way if he stayed. He wanted to desperately
for Huang to fuss over *him* in such a manner, to act like he
wanted him around.
The gnome was lost deep in his thoughts as he made his way to
his hidden home and workshop, putting his energy into fixing the
watch. He spend hours fussing with the gadget before getting
finally had it ticking again. "There we go, all better, suppose
u should find Chester and give this back..." He said as he
looked it over.
When he left his hole in the ground of a home, he began in the
direction of where the tea party was held. He wasn't expecting
to run unto danger, but soon he had some butter bears chasing
after him, and chasing the little gnome up a tree. "Guess things
can't get much worse.." He grumbled.

"I broke his watch so he believes time is broken and tea time
can't ever end. He, can be particular on doing things at
specific times." Benjamin explained as he set himself in the
white rabbit's lap to stop his leg from shaking so noticeably.
"Would you like me to get you something? Hopefully Chester and
the Alice will be back soon," he questioned.

“Hare is that stuck?” He asked before blushing bright at the man
in his lap. “Tea I don’t mind.. barely ate breakfast cause was
doing my job.. got anything that isn’t terribly sweet?” He asked
the hatter.

“Thank you kindly for your words.” Said Alicia as she followed
the man. “You do?” She asked as she seemed to ease a little
more.”hare is covered in those wires..but oddly not the cat or
the hat guy.” She said.”even you seem to have a few strings
attached.” She admitted. Once they got back she went quiet again
to take the seat and gave a polite smile.”just some eggs and
bacon- and I don’t mind some tea.” She said before noticing the
man that seemed to have a pained look. Course Chester getting
doctored up picked up on his stress as he blinked. He saw how
gizmo left and sighed.”huang I’m telling you now - all this
attentions gonna vanish if you keep treating him like that…” he
said with a side eye as he let the guy finish up.
Alicia ate some as she watched gizmo leave.. the threads seemed
broken were fixing- as sad as the man seemed. Her brows furrowed
a bit seeing this to drink some tea.

Indeed did things get worse for the one called gizmo- a young
jabberwock out for the morning noticed a couple of butter bears
to lick its chops. It was far from the safety of home- unable to
properly sleep yet. The bears catching a whiff of the young one
took off as their instincts told them. It came to the tree to
peer up as it smelled something it liked.. but ever the more it
saw shiny things upon its head. It made a cry at the man in the
tree as it stretched its wings ready to fly as it looked at
gizmo.

Huang felt rather wary when Alice brought up that Fufu had been
wrapped in wires, and he had strings on himl. What sort of magic
was involved for this Alice to be seeing hidden strings on
others? And why did Chester not have them? Could he possibly be
immune to whoever was pulling the strings? Was that why Chester
had been attacked earlier? They definitely had a mystery to
solve
Huang hadn't given much thought to how his social politeness
might be seen differently by Gizmo and misinterpreted by the
gnome. He served his guests, letting himself get distracted by
the nuances of being a host.
The gnome's leaving was so quiet he didn't realize that Gizmo
was gone until Chester spoke up.
His eyebrow arched and he looked over to see that Gizmo had
indeed left. "I Thought he'd never leave. He keeps harassing me
and interrupting my routine. I'm really not even sure why he
keeps it up. It's rather annoying to be honest," Huang muttered,
very much oblivious to what Gizmo felt.
"I apologize, I've forgotten my manners. I am Huang Jian, the
caterpillar's son. What is your name?" He asked turning to look
at the young woman.

"Unfortunately, yes Fufu is indeed that stuck. Do you have a
preference of tea?" Hatter questioned as he reached over to
cause several different colorful pots to float around them and
some dishes of fresh fruits he had convinced Hare were sweet
enough for tea time. He then got a cup and then the cream and
sugar as he waited for an answer.

When a small Jabberwoky appeard from out of the forest and
chased off the butter bears, he felt grateful at first, at least
until the creature locked eyes on him. "Ohhhh no, please don't
eat me!" The gnome begged as he tried to scramble further up the
tree.

Chester let off a sigh at the caterpillar. He heard him
introduce himself and realized- she didn’t really know anyone
but Braxton. Course he was no help in calling her Alice.”pleased
to meet you- my name is Alicia- “ she said softly.”your homes
quite lovely.” She said with a smile.
Chester gave another deep sigh.”Huang- did it ever cross your
mind the gnome might be - I don’t know in love? Swear your mind
is flightier than a dove.” He said to cross his arms and his
tail giving a twitch. He looked at the blue haired girl that was
quiet and felt a slight twinge of guilt.. had he not needed her
things would have been much like his father- and being more fun.
“My name is Chester. And hatter that was Ben.” He told her as
she blinked to nod. “Guess while we wait we can talk about
wonderland- course the place isn’t as fun as it used to be to
be.. everyone is in some form of a behavior we couldn’t quite
explain.” Said the cat. “This place use to be a big dream-I’m
not sure what changed it..” he said leaning back. The next few
hours would lead to her finding out about wonderland and the
creatures that lived in it.. and a queen that was considered
kind- least until an Alice was brought to her- a switch
seemingly flipped though one wouldn’t know how.

The little creature flew up to snag the gnome by the shoulders.
Despite it being as big as a large dog, managed to grip the man
and fly off with the tinkerer, he would be dumped in a small
cave.. not quite home but a place.
The creature seemed to nose at the gnome. Taking in the smell-
and a small voice came out of the creature.”play!” It cried to
nose at him again.

“Not really- like most tea just easy with the sugar-“ said the
bunny with a gentle smile.”well for fufu’s sake let’s hope he
can be helped.” He said as he saw the dishes dance around to
reach for a strawberry to nom on it.

Huang gave Alicia a slight nod once she'd introduced herself and
then complimented him on his home. "Thank you, perhaps if you
have time later I can give you a tour. There's a lot more to

His mood shifted at Chester saying that Gizmo might be in love
with him. His eyes lost the warmth in them and his mouth thinned
in disgust. "Just why would he feel like that about me? I'm a
damaged, disgraced nobody with nothing to offer. He'd be better
off with anyone else." He muttered, his normal grumpy self
depreciating mood coming out.
He'd have tossed Chester out if his social graces and manners
didn't make him want to keep up appearances. Especially in front
of Alicia.
He fell quiet as Chester started telling her the names of the
others she'd met. His manners also kept him from leaving the two
alone, adding in what he knew about what was going on.
"The queen's family was cursed. There's a madness that gets
triggered by something the other Alice's do, or say. It might be
wise to keep your distance for now at least. Queen Desta...has
her issues, but isn't as murderous as those in the past. The
court doctors and mage are trying to find a cure. Hopefully
they'll figure it out. The last I heard about it was in passing
a year ago. I'm currently on the outside of court happenings
these days." He sighed heavily.

When the beast flew up and snagged him by the shoulders, Gizmo
was sure he was done for. He was shocked to find himself dropped
in the mouth of a cave and the rambunctious Jabberwoky pup
wanting to play. "P-play? Okay okay, I can do that... uuuummmm"
the gnome scrambled through his packets and found a few pieces
and was able to peace together a toy dragon fly that flapped
it's shiny wings. "There you go, you can chase this," he
suggested letting it go so it could zoom around the cave. He
hoped it would be distraction enough to get away.

One of the tea pots tilted forward to fill the cup as Hatter
added a dollop of cream and a half spoon full of sugar to stur
it and place it in Brax's hands. "Here you are." He mused with a
grin.

Huang speaking about his home and about gardens made her think
of her home back in her world… or what was. She had a feeling
the man prided on his home much like the woman. She gave a warm
smile as she continued her own meal.
Of course when Cheshire made note of the man and his love- the
reaction from Huang left a profound and haunting look on
Alicia’s face.
It thrown her back months prior to her grandmothers death-
having nearly died by her own hand and her grandmother by her
side. The tears shared and the care the woman gave she felt she
never deserved- still clung at her. A reminder of someone that
loved her fully as she was.
She could still hear her words as the cat retorted back to the
man.
“Enough of that cater- he loves you as you are.” Chester
said.”you say all that but.. do you really believe he is blind?”
He asked.
Alicia looked at the man who just seemed more than just off
about himself. She took a breath as she pushed her meal away
for the wound she still was healing from in her own heart.
“ honestly…” said Alicia as she seemed to grip her hands.”For
one thing most of us -can take one positive thing to match it
with ten negative things and then we ten to multiply it- “said
Alicia - her grandmothers words coming to her.
“we can look in the mirror and see the ugliest thing in the
world reflecting right back at us without even a thought..We
think the worst and that we don’t even deserve the best in
life.“ said Alicia.”but those that feel love- be it family or
romantic see things differently- you may see a broken man as you
feel disgusted- but to the one that continued to pursue you-
your the most beautiful flower in the garden, honestly I’d
suggest asking gizmo why he is always around- and keep quiet-
you’d be surprised.” Said Alicia.”but if I were you.. and I’m
not- I would take the time to talk to him- time is short..” said
Alicia feeling her voice give a bit as Chester felt a strange
set of emotions as he saw tears. >>>

The young jabberwocky watched in fascination as the gnome built
the toy.”really? So shiny!” Said the young one as he began to
fly around it- but of course when the gnome would attempt to
slip away would be met with cries. “Mister!! Mister!!!” Said the
young monster as he shifted to that of a young boy. “Please
don’t go…” sniffled the creature. He had no idea where his mom
went- it been a few days and been on his own. He sat on his butt
with the toy in his hands - hugging it a bit too tightly as a
sound cracked. His tail drooped.”oh no..” he said to pout again.

Huang was too caught up in his self loathing to notice the
effect his words had on Alicia. There had been so many times his
depression had dragged him so low that he'd contemplated just
ending things. The pain, rejection and ostracization he'd gone
through had reduced him to feeling unworthy of any happiness.
Let alone another's love.
Chester's chiding and claiming Gizmo loved him as he was had him
shooting the other a look of disbelief. His metal hands dug into
the char arms, crushing them into splinters.
"Like he'd take a chance with someone who could crush him! Or
hurt him!" He argued as he pulled his hands off, taking in the
destruction he'd caused. It was imaging what he might do to
another that kept him from ever opening himself to anyone fully.
His eyes raised to look at Alicia as the young woman spoke.
Everything she said was more than he expected to hear from one
so young.
"Me, A flower?" He questioned softly, feeling rather uncertain
of the analogy. Her adding that time was short, had him frowning
a bit and glancing at the grandfather clock to see how much time
had passed.
Their suggestions of talking to Gizmo made him realize that the
gnome hadn't returned yet, a moment before Chester brought it
up.
"He wouldn't take this long. We should go find him," He said
with a concerned look. "Though...if Alicia is what those men
earlier were after, it's likely they'll try grabbing her again,"
he added. "It would probably be easier for you to look for him.
I'm likely to be followed by the guards the queen has following
me," he confessed. "I don't stay home by choice, though I have
become antisocial as of late,"

"Couldn't exactly leave this place to go hunt you down, you
don't visit me like you did when you were younger. I don't
exactly trust the queen these days anyways, mean... even you are
worried about her punishments," Hatter said with a sigh.
"Though if Chester's plan doesn't work... may need your help
anyways...." He said in a more serious tone.

"Ohhh shush shush shhhh it's okay, I can fix it. But uh... I
need to get back to my workshop, you... you can stay with me
until you..." He gulped in this moment, "your parents find you?
Just... I really don't want to be eaten..." He reasoned.
"I can even make you all kinds of toys to play with," he added,
hoping to coax the beast into bringing him back.

Braxton blinked and his eyes flickered softly.”I use to not be
like this- honestly- it feels like I’m being stifled.” He
said.”miss being able to do what I want.” He said thoughtfully.
His ears perked up at the sound of being needed.”in what way?”
He asked as his head turned back to the hare that was enjoying
his piano. When was the last time even he enjoyed fufu’s
playing- it was as if he was staring to be how he was when he
was younger- not worried in the least of being late and enjoying
a party. His eyes fell on the hatter as the crush he had
flickered a bit. While the man’s hair hid them- he quite did
enjoy how they looked.

“Really?!?” Asked the small jabberwocky as he saw him again.”I
like toys- and I don’t know where mama is.. she left a few days
ago i don’t know where she is at.. I won’t eat you- you’re my
treasure!” He said in his small voice.”carry me!” He practically
demanded to hold his arms up.

Chester was glad at how it seemed Alicia’s words seemingly hit
the man. He had hoped this meant he’d actually listen to
someone.
It seemed worry coated the caterpillars voice for the gnome.”I
can look for him..
and those men are long dead.. just make sure she ain’t
snatched.” Said the cat. He looked at her as he said.”remember-“
“I’m not running.” Said Alicia.”find giz and we can get the
watch and fix fufu.” Said Alicia.
“I’ll be back.. said the cat as he walked toward the door to
stop and hold the handle.”and Alicia.. I’m sorry for have been a
pain.” She heard.”I just.. want to fix fufu..” he said.”and have
him back to himself again.” He said before he walked out. Her
eyes softened a bit before wiping her eyes. “Guess we can do
that tour?” She asked.”I really want to see the garden.” She
said with a small smile.

Chester went to walk his way, sniffing for the gnome itself..
but as he neared a particular spot where he and Alice had passed
before smelled not just gizmo.. he stilled as his blood went
cold.”jabberwocky..” he said under his breath.>>
The cat didn’t smell blood at least so he continued to track the
smell of the beast and the man. He noticed how the path was
headed to the tea party.”why the hell did he go that a way when
I was at the house?!?” He grumbled as he made his way.

Huang was relieved when Chester agreed to look for Gizmo and
nodded when the other asked him to keep an eye on Alicia. "I
will protect her," he promised.
He was more than a bit surprised at how readily the woman agreed
to help Chester with getting Fufu fixed. She seemed far
different than the other Alices' he'd encountered in the past.
Then again, most of them had been little more than children.
"We'll be waiting for you both," Huang replied and stood up once
Chester had gone.
Huang gave Alicia a genuine smile when she brought up his tour
idea and added she wanted to see the garden. "There's more than
one," he said with a proud glint in his eyes.
"But first, let me get all this put away."
Once he'd summoned one of his invisible servants, Huang led her
off to the basement first. "one short stop before we see the
outdoor gardens. I may need to prod Eddy back to work. He's been
down here for hours now,"
Huang led the way down winding faintly glowing stairs into his
secret growing room. The room was vast, and stretched on fir
what seemed like Miles, and was completely filled with row after
row of medicinal and a variety of weed plants. One wouldn't know
by looking, but it was arranged in a labyrinth pattern. If one
didn't know the set up, they'd likely get lost.
"Eddy! Have you finished?" He called out loud enough for his
voice to carry through the place.
When only silence met his yell, Huang sighed. "He's likely
taking a nap somewhere in the maze, Come on, stick close. It's
easy to get lost on your own,"
After about a ten minute walk in, they came upon Eddy curled up
and napping among the plants. The mouse man was snoring away and
twitching in his sleep, looking quite adorable with his hair all
ruffled.
"Eddy, time to get up," Huang said and shook the mouse man
gently.
Eddy let out a groan, his eyes slowly opening and took in the
two faces above him. He let out a startled squeak and jolted
backwards, hitting his head into a metal pipe.
"oww...it hurts!" He complained and rubbed his head. Eddy's
heart was beating wildly at Huang being so close and he slowly
sat up, practically shaking.
Huang held back a sigh. He didn't know why Eddy was always so
afraid of him. He'd never tried to hurt him. Though...he had
caught the man trying to steal from him and been pretty angry at
the time.
"If you need more sleep, use one of the empty bedrooms upstairs.
It would be much more comfortable than the floor. I was going to
take Alicia on a tour of the gardens. If you're done here, you
can go home now. Or you could join us, it's your choice,"
Eddy was a bit shocked by Huang's offer to use one of his
bedrooms. He let out a sigh and ran his hand through his hair,
messing it up even more.
"I finished...and got lost trying to get out." He admitted
blushing a bit. "A tour of the gardens?"
As far back as Eddy could recall, Huang had never given tours of
his private gardens to anyone. "I need to make a pit stop first,
but I'd like to join you,"
Huang wasn't all that surprised that Eddy had gotten lost. He'd
tried to teach him how to get through the maze many times, but
Eddy was always distracted.
"Then let's get going," he said giving Eddy a hand up.
They headed back through the weed maze and up the stairs.
Stopping for Eddy to take care of his business before heading
out the French doors in the back of Huang's home. He led them
through a colorful glass gate and down a glowing stone pathway.
The further they went, flowers and plants surrounded the path
before they came to a colorful pavilion with many pathways that
branched off from it.
"Where shall we go first? The willow glades? Or perhaps the
valley of flowers? Or my personal favorite, the koi pier?"
"What about Dewdrop meadows? Or the Rose Vale?" Eddy piped up.
"I heard they're pretty incredible...though it's been ages since
anyone's seen them,"

"I'm not entirely sure at the moment, that's why I'm hoping
Chester's plan works. Hare used to be so reasonable so long as
everything was done at it's proper time... maybe if the watch
can't be fixed, you could get away and find a replacement? I'm,
not used to not knowing what needs to be done..." Hatter said,
letting his exhaustion show. "If I'm being honest, I need you
around more, I miss talking to you..." Benny admitted.

"Uh, yes really...." Gizmo answered before feeling quite
flattered at the child calling him treasure, not yet
understanding what this meant. A chuckle escaped him as he
scooped the little boy into his arms before making the trek back
to his house.
Despite the Gnome's friendly nature, he had never let anyone
come into his home before, he didn't even like people knowing
about where it was let alone letting anyone inside. It was his
sacride place.
"Don't touch anything, there are things in here that could hurt
you," the gnome warned before putting the child down and taking
the dragonfly toy. It didn't take long to fix the simple toy
before giving it back to the Jabberwocky.
"Any specific requests on toys?" Gizmo asked before getting to
work making a whole variety of magical mechanical toys for the
child in a matter of hours. He even made a little portable chest
to store all the little toys in so the child could travel with
them and not risk them breaking. Of course, all such a task
would have usually taken Gizmo a matter of a half hour rather
than several given he had to frequently stop to keep the
youngster from breaking things.
"Tell me how you like these," the gnome mused as he handed the
little boy the closed chest for him to open. "Why don't we go
outside and you can play with all your new toys there? My
workshop isn't the best place to play." He mused, already
feeling quite fatherly towards you child.

“More?” Alicia said with a hint of excitement. She saw how the
plates hoovered and making its way to the kitchen with her jaw a
bit slack before hearing him mention a person- she did recall
the man that ‘broke’ them into huangs home. She trailed behind
the caterpillar to a large room. It almost seemed mysterious as
it seemed much more vast than the house itself. She saw how he
called for eddy to blink.”a nap huh?” She mused as her hands
went in her pockets to walk by the much taller man.
Once they happened upon eddy did she chuckle just a bit. She
heard a squeak from the rather well built man to cringe as he
smacked his head into the pipe.
She listened to the two talk and smiled softly. It seemed Huang
was acting much more natural than the polite nature he had.
After a little bit of waiting did they get to the path that
branched off. She blinked as her eyes widened- she seemed to
think and smiled.”let’s head to the koi first.. then the rose
vale?” She asked. “Can’t wait to see the gardens- is the koi the
proudest part of your garden?” Asked the blue haired woman.

White rabbit seemed to think at what he said.”I could always
give him mine- after all his father and mine were close friends-
so their watches often matched.” He said to blush a bit. His
ears went up in suprise at what he was told.”I missed it too-
just been running ragged from dawn til dusk- I’m also afraid
when the old man goes- I won’t even have time to grief.” He said
to lean into hatter.”I don’t think.. I was ever meant to be the
queens attendant.” He said as he let himself be vulnerable.”I
want to do things and.. even take you on a date.. maybe at the
diamond lands and explore the ruins..” he said to smile a bit.”I
like you more than you know hatter.” He confessed.

The jabberwocky boy seemed to be more than happy. Once inside
the gnomes home did he become curious.”yes sir!” Said the child
as he was put down. He saw the toy the man made taken and fixed
to smile.”its fixed!!” He said excitedly to see it move again.
“I want… a ball… an’ a train I hear them all the time- and a
horsey.. “ he listed and added others. Once given the box with
the small toys and ball did he smile. “I like it mister! And
okay! Your workshop is cool! Can you teach me to make toys too?”
He asked his dark hair falling a bit as he opened and closed the
box again.

Huang was rather surprised when Eddy suggested the two gardens
he didn't mention. He made a thoughtful a sound, waiting for
Alicia to give her own vote on where to go.
"We'll only have time for two places before it gets too dark,
so we'll do the koi pier and the Rose Vale. If we have time
another day, I'll show you both the other gardens," he decided.
He smiled at Alicia's question about the koi. "I take great
pride in all my gardens, though the koi pier is my favorite.
It's where I go to meditate,"
He moved to lead them down one of the pathways; a few feet in
the stones were a mix of bright orange, white and black. "Each
pathway is color coded to tell you where you're headed, but I
wouldn't advise venturing out to any of them on your own. There
are still plant life and supernatural things that can be harmful
if you don't know to avoid them," he warned.
It was about a five walk in when they came to another glass gate
with a design of two koi fish intertwined. Huang moved to push
the gate open and led the two inside. They were soon walking
onto a wood pier that led out to a lake. Nearby a calming
waterfall fed into the lake filled with fragrant lotus blossoms
and brightly colored koi fish.
"We can walk down to get a better look," Huang said, inhaling
the lotus flower scent, a calm feeling coming over him. "I'm
sure the koi would love to have some visitors. Just don't let
them distract you for too long. They're likely to talk your ear
off," he said with a chuckle.
Eddy was rather impressed by the gorgeous lake and how calming
the surroundings were. Around the lake were Oriental trees and
foliage, making him feel as though he'd stepped into a chinese
fantasy world.
"It's so beautiful here! I could probably nap here for days!"
Huang couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "I know you would. I'll
bring you back when the lotus roots and buds are ready to
harvest. They both have a unique sweet taste."

Hearing Brax's missile remedy to Hare's problem had Benjamin
perk up quite a bit before his arms encircled the rabbit man
when he leaned against him. It seemed his show of weakness
sparked Braxton to feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable with
him. A look of surprise came to the Hatter's expression when the
man mentioned tanted to take him on a date.
His lips curled into a soft smile. "I don't think you are meant
to run yourself ragged at the whims of those who consider
themselves above you... I would love to explore the Dimond lands
with you. It sounds lovely..." Ben mused before pressing a sweet
kiss to the rabbit's lips. "I would *love* to know just how much
you like me Braxy...." He mused.

A massive grin crossed Gizmo's lips as he watched just how
excited the child was. He was surprised to hear he wanted to
learn how to make toys too. "I'm sure I could teach you how to
make toys. You can call me Gizmo kiddo," he said as he grinned
even more. "Though, that will be later, let's head outside and
test out your new toys!" He coaxed.
Soon, the gnome guided the Jabberwocky out of his home and into
a nearby meadow to see what the toys could do.

Braxton gave a soft smile right back as he was told he didn’t
have to run ragged for others.”maybe once we get this fixed I
can figure a way to get away from the job.” He said with a sigh.
He felt the gentle kiss to blush a bit. He pulled hatter in for
a deep kiss- accidentally knocking the hat back as his hands
went in the man’s hair. He couldn’t help it. Him being in his
lap and being sweet like this- … he pulled back enough.”it’s
only a start, but hopefully that shows how much I want you.” He
said with a smirk.

The young jabberwocky blinked at the name.”giz-mo..” he
sounded.”okay!” He said as he went outside to the meadow. He got
the flying toy to work again and giggled as he played with the
gnome. It felt nice having someone around after being alone a
few days.
The moving toys were put away as he was playing ball with the
gnome when Chester appeared. His eyes widened at the child that
was playing with the gnome. “You… got the jabberwocky kid to
play with you? And not eat you? How?!?” He asked to shift his
eyes at the gnome. The little one made a wide eye look before
getting close to the gnome and cling to his legs. “Was wondering
what was taking you so long- got scared that you got eaten!” He
said with a frown.

Alicia nodded to smile as she seemed to like the idea of seeing
the other gardens. “Can’t wait to see it.. my grandmother loved
her gardens - she had a Gardner that helped with it cause it was
big.. “ she said before her smile fell just a little. She hadn’t
had anyone to really talk about such things, while it felt nice-
it also was a reminder of who was no longer there.
She heard his warning to nod her head.” Alright- be best- was
chased bit earlier by some dragon?” She said questioning her own
sanity on that one.
After a bit of a walk did she notice the koi gate. Her eyes
flickering over the design and taking appreciation of it. She
paused at being told the koi talk.”they speak? Really?” Asked
Alice as she looked shocked.”do you often have conversations?”
She asked as she watched him smelling the lotus scent to smile
to see him much more relaxed.
She listened to the mouse and caterpillar talk to smile a
bit.”taste? I didn’t know you could eat them.” Said Alicia.”mean
I heard of honey suckle- they have a little sweetness- but never
a lotus being such a way.” She said as she went for a closer
look of the koi.

Huang turned to hear Alicia talking about her grandmother loving
her gardens and noticed how the young woman's smile fell. He
didn't mention it, though he felt a bit of sympathy for her. He
had the feeling that her grandmother had been who she'd talked
about earlier.
"Dragon? Oh...it was probably the jabberwocky that you saw. It
always seems drawn to go after any Alice that arrives. Not
really sure why though,"
Her shocked look and question had him chuckling. "Yes they do.
When I can get down here I do. The mermaids keep them company
most days," he explained.
Eddy perked up at the mention of the mermaids and the lotus
parts being sweet. He hadn't known they were edible either.
"There's a several honeysuckle bushes in the dew drop meadow.
The buds in the middle of them can be eaten when ripe, but the
roots gave to be cooked first. If you're still here when they're
ripe you should try them."
When Alicia headed down the pier he and Eddy followed her. By
the time they got to the end, a crowd of cow and mini mermaids
were popping up to look at the new visitors with a great deal of
interest.
"Ohh pretty girlie has blue hair! Very nice!" One of the
mermaids exclaimed in admiration.
"Oh and a handsome mouse man too..hello there," another mermaid
flirted
The koi fish soon drowned the two mermaids out with rather
boisterous curious questions about the new visitors. When their
questions got repetitive, Huang pulled the two away telling the
koi and mermaids they'd be back again another time.
"We should have enough time to see Rose Vale. I think you will
both will like it,"
The followed the pathway back partway and Huang took them
through a hidden bridge across to the trail that led them to an
iron gate covered in pink roses.
Eddy let out an excited little squeak when Huang pulled out an
old key to unlock it and opened it. "I always wondered what that
key was for!"
Huang chuckled and slipped it back around his neck. "Well now
you know. Just be aware, picking The lock can be fatal," he
warned and then ushered them in and locked the door behind them.
Eddy's gaze took in the perfectly sculpted hedges, topiary
bushes his gaze took in the rainbow colored roses spread out in
a vast array on all sides. "Wow," he breathed at how beautiful
it was. "It's more stunning than I imagined it would be!"
Huang smiled and slowly led them around showing them the
different areas and the marble statues and fountain in the
garden. He showed them his specially cultivated roses, ones he'd
named and designed for the people he knew.
"Oh, and these are some of the Rose gardeners," he said and
introduced them to the rose people that took care of the place.
"It's nice to meet you both," one said in a higher pitched voice
and then turned to Huang. "Your newest roses have bloomed Lord
Huang. They are quite beautiful,"
"Wonderful, let's go have a look," Huang said and led them to a
hidden area in the garden. They passed by some smaller statues
of the original wonderland founders and came to a stop to admire
the bright orange roses. "What do you think, will Gizmo like
the blooms I made to match his hair?"

"I'll help you get away from that job in any way that I can..."
Hatter had began before he was pulled into a mind blowingly deep
kiss. His hat falling off his head as Brax's fingers knotted
their way into his hair. Benjamin was panting by the time the
white rabbit pulled back. The hair in front of his eyes, moved
enough to show off one of his spiraling green eyes.
"It... most certainly does, hopefully we can go somewhere
alone... soon..." Ben mused, about to go in for another kiss,
before he heard the piano stop and sighed to hhimself.
"The tea party must go in it seams," he said before hopping out
of Brax's lap and picking his hat up, fixing his hair to cover
his eyes before he returned the hat to it's rightful perch.
"Braxton, would you like to dance?" He questioned as music
picked up around them as the zombified band resumed.

Watching the wonder in the jabberwocky cub's eyes as he played
brought a joy to the gnome's heart he hadnt even realized had
been missing as they tossed the ball back and forth. A chuckle
left Gizmo when the child clung to his leg at Chester's arrival.
He was quite pleased the boy hadn't just attacked the feline.
"I was scared I was going to be eaten as well." Gizmo said as he
put a comforting hand on the boy's head. "I have the watch
finished..." He said to Chester before looking down at his
seemly adopted child. "Please don't attack my friend? I just
have to give him this watch and then we can play for as long as
you want..." He reassured before moving toward Chester and
pulled the watched from his breast pocket to hand over.

Braxton took in the man’s eyes with a sweet tender look.”always
had the prettiest eyes..” he said softly before his ears
twitched to blush. His head turned to see fufu already kicking
back into the pattern even he knew he was with tea parties. “I
wouldn’t mind.” He said taking the hatters hand to feel the draw
in.”do need the practice.. still have two left feet.” He said to
blush.

Chester’s ears perked up.”it’s finished?” He asked as he seemed
to grin. The boy looked up at gizmo.”okay.. I won’t eat anyone
if you introduce me to other friends!” Said the boy as Chester
blinked, he had a bit of a moment of thinking fufu or the damned
hopster Braxton would die of fright. He let off a breath.”that’s
fine-“ he said his own soft spot for kids showing. He took the
pocket watch to still.”wait… little one did you chase a blue
haired morsel this morning?” He asked as the boy blinked.”blue
hair? No…” he said as Chester blinked.”giz let’s take the kid..
bet the parent might pop up if you stick with me.” He told the
guy. “Least for now.” He said to look at the kid.

Alicia blushed a bit to smile and thanked the mermaid. But
quickly became overwhelmed by the talk of the others. She was
quite thankful that Huang took her and the mouse from the place.
She never did well with everyone talking at once.
Once they got to the roses though. She was quickly drawn in as
she looked at the roses. Alicia stopped tos er the statue, not
quite realizing she had been left a little behind to take in the
original founders. Her head tilted as she heard the man
speak.”you made a flower to match his hair?” Asked Alicia.”you
must hold quite an affection to curate a rose to the likeness of
his hair.” She said to turn back to the statues. Her eyes caught
a thread that lazily followed the mouse- but never attached.
She frowned a bit to touch the thread.. briefly before it moved
rather erratically. It shot as she realized it was about to wrap
around her neck to bring out the scissors.

She managed to open it as it caught the thread to cut it before
it could even try. The thread that was cut was now visible to
the wonderland’s eye.

Marion was seated in a private room all his own. The man was
eating his breakfast and waited on hand and foot by the puppets
that he created. The moment the thread of his power was touched
did he realize an Alice was in the world. “So.. near the mouse I
followed him?” He mused. “Could be anywhere from the mouse’s
house to caterpillar’s home…or the hatter and hare..” he
mumbled. “Well then.. guess I’ll make sure it’s a suprise he or
she won’t forget.” He said as his hands gripped the strings of
the jabberwocky adult he had control of, giving the orders to
find the Alice of the area before getting dressed for the day.

Eddy was just as surprised as Alicia by Huang's question about
the roses. He knew just how long it took The other to cultivate
a rose to get the right color he wanted. It sometimes took years
from what Huang had told him before.
Huang felt his face heat at the look Eddy gave him and Alicia's
question. "Well....yes. I did one to match Hatter's eyes and
Chester's favorite color too," he admitted. "I like to challenge
myself,"
"Well it looks exactly like his hair color to me. Have you
secretly been infatuated with him **All** this time?" Eddy
couldn't help but tease.
Huang closed his eyes, letting out a long sigh, and tried to
hold back the annoyance rising up inside.
"Do you....what are you doing?" He was suddenly asking Alicia
when she pulled out a pair of scissors and cut the air suddenly.
The appearance of the magical thread popping into view had Eddy
freaking the hell out and hiding behind Huang, clinging to his
waist.
"What the hell is that?" He squeaked out in a high pitched
voice, his body starting to shrink from instinct.
Huang's eyes narrowed as he took in the thread moving of its own
accord. "I'm not sure what it is, though I can sense its magical
by nature. Let's get going, don't touch it. Whoever is
controlling it knows it was cut."
Huang lifted the now child sized Eddy up under one mech arm and
took Alice by the hand and hurried them towards the far wall of
the rose garden. Soon they were stepping through a magical
archway that instantly teleported them to the backdoor of his
home.
"Do you see more of those threads around here?" He asked Alicia,
now more than a little paranoid about the threads and who might
be controlling them.

The grin on Benjamin's lips grew when Brax took his hand and
drew the man in. "I have two right feet! We should balance each
other out!" The mad Hatter teased as he led the dancing, guiding
his friend through the steps as they waltzed around the area
ment for such things. A rare moment where the Hatter kept his
feet on the ground.

To say Gizmo was surprised by Chester's words was an
understatement. "You want his parent to hunt both of us down?"
He questioned with a raised eyebrow before sighing. "Make sure
you have your toy box Tyke, we are ganna go meet some friends of
mine, have to keep your promise, if you are hungry let me know
and we can find something for you to eat." He told the child,
scooping him up in his arms once the kid had all his toys.
As much as he didn't want to meet an adult Jabberwocky, he knew
the child would be better off with it's parent to raise him.

Alicia saw how much the mouse man shrunk to blink.”how did he
get so small?” She started before she felt her hand taken and a
bright gate with a strange glow to it. Her face went a bit green
at how the world felt like it was spinning before stumbling out
the other way. Her arms clung to Huang a bit as she took a
little bit.”attatched to you.. like a puppet on a string- but
they’re lax- like they aren’t being used..” said Alicia. She
slipped away to gain her own barings a bit.”eddy didn’t have
any- it was as if it was following him..” she said her eyes
glancing at the mouse.”your gardeners had them too you know.”
She said with a sigh.

Braxton blushed at the comment as he felt himself led into a
waltz. As the two danced between the guests did he notice a few
‘guests’acting rather erratic. Jack who was one of them seemed
to act more ‘lively’ seemed to be mindful of the hares set up
but seemed to be grabbing air by one guest or the other. He
shrugged it off as they continued their dance to chuckle.”your
quite graceful!” He complimented as he struggled to keep up.

“More like keeping Alicia alive by showing the tyke if we run
into the big one-“ mumbled Chester as he confessed to gizmo.”I
shoved this alice from her world.” He explained.”jabberwocky
chased her earlier today- but since it wasn’t the kid…” he said
as the little one lit up.”it was my mama!!” He said now acting
excited. “I promise I won’t hurt anyone!” Said the little one as
he notice Chester thinking.”let’s get back- right away.” He told
gizmo to take his free hand and led him back to the caterpillars
home as he did so.

Eddy was rather startled to suddenly get hauled under Huang's
arm and carried off. Though he probably wouldn't have been able
to move due to his frightened state. The tingle of the magic as
they entered the portal made him feel queasy and dizzy once they
were on the other side.
"Put me down! I feel sick! Don't wanna hurl all over you," he
moaned and covered his mouth.
Huang set Eddy down and stepped back to give him space, and
turned to frown at Alicia's reply about the strings she saw on
him.
"Guess that's good news for both of us," he muttered and waited
feeling a bit of concern as Eddy dry heaved.
"Were the strings on the gardeners active?" He asked, looking a
bit annoyed that this was going on under his nose without him
knowing.
"Come on, we best get inside. My house has wards against other
magics. We'll be safe there. Hopefully Chester will be back with
Gizmo soon."
He moved to help Eddy to his feet, and remembered Alicia's
question about the man shrinking.
"Eddy can shift his size down to mouse size. It's one of his
abilities. Every Wonderlander has some sort of magical ability."
Huang explained and led them back up to his back door and then
locked it behind him.
Eddy was still shaking a bit as he took a seat on one of the
kitchen stools and laid his head down on the counter letting out
a soft groan.
"There's too much weird stuff happening Huang. And I still feel
sick from that portal,"
Huang moved around getting a kettle going and prepared some
peppermint tea to help
settle Eddy's stomach.
"Sorry about that, this tea should help your stomach. I forgot
you don't do well with portals. How are you feeling Alicia?
Would you like some tea as well?"

"I do *love* dancing. I've had hundreds of years to practice.
You are quite quick on your feet as well," chimed Hatter as he
continued spining the two of them around the dance floor,
narrowly missing running into a few different guests but nearly
missing every time, as if they were moving just out of the way
for them to dance.

Hearing Chester's answer to his question had Gizmo rolling his
eyes. "Should have known... well, least we can try and get you
back to here soon." Gizmo said smiling at the child's
excitement. He was surprised when the feline took his hand and
pulled him along all the way to the to Huang's house.
The gnome took a deep breath as they knocked on the door and
waited for an answer. Holding the jabberwocky child a little on
the tight side, worried about everyone's reaction, both his
friends, and the cub's.

Alicia looked at eddy with sympathy and heard him.”one seemed to
be active- the other one no.“ said Alicia. She followed the two
inside to sit down as she watched eddy getting fussed over. “Oh?
What’s yours?” She asked curiously. “And no thanks- had enough
tea today to be waterlogged- I’ll be alright though.” Said
Alicia with a soft smile.
Her head turned to the door as Chester called out.”hey! We got a
bit of a problem!” He said. Along the way the tyke gotten hungry
and was fussing a bit in gizmos arms.”gizmo you said I’d eat
right?” He asked to look bit teary eyed.

“In deed- always did love it myself- even if I trip.” Braxton
muttered to almost step on hatters foot. He enjoyed the rhythm
and the dance as he felt odd himself, it felt like something was
wrapping around his arms as he was thrusted a bit more into the
dance to stumble. His eyes went to a worried look not knowing
what just happened as he laid on top of hatter.”sorry.. swear my
feet..” he said flushing.

Huang's mind was whirling trying to figure out what or who might
be behind the magical threads that Alicia was seeing. He frowned
when she told him one of his Rose gardeners was being
influenced.
Her question about his own power had him pausing for a moment.
"I can create illusions, and am very persuasive. Think of it
like hypnosis, I can make people believe whatever I
suggest..though even more so when they're smoking one of
my...special plants,"
He set the tea kettle down at the sound of knocking at the front
door, a look of relief filling his face when he heard Chester's
voice calling out a few minutes later.
He moved quickly to the front door and opened it, freezing for a
moment at the sight of the jabberwocky child in Gizmo's arms.
The teary eyed tyke asking about food had him instantly stepping
back, his face and expression lightening a great deal more than
either Gizmo or Chester had ever seen.
"Well then, I'll have to get you something to eat then. I'd
there anything you'd like to have little one?" He asked gently,
hiding his arms from the child's view.
"Please make haste, and go to the kitchen. Eddy and Alicia are
both there," he added addressing Chester and Gizmo. "I'll lock
up after you,"
Once the two had come in, he moved to shut the door and threw
every deadbolt, and triggered the magical wards to high security
level before following after them.
The last thing they'd need was to be attacked by the child's
mother. He knew from personal experience how incensed the
jabberwocky could become.
"Is anyone else hungry?" He asked as he started fixing food for
the tyke. "After that, we should probably have a talk. The
little guy can use my old playroom and the toys that are there,"

The waltz was going quite well, at least until it wasn't. The
white rabbit seemingly tripped forward before shoving the both
of them onto the ground, Hatter on his back under Braxton. A
chuckle left him as the man apologized. "You will get better
with practice." Ben reassured before putting his hands on the
rabbit man's cheeks and pulled him down for a rather steamy
kiss. "Besides, I rather like have you on top of me like this,"
he purred in a more seductive tone.

"Of course, I will make sure you get food, patience Tyke." Gizmo
cooed gently, having labeled the chilled as Tyke for now seeing
as he didn't have a name from the kid yet. "Thank you Huang,"
the gnome said as he hurried in so the door could be secured
behind them before finding Eddy and Alice in the kitchen, Eddy
in particular looking like death.
"I'm not hungry..." Gizmo lied, not particularly keen on being
around Huang in host mode. "Play room?" The gnome questioned
having not known such a room existed in this place, but calked
it up to Huang didn't like him so why would he be given a proper
tour of the man's home.
The short Gnome didn't set the jabberwoky down, not trusting the
child to not go beast mode out of hunger. It wasn't until Huang
was done cooking and had the plates ready at the table before he
sat the boy down so he could eat. "There you go, food!" He
chimed, seemingly only giving his usual positive energy to the
lost child.

Braxton went bright red a bit with what Ben mentioned before
pulled down in a hot kiss.”think fufu would mind to a little
make out session?” He purred back- he knew they couldn’t leave
but maybe he wouldn’t mind them making out a little. His hand
ran up the hatters shirt a bit.

Alicia saw the small boy with wings to see him stare back at her
peculiarly. Course once the food was sat down and let go the
child grabbed gizmo’s hand to get him to sit first and sat on
his lap near Alicia. The girl seemed to glance a bit to finally
ask.”alright you adorable kid- what’s your name?” She asked as
the child blinked.”I have none- but gizmo calls me tyke!” He
said as her face seemed to make a face.”what does your mama and
papa call you?” She asked.”mama calls me little one.. “ he
started before Chester retorted.”he’s a jabberwocky - didn’t
know they could have human forms- they generally are wild so no
name..” he told her as she blinked and looked at the boy. She
tried to keep her worried look off her face but thought a
bit.”guess I’ll call you neo then.. “ she said thoughtfully as
the tyke looked at her.”N..eo?” He asked.”it means new.. “ she
said to see his face brightened up.”Neo! Call me that gizmo.” He
said as she flushed a bit.
She could see gizmo had lost his pep before noticing his hair.
She saw some string that was broken wound around the man’s arm.
It was as if the strings *tried* with this guy and broken due to
how gizmo was.but no one could really see them. Alicia made a
decision and saw his hair.”mm? Those roses you curated Huang -
really does look like his hair color- mean.. really on point.”
She said before reaching over to unwind the thing.
Chester saw the behavior to think her tilting into madness
before seeing it come into view - as if it was dispelled by her
touch.”what the hell!?!” He asked.
“Sorry saw this wound tightly around your arm- was afraid it
might be too tight.” Said Alicia. Given it was broken Alicia
figured it was safe to touch.>>>

Once neo seemed to have his fill and saw the play room was
occupied.
Chester had the string in his hands- it wasn’t squirming or
showing any signs of life as he asked.”where this come from.” He
mused as Alicia spoke.”guess you guys can’t really see it.. I
saw it.. on people- well except Chester and Ben the hatter.”
Said Alicia.
Chester paused.”fufu?” He asked. He saw a haunted look on her
face.”At the tea party almost everyone had a few strings but
fufu.. it was like he was in the middle of the spiders web ..
and every time he acted crazy they would activate.. but in his
normal state they’d all slack.. so it might not be entirely the
watch..” she said softly. “And the attack on the way here..
difference between fufu and them.. fufu looks alive- engaged at
times even- but the attackers looked like shells..” she said
unsure how to explain it.”kind of like they don’t want to live.”
She said looking at the cat as his eyes went wide and then went
pale. He began to wonder if it was the same with the queen and
made a small look.”what the hell are we going to do..” he asked
his ears turning down. What he thought what would be a simple
fix.. felt that much more complicated.

Huang shot a few more glances at Eddy as he cooked up a sort of
meat and potato hash for the jabberwocky kid. Eddy seemed even
paler than normal and he was shivering a bit now.
"Chester...there are throws in the sitting room, could you go
grab one for Eddy?" He asked and turned to shoot a look at Gizmo
when he asked about the playroom.
"It's...it's a room with a lot of good memories. I haven't
actually used it or let anyone in there in a very long time," he
admitted. "But the little one needs something fun to keep him
occupied." Huang replied, watching how Gizmo kept the young one
in his arms while waiting for the food.
Knowing just how excitable and destructive a child jabberwocky
could be, he felt grateful that Gizmo was being so attentive. He
set several plates down, ignoring Gizmo's saying he wasn't
hungry. "You eat too, or there will be no treacle tarts for
you,"
Eddy's head was pounding now, and his body felt like it was
progressively getting colder and colder. This had happened
before when he'd been forced to use one of Huang's portals to
escape an eagle attack. It had taken weeks to recover from the
ordeal, not that he'd let anyone outside his family know what
had happened.
Hearing Huang asking Chester to get him a throw had him lifting
up his head weakly. "Need more than that," he muttered.
That was when he spied the jabberwocky child in Gizmo's lap and
paled even further, his pupils going into pinpoints as horror
filled him.
Huang noticed his reaction and moved to cover the mouse man's
mouth before he could let out the scream that was rising. "Calm
down, no need to frighten Neo, Edgar get a hold of yourself," he
spoke in a low dominant tone.
Once that situation had been diffused, Huang got Eddy something
to help with his portal sickness. His head jerked up in surprise
when Alicia brought up the roses he'd created to match Gizmo's
hair.
"Uh...thank you," he muttered, his face coloring slightly at
being praised in front of Gizmo.
His demeanor changed when Alicia revealed the thread that had
been on Gizmo and he moved to get a better look at it. He was
soon pulled away to show the playroom to Gizmo and Neo.
He opened the door by pressing his hand over a much smaller
handprint on the purple glittery door and pushed it in. The door
swung open and the lights inside came on slowly at first and
then just bright enough for the jabberwocky child's eyes to see
the castle on one side, chests of toys in various places around
the room, and a comfortable reading nook and whimsical pillows
strewn around.
"Don't worry about breaking anything, the toys repair
themselves." He told Neo and watched as the tyke explored the
toys and room for several moments.
Huang headed back to the others, frowning as he heard the
questions and Alicia's explanation of what she'd seen at the tea
party.
"We may find out more if we go through my father's library. He
has tomes and ancient texts on all manner of magical things.
Once we know more of what we are dealing with, we can come up
with a better plan. This is all much bigger than just helping
Fufu. It sounds more like there's a plot against Wonder land
itself."

"Mmmm if he does mind I'll smooth it over, but I don't think he
will care, he is occupied at the momment." The Hatter mused,
letting out a groan at the hand trailing up his shirt making him
want so much more before he crashed his lips back into Brax's.
Sneaking his tongue into the rabbit man's mouth the moment it
had the opportunity.

When the young Jabberwocky took the gnome's hand and made him
sit down to take his place in Gizmo's lap, the man wasn't all
that surprised. A smile crossing his lips at the sudden
attachment to a name. "Neo it is," he assured before his eyes
went to Huang who was insistent on the gnome eating, a threat of
no dessert getting an eye roll out of Gizmo. He barely picked at
his food, giving the majority of it to Neo before the kid
finished his food.
A look of pure shock crossed his features when the Alice pulled
a seemingly invisible string off of him. "What the hell?" He
questioned. It seemed he wasn't the only one shocked by this but
was still in his feels about Huang as he had been watching the
man fuss over Eddy.
The gnome was glad to take Neo to the playroom when Huang was
ready to lead them there and followed the man into the room,
watching the excitement from the child. He let the door close as
Huang walked away, opting to stay and keep an eye on the child
Jabberwocky.

Neo seemed to enjoy the food. Alicia seemingly wiping the boys
face a bit as he seemed to act friendly towards her as well.”you
smell really nice- like flowers.” Said Neo as the young woman
blinked ”well I did visit the gardens. “ she said with a
chuckle. The string laid there as she ate a bit more and opted
for water instead as the group ate a little bit. After a time
Neo slid out of Gizmo’s lap and took his hand as they walked to
the playroom. His eyes widened greatly.”so cool…” said Neo never
having a room before.”an’ a castle! I’ll be the good dragon and
you’ll be the evil knight! “ said Neo bent on playing pretend.
Meanwhile in the dining room, the cat sighed. It was clear gizmo
had lost his pep and was too much in his feels to notice the
compliment from Alicia about the rose matching the man’s
hair.”it probably is too late.” He said with a shrug.”I know we
can’t linger much more- we need to get going soon- think once
the ki- neo is good we can go.” Said the Cheshire Cat. His tail
twitched as Alicia seemed to settled herself. He went quiet a
bit before he let out a breath. “But we need a plan- if
something or someone is pulling those strings and if you can see
it..” he mused.”I can cut them too.. but in fu’s case- it’s a
lot and who knows what would happen if I cut just one.” Said the
girl with a sigh.
During their conversation of talking did a faint roar be heard
in the distance as Alicia paled a little. The cats ear
flickered.”sounds like neo’s mom is nearing.” He said as he
moved.
Neo having heard that roar reacted during their playing.”it’s
mama!” He said as he dropped the soft ball he was using as a
‘fire’ ball. It took a lot of convincing to not use his actual
fire breath for playing given gizmo wasn’t fire proof. He slid
down the castles slide and went to leave the playroom. He could
hear her getting closer as his wings seemed to pump excitedly.
Chester made a soft sigh.”this may be a chance to convince it to
not go after Alicia.” He said.>>>>

Chester shifted from his chair as he tried to keep calm, but his
frizzled tail gave away how he really felt. The jabberwocky
wasn’t something to mess with, and having the kid with them
would be worse in his eyes as he didn’t want to have a violent
one trying to get its kid back.
Alicia went to the window to look out to see a massive beast she
had seen before. She about shrank before feeling a small hand in
hers.”mama won’t hurt you - all you are my friends.” Said Neo as
the girl connected who the kid belonged to. “Y..yeah..” she
started before she noticed a soft glimmer at first. But just one
it seemed. “We could try and talk to it.” Said Alicia
thoughtfully.

Braxton felt the tongue run along the roof of his mouth hitting
spots. A sound came out sounding needy as he pressed against the
hatter. Gentle gasps and feeling the hands run along places of
his body left him wanting more but he knew better. With how fufu
was he didn’t want to trigger another moment with the hare.
“Swear your lips are as addictive as the tea I like.” He said
with a purr.

Huang didn't say a thing about Gizmo suddenly giving him a cold
shoulder. He pretty much deserved it. And it proved the point
he'd told Chester and Alice earlier. He didn't deserve the
attention of Gizmo.
He smiled a bit hearing the joyful exclamation the young Neo
made over the playroom, figuring it was best that the boy had
someone keeping an eye on him.
"Just where are you going to go? Back to your place? Given that
you've already been targeted, there could be others waiting to
ambush you near your home," he said trying to think of what
might happen. "Finding out who's behind the strings might take
more than one mind to crack. Hatter might be able to help as
well," he suggested and then sighed.
The faint roar triggered the memory of the day he'd last
encountered the jabberwocky and the trauma of losing his arms.
Huang went still, feeling panic and uneasy start to overtake
him.
"Talk, to that thing?" He questioned, sounding more than a
little angry. "Like that's gonna happen. It's a blood thirsty
monster," he muttered.
He held his tongue when Neo came back looking excited about his
"mama" being there and then insisting that she wouldn't hurt
them because they were his friends.
"Do what you all want to do, but I can't stay around for this,
I'll see what I can find in the library," he said and broke the
magical wards on the front door. He was visibly shaking as he
forced himself to hurry to the second floor. He didn't really
care what the others thought. He knew he'd have lost control and
attacked the "mama" jabberwocky if he hadn't left. The last
thing he wanted was to turn Neo into an orphan.
Eddy had dove behind the sofa when he heard the roar and was
shaking uncontrollably and trying to not make a sound. The last
thing he wanted was to draw the attention of the jabberwocky. He
knew quite well what it was capable of doing.

With how excited Neo was, it was easy to take on the role the
jabberwoky assigned him. Their play was interrupted by a strange
sound and then Neo becoming excited about their mama being there
and half dragged the Gnome out of the house to go and meet the
parent.
Once outside and faced with the dangerous creature, Gizmo was
near trembling and rather glad the kid didn't insist on being
held in that moment. "Please don't hurt us," he squeaked out
when the beast landed.

Neo seemed more than estatic to see his mother sitting outside
and seemingly *sniffing * around almost as if it was looking for
something his nostrils flaring before it picked up whatever it
was looking for to shoot a look toward the house.”has to be
looking for Neo..” said Chester softly before almost being mowed
over by the kid and the gnome before he could even open the
door. He sighed deeply at the fleeing caterpillar to grumble
about the man being a coward to hear.”I wouldn’t say such
things.. I know that face- he’s suffering from ptsd.. whatever
he suffered with that.. ah.. jabberwocky.. is with him for
life.” Said Alicia. Her eyes were gentle and soft toward the
door.
“Either way he’s no help!” Said Chester grumbling to get a glare
from Alicia to blink before she moved her head over to the kid
that had rushed out with gizmo in tow. Seeing gizmo beside the
thing- really gave the creature scale, the nostrils flared again
to look down at the gnome that held its child.. but in its eyes
- there was no light.. they almost seemed glazed over to make a
noise unlike itself. That’s when Alicia saw the strings clearly
as she went out of the door, the beast itself almost as
intricately wound as fu, she paled before Chester noticed the
strange behavior before the thing roared.”hey! You get the kid
out of there! That thing isn’t itself!” Chester called out to
the gnome in the orange jumpsuit. He looked like a target for
the choosing- Alicia watched in terror as the thing raised its
claw as if about to attack the two… to come up short.”we need to
run.” Said Chester to grab Alicia’s arm.”but..” she started her
face toward the gnome and the child.”they’ll be fine! The thing
stopped!” He said to try and drag her off.
But as he was doing so- Alicia heard the words in her mind.
*help… me… stop me… not my baby…* she could hear to yank her arm
out of the cats hands. She didn’t know why-but something told
her that there was something very wrong.>>>

And indeed there was, the thing was pleading with whoever could
hear its thoughts.. the gnome, the girl in blue.. though the
cats selfish ambition and the caterpillars home made it near
impossible to reach them. Alicia took off running- she didn’t
know why her feet just started moving - it almost felt like it
was on her own. She was terrified, but seeing that kid and the
gnome that helped them? She wanted to help, to save and reach
out. She had no clue how she was going to do it, and she
realized she might die- but it was as if her own self
preservation went out the window when she got in front of the
two. It was enough for the jabberwocky to stop and freeze, neo
seeing this seemed near tears- he knew his mom would never
ignore him let alone raise their claw at him. “Mama..?”slid out
in a broken emotional tone from the child- before the tears
began to fall. Alicia who was in front- had the scissors out of
all weapons to have. As if it would do the damage.Now seeing
what chased her in all its glory was unreal. The sight of it
made her breath caught. She never dreamed such a beast would
exist.. and to see something like this was a mix of terror and
awe.
“For fu.cks sake!” Chester cried out almost angry.”you don’t
know how to do sh.it idiot! Don’t go rushing in! Playing hero
will get you killed!”He had yelled before seeing the sight to
sigh and almost decide to leave. He paused his hand on the watch
as fu came to mind. “Fu.ck..” came out.”not my day, not my way!”
Came out in a huff. He turned back around to run himself his
abilities coming out full force as several of his own
illusionary copies came out to knocking the claw in time from
wiping out the three. “Alright Alice! Fix it!” He called
out.”I’ll buy time!” He said as his body slid along the ground.
“Fix it!!?! How the hell am I suppose to fix it! I’m not like
you wonderlanders! All I can do is see the strings!!” She
exclaimed as the cat sighed.”if you can see it you can cut it!”
He called back.>>>>
Alicia gave an incredulous look.”cut it all I got is a pair of
scissors and the jabberwocky looks like a fu.cking Christmas
tree wound in too many lights!” She complained.
“Stop bitching and get moving!” Said the cat before being
smacked clear across the way to a tree to make a pained noise.
The beast turned toward the trio “go to the house.” Said Alicia
unsure of how to do anything but to scoop the kid and get the
gnome running.
With each step a thought came to mind- how could she help? She
was just one person..
Another step, the wails of a child wanting his mother and her
clearly loosing her rocker, she felt a well of anger for the
boy..
Why? Why couldn’t she just be tougher?
*Allllliiiiice*
She blinked at the voice she heard.. unsure of what she was
hearing.
*take the weapon and strike a pose, do not worry when most seem
most dire- will be the time to strike my dear.* she heard again,
it was almost as if time had slowed- just enough.. an older
looking man- clearly reaching what looked like his 80s stood to
the side- string free, her eyes took in the white ears and from
the looks of things felt very familiar. It was strange seeing
Cheshire moving in slow motion, and the terrorized forms
running.
“Afraid I don’t have much time alice.. ‘fraid I am on my last
leg.. course little late for death- but that’s normal for me.”
Said the old man. “This is my last run, but even an Alice like
you can have more than just one ability.. the one that pulls the
strings is like you.” She heard as her eyes slowly went
wide.”your mind is your weapon- imagine anything my dear… this
is wonderland after all- and you- the fabled hero!”
“Hero.. but I’m no…” she started.”but you are my dear.. just
imagine your scissors like blades.. and imagine how you’d fight…
come come such fun!” She heard to make a strange look. “Fighting
is fun? This is life and death!” She started before
hearing.”just imagine..” she heard almost as an echo,as she
look back at the beast.>>>

It was seemingly starting to catch up to time as her face turned
toward where she saw the old man- but no more. “..and save
wonderland…” she heard.”wait!” She had called out almost
panicked. But the man was now gone and time had returned to its
flow to be knocked to the side by the cat.”stop spacing!” She
heard to see the thing about to use its breath.”no good..” she
murmured to feel the yank to her feet.”you wanted to help! Own
it!” She heard as she heard the old man’s words again. A soft
golden glow erupted as the scissors grew in form- it separated
to two dagger like blades in her hands as she made a small gasp.
Chester shocked at what he just witnessed. He shook his
head.”alright Alice let’s fight, and win- so I can get back to
fufu again!” He said to take off. Seeing Chester fight against
the odds and taking some of the hits.. she got the courage as
she took off herself, a blade sung out to cut one string, the
claw diverted to miss as she realized- the thing truly didn’t
want to fight. Her eyes narrowed on a thick string that bound
around its neck. She had a feeling if she cut that one- the
whole thing would break down.
After dodging the claws and fighting along side the cat so
naturally- as if whatever move entered her mind became natural
movement in the world, was able to cut the glow of the string.
The moment *that happened did a glow of the jabberwocky come
before a well endowed woman stood, Alicia blushed ever the more
to see the thing brush past and go to neo.”shhh shhh.. mommy’s
here..” the creature would start to calm her son down. “Thank
you.. for protecting my son.” Said the beast to the gnome, there
was no hesitation of bringing the short man into a hug, her
chest smothering his face a little bit.
Alicia made a soft breath out as things seemed to have calmed
down, her heart beating wildly in her chest before feeling her
arm grabbed.”tea party now!” She heard.>>>

She was about to be taken from the warm scene of the
jabberwocky when Neo ran and hugged the girls legs.”thank you..”
she heard.”can you give a name to mama?” She heard and
asked.”why?” Neo blinked.”please?”
The cat seemed more than annoyed before Alicia managed to give a
name.”Amaris.. tell your mama that and if she likes it she’ll
take it. I should go- but don’t leave her side again.” She said
with a smile before the boy ran off to hug their legs.”mama can
we keep gizmo? He’s my treasure!” He told her as she
blinked.”.treasure hm?” She asked with a smile down at the man.
After some time to walk and a few fights did the cat and Alicia
make the tea party.
Chester blinked to see no Braxton or hatter to hear a noise
beneath a table to lift the table cloth. “Really?” He asked as
Alicia seemed to blush a bit harder. She managed to figure out
how to imagine the scissors back to its form to slide it in her
pocket.
“Were you two really boinking under the table?”he asked as
Braxton flushed.”NO!” He said to blush harder as Chester raised
his voice to fufu.”we should fuck during the tea party too fu!
Mean.. under the table- kinda hot..” he flirted. Alicia ushered
the hatter to the side as she spoke to him.”I’d start the watch
on the dot.. if it doesn’t fix it, may try another way.” She
told him. She fell in a chair at the table grabbing a napkin to
clean off some dirt to her face a bit as she sighed.

Back in Deck city, sat the puppeteer, the man was throwing a
tantrum having lost one of his best ‘pieces’ the jabberwocky had
provided not just the best entertainment- but was one of the
hardest hitters against intruders. And the Alice that had come
into their world- was a threat he knew he couldn’t ignore. He
began to pull strings of people that were in power or just
downright dangerous, he planned on keeping his paradise. He had
killed many that fallen into *his* world.
He heard the feet of one of the wonderlanders that was called a
‘flower’ reality was it was a humanoid being he loved to play
with.”oh.. my favorite one..” he said as the red rose of a man
came in. “Need to vent- get ready..” he said in a tone that
dropped before downing the whisky he had to set the glass down
as he watched the man strip.”slower.” He barked to smirk when
the man complied.
He loved this power- he loved the fact he was in pure control.
The lack of it was what would often send him in a tantrum. He
failed to snag the hatter and the cat- but he hoped the fact the
hare was in his control- that they’d be too busy to even try to
rise against him… and it worked. Not only did he managed to get
to the queen.. but he had managed to control almost all of
wonderland. He planned to drag the two in somehow by some
massive manhunt- but the moment he felt that strong touched- did
that goal get added to wipe out the newest Alice that had fallen
in.

Eddy was a shaking mess of nerves behind the couch. His ears
pricked and turned to catch what was being said and what
happened in the foyer. The kid dragging Gizmo outside, the
cheshire's annoyance with Huang Jian, and Alice's soft
observation of what his employer was going through internally.
When the room was empty and eerily quiet, he shifted again and
shuffled out from behind the couch.
He headed over to the large stained glass window and peered out
one of the lighter colors to see what was going on outside.
Seeing the attack from the little jabberwocky's mother had him
squeak in fear. He raced off quickly to the forbidden third
floor to tell Huang Jian what was happening.
Sure the man might be having some sort of PTSD episode, but he
knew Huang Jian would shake it off if he heard the others needed
him. Especially Gizmo.

Huang Jian's eyes snapped open in irritation when his door was
thrown open and his attempt to meditate was interrupted.
"Eddy..not..now," he snapped, his eyes flashing a bright red.
"Huang, they're in trouble! The jabberwocky is out of its mind!
Its attacking it's own kid! You gotta help!"
Huang abruptly rose to his feet, shaking as he pulled on his
robe and hurried from his room to the locked vault at the end of
the hall and frantically searched for his blades.
After he'd lost his arms, he'd had the swords locked away
thinking he'd never have need for them. Apparently he'd been
wrong. Once he was armed he grabbed a shield and shoved it at
Eddy.
"Stay back and use this if you go outside. I can't save more
than one at a time, so keep yourself safe," he ordered.
By the time they got outside to where everyone was, it appeared
the fight was over. Seeing Gizmo being hugged into the
jabberwocky's well endowed chest and the little one's question
for a name had him close his eyes. And then snap back open when
the kid asked about keeping Gizmo.
"Sorry kiddo, he's already taken," Huang spoke up, putting his
blade up and moving a few steps closer. "I do agree, Gizmo is
quite the treasure. Seems to be in high demand today,"
He moved close enough to grab Gizmo's arm and tugged him back
away from the Jabberwocky and then let go when the shorter man
was standing next to him. He fought against the urge to wrap an
arm possessively around Gizmo, thinking the other wouldn't care
for it. "We'll let you go on your way, madame," he said as
politely as he could, a nerve in his face ticking from being so
close to the one who had maimed him and left him to die.

The fear that filled Gizmo intensified as the Jabberwocky mom
tried to attack them, barely pausing long enough for Gizmo to
flee with the kid as Alice and Chester went on the offensive.
He let out an indignant noise when he and the child were scooped
up by the Alice. As the fighting consumed and the woman seemed
to space out, Gizmo and the child hit the ground again as they
watched in horror what was starting to unfold.
Then, everything was over as a light appeared and the
jabberwocky was replaced with a *very* well endowed woman who
rushed forward to snuggled the crying child, much to his relief.
Then her attention was on him and a moment later she was
thanking him while stuffing his face in his chest practically
smothering him in her breasts.
"K-keep?" Gizmo questioned in a muffled voice. Then he heard
*Huang's* voice claiming the gnome was already taken. Even going
as far as agreeing he was a treasure before he felt the
catapillar's metal hand on him, pulling him away from the lovely
pillows he had found himself buried in. The gnome had never
thought he would see Huang trying to do something like facing
his greatest fear. Gizmo was speechless.

The intimate moment Benjamin and Braxton had stolen away under
one of the tea tables was more than Hatter could have ever asked
for but sadly it couldn't go on forever as Chester quite easily
found them when he returned. Brax's reaction and blushing face
to Chester's teasing had him chuckling as he came out from under
the table. "No no, just some smooooches ~," Ben said in a sing
song voice as he gave the white rabbit a kiss on the cheek
before adjusting the undone buttons on his clothes from Brax
exploring.
"I assume that since you are back you have a fix for my March
hare?" Hatter questioned just before Fufu turned to give Chester
and incredulous look. "What a silly idea, I couldn't possible
ignore my guests for... such things..." He said with a very dark
blush.

Amaris who was hugging the man made a face at the caterpillar. A
pout on the woman’s face showed. “I was simply thanking him..
and my son doesn’t understand. Once we find our treasure we
stick with it- so no I won’t ‘move’ along.” She stated. Her
other side itching to come out and combat for the treasure- but
she knew better. Her eyes flickered to his hands and a small
look of guilt came up. “We will stay outside though.” She said
quietly as she drew her child in protectively. Whatever the
Alice had done, it freed her for good, a mark dawned on her
shoulder in a form of a scissor. “Mama don’t be sad..” she heard
to feel hands on her face to smile.”mama will be fine.” She
soothed and looked at gizmo with a flirty look.”of course you’re
not owned.. you can always come to me if you wish to have fun.”
She said and tried to recover herself.
The woman went to a spot on the grass to sit and watched her
child begin to show his toys to her, “oh.. he made this? He’s
very talented that treasure..” she purred purposefully.

Chester had given the man the watch before fufu had turned as
Alicia made a nod.”it got fixed. I waited till the time of and
got it started again- so hopefully it’ll snap your friend out of
it.” She told the hatter. She wasn’t sure if it would work, she
knew from what Chester told her on the way back, the time shown
on it was when the party was in a full swing before it broke.
Chester smirked.”oh come on fufu.. there’s nothing hotter than
getting caught.” He purred hotly in the bunny’s ear as he hung
off him. “Can you imagine trying to stifle those cute noises..
and the table cloth going up and finding us in such a
compromising position?” He said as his hands slid to the thin
waist of the hare.

It was a rare thing for Gizmo to be so quiet, this had Huang
Jian's gaze to move to the shorter man.
"I'm sorry I...didn't come out with you earlier. Are you all
right? Were you hurt?" He asked with concern, and looked the
gnome over carefully.
He glanced up, an irritated look flicking over his face for a
moment at the jabberwocky's response. Well...this was not what
he'd expected at all. He'd finally come to terms with the
growing affection he had for Gizmo and now another was trying to
come between them!
Huang Jian's right hand reached out and gently tugged Gizmo
closer to him.
"Is that so?" He asked in an almost flat tone. His gaze fell on
Neo and he held himself back from doing anything that might
traumatize the poor kid.
Even if he hated the jabberwocky, he couldn't bring himself to
actually harm his parent. That didn't mean he was going to
invite his despised enemy inside though. If the jabberwocky was
smart enough they'd move on before it got dark and cold out.
Huang Jian's eyes flashed slightly at her flirting with Gizmo.
This had him finally losing his reservation of holding back his
growing feelings.
"There's no need for that," he said and then leaned down and
kissed Gizmo deeply on the mouth. After a few moments he drew
back. "I very much like you Gizmo, and I want to be with you.
I'm sorry for how I treated you before. Can..we talk inside
alone for a moment?"

Something happened that the Gnome thought he woukd never see,
Huang apologizeing and then fussing over him. "I'm, I'm fine..."
he answered before the Jabberwoky mkther had his attention
again.
The way Amaris flirted with Gizmo had the Gnome blushing and
scratching the back of his head almost shyly. Given the tension
between the two he wasn't sure what to do. Then the catapilliar
was pulling him close. At this point Gizmo was questioning if he
was even alive and the fight had ended in his death.
He was even more convinced of this when the man leaned down and
*kissed* him in a way that made the Gnome melt right then and
there. Then a confession of feelings and another apology had the
Gnome's heart nearly fluttering. "I um... yeah... talking is a
good idea..." Gizmo agreed.

With the instructions from Chester and the Alice, Benjamin
nodded, smirking when Chester went to flustered Fufu even more
by hanging off the rabbit.
The March Hare's entire body tensed when the feline man hung off
of him like this and purred in his ear like that, it drove him
wild with want. "It, it isn't the, the proper time..." Fufu
stammered out with a shiver. "Why do you torture me like this?"
He wined having a rare moment he was completely distracted
giving Hatter the opportunity to slip the pocket watch into the
hare's pocket.

Amaris gave a soft firm nod.”it’s our ways.. you might not
understand but for my young one- we protect what we believe is
important the moment we see it.” She said as Neo could sense the
strain among the adults and shrunk a little against his mother
seeing Huang looking at his mom like he hated her to a softer
gaze looking at him.
Course the kiss left neo being all wide eyed, while his mother
gave her own surprised look. She felt down a bit as she saw how
the gnome melted in the kiss and gave a soft sigh as she turned
back to her child seeing his face taking in what was going on.
“Does he hate you mama?” He asked as Amaris face fluctuated
thinking how to explain it. She let a breath out.”he has a right
to not like mama.” She told her son as Neo looked up with this
‘why’ look. “Mama *took* something from mister caterpillar when
she wasn’t herself.” Said the woman to her child.”I can’t say to
the why or how- it’s only natural he would not like me or be
close.” She said as she took a toy gently to wind it and let it
go to watch it fly a little and catch it as it circled back.
”but doesn’t it mean he hates me too.. cause I took treasure?”
He asked as Amaris realized her wording.”I meant hurt- but no
honey- it’s not the same thing. Who would hate an adorable face
like that?” She asked with a soft tone and a smile.

“But fufu..” he said to reach in the hares pocket and pulled it
out.”it looks like the best time isn’t it?” He asked as his tail
gave a rather soft sway. His lips finding a nice bare spot to
bring his lips against.
Alicia noticed the strings beginning to tighten among not just
the guests - but fufu himself. “Chester..” she shad in a small
voice.”it’s happening again…” she warned as she slid out of the
chair before glancing around the mad hatter not seeing a string.
She pulled the scissors out before a slam of a hand against the
table of the white rabbit the poor man looking white as a
sheet.”why did I do that?” He asked->>>

Before feeling the violent twist of strings on his person like a
puppet being de tangled and used his feet dangling off the
ground unnaturally. His head shifted up to see hatter before
seeing Jack leaping, and the Alicia backing up.
A voice floated unnaturally out of one of the bodies- jacks as
he dangled as well. The other guests grabbing cups, knives.. be
it sharp or butter, and chairs as they seemed to be preparing to
fight.
*alice..* Alicia heard from the mouth of one person before it
would travel to another as she stepped back.
*you think you can take over* ***my*** *world? Think again,
there is no room for two ya bit.ch. Hatter- Cheshire- if you
know what’s good for you- submit and take Alice’s head.. and
I’ll leave the boy toys alone.* said Jack as he unnaturally
moved his head over towards hatter.
*don’t comply then…* said the voice as it traveled to a random
guest as their hands went to their own head to twist to hear a
sound as if the body snapped its own neck. Whatever light was
left was gone as the body still seemed to be used, but clearly
not alive.
*oopsie- I think I went a bit too far- oh well-* said the voice
from the white rabbit this time as he get his hands shift and
the shoulders shrugging.
Chester witnessing what was going on paled at fufu being used
the same way. Seeing the one he loved being used against his
will, was heartbreaking- but the same time he knew if he
submitted- wonderland would burn.. granted the guy was ready to
flip to save the one person he desperately wanted.. or least
keep him safe- even if it meant all of wonderland suffered in
the way of it.

Huang Jian was feeling more than a little vulnerable after
confessing how he'd felt and then kissing Gizmo in front of an
actual audience. Maybe he'd gone too far? He wondered, his heart
almost jumping in his chest. A great deal of his worry fled when
Gizmo agreed to talk.
Recalling what the jabberwocky had said about protecting what
was important made Huang realize that the most important thing
to him was Gizmo. He'd protect the gnome fiercely, to his dying
breathe if need be.
He pulled Gizmo inside and closed the door before he could make
out what the mother and son were talking about. If he had
overheard it, he would have been quite confused and unsure of
how to react to the news.
"Gizmo, there are things about me I've never told you," he said
softly and led the other into the sitting room close by. "I have
a hard time expressing my feelings and being affectionate
because I've never had that before. Yes I've had lovers..but has
been a very long time and I never kept them around for long
periods. You are the first person that has stuck with me for a
long time. I want...to be with you, if you still want that. I..I
may be a bit possessive and protective at first, and I apologize
for that."

All kinds of conflicting feeling swirled around inside of Gizmo
as Huang led him inside, closing the door behind them before
leading them into a sitting room, talking along the way about
things he hadn't told the Gnome.
The tinkerer took a seat as the catapillar unloaded his
anxieties before apologizing yet again. A hit of a smile crossed
his lips knowing the man was finally talking about how he felt.
"I want to be with you too, you don't need to apologize so much.
There is something I should tell you though... I'm... not
exactly a one person Gnome, I like multiple partners, doesn't
have to be at the same time, our time together can definitely
just be me and you but I don't want you hurt or upset if you
ever see me flirty with someone else... I... I have liked you a
lot for a very long time Huang..." He admitted anxiety filling
him over how the man might react.

A needy groan escaped Fufu at the attention and protests Chester
was giving, his heart leaping into his chest when he saw the
hands on the clock finally moving again. In that moment he felt
like he was practically pulled out of himself as the light in
his eyes vanished and he went limp against Chester before
shoving the man away from him hard, moments later he felt like
his body was being pulled in all direction by strings he
couldn't see. Terror filled him not knowing what was happening.

It was hard to truly rock Hatter's resolve but when all the
guests began to float and one even killing themselves had fear
rushing through Ben's veins, especially when Brax was the one
speaking right after. It had been a long time since the Hatter
had felt this helpless.
"If I comply... You would let the White Rabbit and March Hare
go? Permanently?" Benjamin questioned as the illusions that had
been around the tea party due to his and Fufu's shared psychic
energy were beginning to fail. The music coming from seemingly
nowhere dissipating and many of the decor that seemed plausibly
impossible finally dropped.

Alicia gave a scared look, seeing the people being used like
this.. it broke her own heart. She took notice of a similar
bright thread sliding down and gained a frown.. it was as bright
as the jabberwocky.. her hand went to her mouth till she was
snapped out of it from the sickening snap of a neck and seeing
the body still used.
Braxton felt his body shift in a thinking motion, feeling so
aware of being used made him feel awful. Hearing hatter speak
like this hurt. He didn’t want him to give up… Alicia’s face
changed as she walked past the hatter her face was hidden as
Chester responded.”I’ll give up if it means his freedom.” There
was no question. The puppeteer used the hares body as he gave
the rabbit a sinister smile to show.*I’ll free them alright..*
she heard as she spoke up.”your suck a fucking liar.. you can’t
control them huh? You’re trying to break them down.. “ she
started to feel her shirt taken by the cat.”shut the hell up..
your gonna get the two killed!” Her glare held with the cat.”you
asked for my help and now willing to trade my head for something
that won’t be solid- the jabberwocky- amaris. She about attacked
her own *child* I bet there was a deal there cause I see one
bright thread.. brighter than the rest.. bet it’s for those with
solid wills that gave up willingly to protect.” Said the girl.
Cheshire was desperate as he got lifted his hand his hand flexed
as his nails grew they taking on a metal appearance thanks to
his magic.
“Promise it’ll be quick.” He said quietly.”I owe you that much
for dragging you here.” He said as her eyes widened. Her face
went to a firm resolve.
“Like hell, you don’t get to make that decision for me.” Said
Alicia.”what makes you think you can drag me here to fix your
lover- be a complete asshole and then kill me? Acting like
you’re granting me a mercy?”she asked her face now broken.
“This is the last time I’m doing shit for you-“ she told
Chester.>>>
Braxton looked at hatter in shock.”don’t do it.. “ he
started.”your the strongest in wonderland- you can’t give up..
even for me.” He told him before his body strained clearly as he
fought with what was going on.
Jacks body began shaking to yank their way as he went for an
attack as Alicia dodged her body twisted as the scissors grew
and seperated to blades, a card flew by cutting her cheek before
she twisted to aim for the main string.
She managed to cut above his head as the body sprawled in
front of Chester. The mark of the golden scissors on the back of
his neck.
“What just happened…” groaned the card man before he shifted his
head to see he was at the tea party as memories was slowly
coming to him.”hatter.. what is going on?” He asked before he
watched bodies launch at the rest of them.

Eddy had pulled away from the window after witnessing Huang
plant a rather long kiss on Gizmo, his cheeks blazing red. He
felt a bit badly for spying and pulled away and started to leave
the sitting room, only to hear the door open and voices and feet
heading straight for him!
With an anxious squeak, he dove back behind the couch where he'd
been previously hiding and stayed as still as he could.
He was quite shocked hearing Huang sounding so...genuine and
open for once. He sounded like a completely different person
which rather shocked him.
He frowned a bit, having an odd feeling flash through him when
Gizmo said he wanted to be with Huang, but liked having multiple
partners. Was Huang really going to be able to deal with that?
He knew just how possessive the caterpillar was. He wouldn't let
even Eddy work for others anymore! Surely he wouldn't want to

Huang Jian was quiet for a moment thinking over what Gizmo had
told him.
"I think I could get used to that, just ..tell me when you have
feelings start for others. And let me know how serious it's
getting. I've..kind of started having feelings for another
person too. I doubt it will go anywhere though, I'm pretty sure
he doesn't know..or would ever return the feelings," Huang
replied softly. "I don't want to hurt you either...I'm quite
aware you've had feelings for a lot longer than I have. Let's
just take it slow for now. And maybe...you can give me an idea
how to make Eddy not so scared of me," he sighed and glanced to
the couch where he'd left Eddy earlier.
He frowned and glanced around realizing the mouse man was gone.
"Hold it!" Eddy cried out and popped up from behind them.
"You...you like me,?!" He demanded looking quite shocked and red
faced at the idea.
Huang blinked and shot a look at Gizmo. "Yes..I guess my keeping
a close eye on you wasn't clue enough,"

"I understand, I'll let you know if I catch feels," Gizmo agreed
before looking surprised at Huang's admitting he liked Eddy as
well before the mentioned dormouse popped up from his hiding
place. "Maybe if you showed this softer side we would realize
you like us," the gnome teased.
"I like this more open side of you myself," Gizmo said caressing
the man's cheek. "Would you be angry if... I expressed intrest
in Amaris?" He questioned before motioning for Eddy to join
them.

"C-Chester! Don't! Please!" Fufu begged with tears escaping his
eyes. Everything happening around Hatter was bring the usually
cheerful man down more and more, especially at Braxton's
protests. He looked away in guilt, especially at Chester moving
to attack the Alice.
His was going to just let it happen until he saw the Alice
seemingly free Jack and went wide eyes. "EVERYONE TAKE A SEAT!"
The Mad Hatter yelled in demand as all the chairs at the party
seemingly came to life and forced all parties present to take a
seat, the arms of the chairs wrapping around each person there
tightly restraining everyone. "Given time is no longer broken, I
need a moment to think..." He finally said as he walked over to
Alice and comes nose to nose with the woman. "How did you do
that?" He questioned curiously. If this girl could free everyone
from this puppeteering then he saw no reason to surrender.

Chester felt the pull to the chair as well as Alicia. She tugged
at the chair now clearly livid- course it wasn’t without Chester
being more pissed off.”fucking hell hatter! “ he said as he
struggled the most. Alicia seeing the mad hatter come closer
just about shrunk back and met his eyes with hers.”just cut the
strings and they can be free again- the jabberwocky was the same
way- let me out of this chair and I can show you.. or hell look
at the guy that I just cut down, look close enough at his body
you might see the broken strings about him. “She said her head
going to the still out of it cardman. “What is the meaning of
this?” Jack spouted as he was coming around clearly.”this isn’t
how you treat the queens right hand man!” He paused.”or was it
left?” Alicia rolled her eyes, to look at Chester who managed to
wiggle the chair and had fallen sideways. The girl took a
breath.
“I can free the hare and the rabbit. I only have to cut the
strings.. the hare may be a while though.” She said as her face
turned toward the man’s friend.”he’s so wound up.. it’s like a
spiders web here.” She said in a small voice. “The white rabbit
that look much older - told me that wonderlands in trouble- and
the one that is pulling the strings.. is a lot like me.. an
Alice.” She said echoing what she had been called.

Huang Jian blinked and tried to think of how he'd pursued his
past lovers. It hadn't been by being soft..that was for sure.
Back when his body had been intact, he'd never really had to try
pursuing a potential partner. He supposed his ranking and high
standing had been what made the others flock to him.
Since he'd fallen into disgrace at least in the eyes of the
royal court, he'd not seen anyone at all. It was closing in on
ten years now.
"Yeah...this is a new side of me. I never was like this before.
I was much more arrogant and confident than I am now," he sighed
and glanced away for a moment, feeling a bit uncomfortable
thinking of what a jerk he'd been before.
Back then he'd probably not given either Eddy or Gizmo a second
look.
Feeling the rough hand on his cheek had him draw in a quick
breath and stare at Gizmo with a surprised look.
He ached to have his real hands back so he could feel the
other's face and body. It didn't help that he knew just how
destructive his metal hands could be. He often held himself back
from touching because of it.
"I'll try and let you both see more of it then," he murmured
softly.
Huang Jian's eyebrows knitted a bit, feeling anxiety rushing
into him at the thought of the jabberwocky getting its hands on
Gizmo. His rational mind was warring against the fear that was
rising inside of him from the memory of getting his arms cut off
by the beast's claws.
Eddy had moved out from behind the couch and noticed the change
in Huang's body language and the way he'd frozen at the mention
of Amaris.
"He looks more terrified than angry," Eddy said looking quite
worried. The mouse moved to wrap a hug around Huang from behind,
and burrowed his face in the man's neck.
"Its going to be okay Huang, just breath and take some slow
breaths," Eddy urged in a soothing tone.

A deep frown of concern settled on Gizmo's features as he
watched Huang freeze up like this as the dormouse pointed out
that the man looked terrified before attempting to sooth the man
and coax him into breathing exercises. The gnome pulled away his
hand feeling a massive load of guilt hit him.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you..." Gizmo said softly. He
almost wondered if he should go and give the two men some time
alone or stay and try and comfort him as well.
"She won't hurt me, she... wasn't herself when she hurt you..."
He tried saying in hope that it would give the man some comfort.

The mad Hatter studied the Alice as she spoke, glancing at the
mentioned card soldier before back at the women. He straightened
his back as he paced around for a moment as he tapped his chin,
ignoring Chester entirely at this point and anything the puppets
might have to say.
"Very well, you will free the guests first, then Braxdon and
work on freeing Fufu last if he is as tangled as you say. If

as only Alicia's chair let her go, going back to being an
ordinary tea time chair.
He then removed his hat and gave her a bow, his way of telling
her to get a move on.

Alicia watched as the hatter paced, the cat on the ground
yelling about letting him go and finishing things, and the
various puppets attempting to convince the two to kill the
woman.
Her eyes widened at him before she felt the restraints leave.
She made a quiet breath the back of her hand wiping the blood
that bled from her cheek that mixed with a few tears of natural
fear. Her heart sunk into her stomach making her feel the more
nauseous. Her feet shuffled past the cat that didn’t seem to
shut up, his worry escalating. His words at the hatter - asking
if he was nuts. She started with the guests ,even the one that
passed, gently closing the eyes of the deceased. What came next
was Braxton. The bunny’s ears dipped seeing the girls face. He
could feel the mix of fear, anger, worry.. and more wafting off.
She was quiet and saw how she finished before he felt a burn on
his shoulder.”Alice..” he started to only see the girl ignore
him completely to walk to the hare.
She grabbed one thread with her free hand, letting the hatter
see what she could. Before she began to cut away at it. She knew
she couldn’t run- not with how their abilities were. As she
neared the end of her work did she hear the puppeteers voice one
last time.
*there isn’t room for the two of us…*
She pulled the string her eye narrowing.”like I had a choice to
be here.”She said before finishing it up. A glow was shown but
briefly and a mark like the others. But Alicia dared not to
disarm. Braxton and Chester could feel her fear wafting off as
Chester wiggled.”are you alright fufu?” He asked as he shown
some worry.

Huang could hear both Eddy and Gizmo's concern, though they both
sounded very far away. The arms around him helped ground him
when Gizmo's hand pulled away.
His eyes closed as he tried to calm himself by following Eddy's
advice. Only it wasn't quite working, he couldn't seem to get
the memories from the past out of his mind
Eddy shot a look at Gizmo. "Hey don't be blaming yourself, it's
his past memories. The breathing thing doesn't seem to be
enough...he needs something to pull him out. Maybe..you should
kiss Huang."

A blush streaked across Gizmo's cheeks at Eddy's suggestion but
decided to give it a try rather than arguing and took the *much*
taller man's face into his hands and kissed him deeply, getting
in the man's lap as he got more passionate.

Seeing the Alice go from person to person, freeing them, was
fascinating and relieving to the Mad Hatter. He made no move to
release any of the captives, even once Fufu was free of the
puppet master. Ben going around and inspecting each person. He
then snapped his fingers, "time to wake up everyone," he mused,
releasing his hypnosis on those still under it's affects getting
a lot of confused and unhappy complaints.
This was when Freddy happened apon the scene. "ROYAL CARD
EVERYONE PUT YOUR HANDS UP OR ILL SHOOT!" The card soldier
yelled getting a shocked expression out of Benjamin, putting his
hands up knowing some guards shot first and asked questions
later.
"Fu.ck! Jack? The hell are you doing here?" Fredrick question as
he slowly walked closer.

Alicia watched as the ones that lived began to talk and
complain. Some straining others kicking. Jack was astounded a
bit before seeing Fredrick coming out and yelling. He saw a gun
swing one way toward him.. At first.
”how is one to put the hands up if the rest of us are tied!”
Said Jack before he heard one tell the cat to get on the
ground.”so you know.. I AM ON THE GROUND!!” Shouted Chester to
get a bullet shot near by as a warning, the man stiffening as
his fur on end. “Swear half you cards can’t think! Muscles for
brains..” he muttered.
Jack who was relieved to see that Fredrick had recognized him
sighed.”I was sent by the queen to see why so many people were
disappearing now I know why- seems hare’s powers were broken,
least that’s what I got from what little hatter mentioned.” He
said and said.”hatter if you kindly will let me up?” He asked.
Alicia who stood near fufu was still quite out of it. She saw
the guns pointed at her. She let her hands up granted it was
clear her hands were still gripping her weapon as she
heard.”drop it.” She was starting to hyperventilate as they
fell, only to shrink before another grabbed her arms and got her
on the ground. Braxton saw Fredrick to sigh and looked around.
This seemed like all a mess. His face wandered to where Alice
was standing to seeing her pinned on the ground.”hey!! Get her
back up! She’s hurt yanno! She put her life on the line to free
the lot of us!” Said the bunny giving small glare.

"Pixie" also known as Pen or Penelope had started to become
excessively worried when she hadn't heard or seen hide or hair
of her younger brother Eddy. Sure he was a grown ass adult with
an adult life, but he never went this long without at least
calling her and venting for a good fifteen minutes.
As the unofficial matriarch of the Dartmouth brood, Pixie took
it on herself to keep tabs on all of her siblings. So she headed
out late that afternoon in search of her reckless miscreant of a
brother, muttering darkly under her breath about giving him a
lesson on proper manners. Not finding him at home she headed
next for the caterpillar's home.
"If that Huang has him working with his secret garden..he's
gonna get a good punch to the face," she muttered, her tail
swishing agitatedly as she stalked across the field and onto the
caterpillar's sprawling front lawn.
She paused for a moment taking in the sight of the jabberwocky
playing with its child under one of the massive flowering apple
trees and then glanced up at the darkening sky.
"Gonna rain soon," she murmured her tail quivering as it picked
up on the incoming storm.
Pixie hurried up the stairs and tried the door. Much to her
surprise it was unlocked. "That's unusual," she commented and
slipped quietly inside.
She could hear voices and sounds coming from the sitting room
and headed to it, her feet moving silently without much effort.
Then she froze taking in the scene on the couch, and blinked in
surprise.
Huang was seated on the couch with Gizmo the gnome rather boldly
making out with him and Eddy hugging Huang from behind.
Huang was brought out of his nightmarish memories by the gentle
onslaught of lips. He let out a soft moan, pressing his lips
into the kiss and his body relaxed against Eddy's.
Eddy looked rather longingly at the two making out, not noticing
there was an audience.
"Can...I get one too?" Eddy asked which brought a soft moan from
Huang.
Jian pulled away from the passionate lips of Gizmo and turned to
seek out Eddy's lips, laying a rather intense kiss on the mouse
man's mouth. Eddy let out a happy sigh, sliding a hand up
Huang's neck as he deepened their first kiss.
"Well...this must be why you haven't called me in over 2 weeks.
You're finally Getting along with Huang I see,"
Hearing Pixie's voice had Eddie pulling away with a startled
squeak. Then he hid his face behind Huang's head as he felt his
face flush.
"Pixie! You're not supposed to sneak in uninvited!" He
protested, his body tense and shivering.
"I didn't think I'd find the three of you together like this or
I'd have knocked. My apologies little brother, Gizmo and Huang.
Also...did you know the jabberwocky is camped on your front lawn
with its kid? Looks like a very bad storm is heading this way as
well,"
Huang was more than a little annoyed by the interruption,
especially with it being Pixie. Eddy's sister had been quite
vocal of how much she disliked him in the past and had often
told him to stay away from her brother.
He let out a sigh and helped Gizmo off his lap rather
reluctantly. He got up to peer out the stained glass window,
frowning at how dark the sky was getting.
"Gizmo you'd better tell those two to seek shelter, if they
still don't leave invite them in to wait out the storm,"
He was still fearful of the jabberwocky turning on him again and
it took every ounce of his courage and manners to not slink off
to hide. "Pixie you're welcome to stay as well. Just no
wandering around on your own,"
Pixie folded her arms over her chest, glowering a bit at Huang.
"why, don't want me to find your secret stash?" She taunted.
Eddy moved to stand between the two. "Pixie please stop. Can you
not fight with my..Huang?"
Pixie sighed and gave a nod. "fine, fine, but what's going on
with the jabberwocky? I heard them rampaging earlier today, is
there another Alice in wonderland or something?"

Feeling Huang relax against him brought a bit of relief to
Gizmo's anxiety over if he had upset the man and couldn't help
his smirk as he watched Huang kiss Eddy like that. He had never
considered Eddy in such a way and was quickly seeing the appeal
of the man.
It seemed the moment was soon dashed away when Pixie arrived.
The gnome gave a heavy sigh as he got out of the catapilliars
lap raised an eyebrow at the mention of the weather. He looked
up at Huang with a surprised expression when the man told him
that if the pair wouldn't leave to invite them inside to get out
of the path of the storm.
"I'll go tell them," he agreed before leaving the trio alone as
he headed out onto the lawn. He could see the building clouds
growing darker. "Amaris? Neo? I don't know if you realize this
but there is a storm building, you might want to seek some
shelter." He informed the pair, trying not to stare at Amaris as
he spoke, the woman was a sight.

Having even more cards invade the clearing got a heavy sigh out
of the Mad Hatter as he stayed silent as the soldier's secured
the location. He slowly turned his head to look at Jack when the
man requested to be let go and a devilish grin came to
Benjamin's lips. The Hatter moved just enough to snap his
fingers, but rather than just Jack being let go, everyone was.
Fufu, Chester, Brax, the guests, everybody.
This caused absolute chaos to break out and an overwhelmed Fufu
paused time in the commotion. "Hatter what the hell is going
on?" The Hare questioned indignantly before getting a proper
explanation from Ben. The two took a long moment to decide what
they would do before the pair went about unloading all of the
guns and putting Chester and Braxton at the edge of the forest
away from the others, and Hatter swapped out Alice for another
guest.
When Fufu finally unfroze time, Hatter and Fufu whispered run to
Brax and Chester while Alice was over Ben's shoulder. The Hatter
and Hare booked it after that.
One moment, the scene was being secured then, the Hatter
released everyone at once causing mehem. Then, one moment the
Hatter, Hare, White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat, and Alice were
suddenly gone.
"What the fuck?" He half yelled as the guy who had been taking
down the Alice was freaking out over the fact he now had Jack
under him. "Fucking insane fuckers... This is why I don't do
Hatter or Hare!" Freddy bitched.
------
Amaris was leaning against a tree as she looked up. She drew in
neo as she shifted to her male form. He was stroking neo’s hair
to calm him down as his protective side came out -to hear his
name and looked to see Gizmo to smile.
Course the man noticed that he was not looking his way to
smirk.”oh?.. honestly we don’t have a home, “ said the male as
he shifted up.”but isn’t the first storm we rode out.. if you
don’t mind taking neo inside? He doesn’t like the thunder.. I’ll
be fine- I know that man doesn’t want me around.. best I stay
outside..” he said as neo just held onto its parent that much
harder.”no!!! I don’t want you to go again!” He said in a shaky
tone before the thunder rolled louder.

Braxton got more worried when he heard Jack and seemed to come
to when he and Chester found themselves at the edge of the
forest, at the whispered run did the group take of, Alicia
feeling the bounce of the running and wriggling understandably.
Her head lifted as the skies darkened to hear the thunder to
just letting what craziness going on to happen- something told
her Fredrick probably be worse to be with.

Jack who was beneath the man heaved a sigh.”why does this have
to be for work- and not for fun?” He grumbled.”or that damned
cat- think he’s why I ended up in this forever party.” He
bitched as he was helped up to dust off. “But thing is they have
an Alice and she freed me from a strange control that not even
hatter can do.” He said as he put a hand to his chin. “Also
there’s another one hiding around we need to find.. this is
bad.” He commented his hand shifting to his neck.

Hearing a male voice instead of the female one had Gizmo looking
up at the handsome man with wide eyes. The look turned to
concern when the Jabberwocky explained that they didn't have a
home before requesting Neo be take inside but the child,
understandably refused to leave their parent.
"Then both of you come inside, Huang is insisting on it," the
gnome said as he walked closer to offer the man his hand to get
up.
Once he had the pair in tow did Gizmo hurriedly rush to get back
inside just as rain began to fall. He then guided the two into
the playroom that Neo had previously been playing in as the door
had been left open. "Maybe a little playing could keep Neo's
mind off the weather?" He suggested. Once they were settled did
the gnome go looking for Huang, Eddy, and Pixie, finding them
fighting. "I'll make something for lunch for everyone," he
suggested before he headed into the kitchen, precariously
perching himself on a stool as he got to work making lunch.

"Don't struggle or I might drop you," Hatter complained as they
rushed after Fufu who could outpace most people. The Hare
leading them to a rabbit hole to slip into. "This passage will
take us to a place we can wait out the weather and get the Alice
patched up," said the frazzled March Hare as he slipped inside
and lead the way through the maze of tunnels until they cane
across a moderately sized nook that looked like a makeshift safe
house.
Hatter set the woman down on the couch made of dirt before
taking a seat in a similarly made chair. All the furniture made
from the earth itself. Fufu went about finding the first aid kit
and began to patch Alicia up.

"I can tie you up for fun later, need to get the people we have
here back to the castle, Jack, you and me are going to go crazy
hunting," Fredrick mused with a dark chuckle as everyone at the
party was rounded up and hauled off.

“He does?” Asked Amaris as he seemed to be a tad reluctant at
the idea at first- almost not believing it. But Gizmo offering
his hand let the man make the decision to go and hold his hand.
He could feel the few drops of rain. Once inside did the man
look around.. the place looking warm and inviting. He heard
gizmo.”ah.. sure..” he said as neo seemed to relax his grip
finally.
Once they were in the playroom did neo’s behavior change to see
the castle.”let’s play the jabberwocky and the knight mama!”
Amaris heard to chuckle..”guessing I’m the knight?” He asked to
get the affirmation to pay with his son.

The white rabbit paced himself for once given being the fastest
as he followed the hare. It seemed that fufu knew where he was
going to hear the hatter complain at the woman who had stopped
at his complaints.
The rain began to pour soaking the group, Chester and the rest
filed in, alicia felt the world gravitate from being upside down
to the dirt couch.
When hare came to treat her did she flinch naturally as he
started on the cut cheek. But when the touch was careful did she
relax.
Chester made a sigh.”god what the hell!?!” He said and looked at
hare. His gaze softened before hearing an audible sob. His eyes
narrowed on the girl.”oh come on your alive - it all worked out,
so this is your time to thrive..” he started as her hand
clenched was dirt she got, once hare moved enough she chunked it
at the cat who brought his arm up.
Braxton made a quiet sympathetic look as he listened to her
snap. “I wasn’t even meant to be here- you brought me here!- you
got what you wanted- doubt you even remember where I came out of
- or wait- that you shoved me through -huh?!?” She snapped as
Chester saw anger. “You never intended to keep your promise..”
She asked as she saw him look to the right. “God it doesn’t
matter if this world or the next one- everyone’s the same.“ she
grumbled more to herself, and looked to the left of herself.>>>
Instead she saw hatter and tried to redirect her eyes to settle
on staring at a wall.

Jack brightened up at the sound of fun and bondage. “Alrighty!
But I’ll be sticking with you this time- “ said Jack with a
sigh. He walked with the man as he passed by a cardman that
realized one guest was dead. “Treat that one as evidence.. “
said the man before he reflexively took the man’s arm to walk
off with him.

Huang couldn't help but notice Eddy's hesitation on what to
call him. "You could call me your love interest, soon to be
lover, or boyfriend," He supplied with a faint smile.
Eddy's eyes widened a bit and shot a look at his sister who gave
him a rather pointed look.
"I'm pretty sure I told you to stay away from my little brother
old man," she said a bit coldly.
"He asked for the kiss so I obliged. That was the first move
I've made on him the entire time he's worked with me Pixie. Ask
him if you don't believe me," Huang replied with a long sigh.
"Pixie just stop. I want to be with him, and Gizmo if he wants
me too. You're just gonna have to stop being so hateful. Huang
is a good person and I like him. And I did ask him to kiss me.
I'll keep asking," Eddie added blushing a bit.
Pixie was about to say something when Gizmo peeked in and
announced he would make lunch for everyone.
"Let us help you," Eddy said grabbing Huang by the hand and
dragging the tall man after him.
Huang grinned, rather pleased to see Eddy's bold side come out.
"Gizmo, careful," he muttered moving to hold the stool the other
was standing on. "I need better stools if you're going to cook
in my kitchen. I really don't want you hurting yourself,"

"I don't need help," Gizmo claimed as he jumped off the stool
Eddy was steadying to the next, causing it to rock dangerously
to one side before the Gnome managed to get it back on all four
legs and busily worked on making.
"Any of you not eat meat?" He questioned as he got some blt
ingredients out and cooked the bacon.

Seeing the woman flinch away got a sad expression out of Fufu
before he flinched at Chester's outburst. His ears pinning down
as the feline minimized what exactly he had done. He was far
from surprised by the thrown dirt .
"You at *minimum* owe this woman an apology, I can not fathom
you doing such a thing. You tried to kill her the moment your
plans didn't pan out Chester. I didn't surrender myself to the
puppeteer to protect you and Ben for *this* I feel like I don't
even know you anymore!" The March Hare chastised in anger as he
got a blanket to drape around the Alice.
"People do stupid things to try and help those they care about,"
Benjamin stated when the Alice stated everyone was the same.
"The right thing to do would be to find where you shoved her
into this world and let her back out, we will have to find a
different way to free anyone else trapped like Fufu was...." the
Hatter said as he paced the room.

"So you did learn your lesson about wandering off on your own,
that's at least one positive..." Freddy said before rolling his
eyes as the man took his arm and led the way into the forest to
try and pick up the trail of those who escaped. "Primary target
in the March Hare, his fucking time bullshit will keep letting
them get away, Hatter has whatever the fuck he does, and
Cheshire is a wily one too. Can probably talk some sense into
the white rabbit to bring in the Alice," he said, explaining his
rough plan to Jack.

Alicia felt the blanket and tugged it around. She could hear
Chester stammer softly.”fufu.. I just didn’t want to see you
being used like that..I love you..” he said as he came over to
take fufu’s hands. “I was willing to do anything if it meant
you’d be free.” He said as the girl heard the hatter speak.
Chester looked at hatter and made a mild guilty look.”I.. ah…
don’t remember.. where from.. when the jabberwocky went after
her I was tracking her down..” he said as the girl let off a
deep sigh to tug the blanket closer. She could still see how the
people were being used.. she shivered a bit as she was gathering
her own thoughts.
Chester looked at fufu- then toward the Alice. He looked back at
fufu to kiss his cheek and turned to look at her as his arms
folded and him looking away..”I am sorry…” he mumbled as Alicia
blinked.”what?”she asked.
“I said I was sorry! “ he said as he grumbled.
Alicia looked at him.”I’ll help the rest of wonderland.. but
not for you.” She said quietly. She looked at fufu, and
said.”thank you.. for treating me.. and the blanket.. “ she said
in a softer tone.
Braxton let a breath out.”you gave yourself up?” He asked hare.
Alicia’s gaze looked at the first one that met her.. well found
her. She could see he looked mixed.”we need a plan Fredrick
isn’t one to underestimate.. his tracking skills is beyond most

be quite the problem.. but if the cat gets away..” he said with
a sigh. “Swear this groups always been a mad mess.” He said as
he walked letting Fredrick do his job, following his steps.

"you say that until you fall off a stool and snap an arm or
worse," Huang muttered, about having a heart attack at a Gizmo
jumping around on the stools.
Eddy shook his head, silently agreeing with Huang and went to
rummage for a few other things to add to the meal.
Huang finally sat down, trying to not freak out while he watched
Gizmo work.
Pixie had trailed behind her brother and the two men, watching
quietly at their interaction. Huang did seem a bit different
than she remembered. Far more relaxed even with the worry he
showed for Gizmo's safety.
"Pile on the meat, don't give me any of that fake bacon." Pixie
piped up and then glanced around.
"Should I go grab the jabberwocky and their kid? Unless...one of
you would rather do it,"
Eddy finished cutting up fruit and set it out in the table and
wiped his hands clean. He shot a look at Huang who looked a bit
wary at the mention of the jabberwocky.
"I'll go tell them there's food ready," he volunteered.
Huang nodded slowly and got up to grab a shot of soju and downed
it. "You can get them, I'll just self medicate a bit first,"
Eddy frowned, and slowly made his way to the playroom and
knocked on the door. "uh hello? There's food ready for lunch if
you both are interested. You should come join us,"

"You worry too much," Gizmo teased, soon finishing up cooking
and hopping down to get plates ready, making sure Pixie's blt
was packed full of meat. He was surprised Huang was willing to
let the pair of Jabberwocky eat with them but made no comment as
he got everything ready before setting the table.
It worried him seeing the caterpillar drinking but made no
comment as he took a seat and waited for the others to join
them. "You going to be okay Huang?" He questioned.

Hearing Chester confess his love had Fufu blushing quite dark
sighing as the man continued to say he would do just anything to
free the hare. Worse, it seemed Chester didn't recall where the
portal to the other world was. His ears perked up hearing
Chester actually say he was sorry, even if it was mumbled and
grumbled.
"Of course miss Alice, you are most welcome. You can call me
Fufu, I don't believe I have caught your name as of yet so
please pardon me. Chester and Benjamin are usually far less
callous than this. I will aid you in any way i can in your quest
to both free wonderland, and get you back to your home." He told
the woman before looking at Braxton when the rabbit asked him
about giving himself up.
"Yes, I gave myself up to protect those I cared about... clearly
those people lost whatever sense they had after that though..."
Fufu said with distain in his voice getting a guilty look out of
Hatter.
"We will need to move here soon, I have no doubt those cards
will find their way through the maze of tunnels." Hatter said as
Hare's ears pivoted at a sound. "We should go now, I hear
something near the entrance.... we may need the door Ben." Fufu
said, getting a nod from the mad hatter as he took out a tiny
door from his pocket and placed it at the very bottom of the
wall and then pulled out some tarts from his pockets with 'eat
me' scrawled across the surface.
"The Blueberries tart will make you small, the red one will make
you large, only take a little bite or you will never stop
Shrinking or growing depending on the tart you eat." The mad
Hatter warned as he handed them out.

"They are quite the mad mess," Fredrick agreed as he finally
found their trail and began to hoof it after the escaped group.
He followed it all the way to the rabbit hole they had gone
down. "Stay close, rabbit holes can be a right maze and I don't
want to spend forever finding your ass..." He told his partner
before going inside.

Amari’s was in the middle of death scene when he heard the
mouse.”ah? Already?” Said the man to lift his child.”let’s get
something- mama is starving.” Said the man as he brushed past
the mouse. He sat down with his child in his lap. His face took
in Huang a bit and smelled alcohol. “Smells good!” He said as he
started to fix Neo a plate. Feeling him first was a natural
thing for Amaris.

“My name is Alicia.. and thank you kindly.” She said softly.
Chester had a bit of a guilty look though seeing hare mad like
this was a turn on. “You know we are the strongest here- you
shouldn’t have to do that.” Said Chester.
Alicia reluctantly let go of the blanket to follow to see a tart
and the explanation. At this point she believed it after the
whirlwind of events.
She gulped at his warning as she watched how they bit theirs as
the white rabbit kept an ear out.. least till they sounded
closer.”Freddy really is quick.” He mumbled as he and Alicia bit
theirs . The moment they got through the door did Alicia take in
the tall grass and the sky above. “Must be huangs garden- I
smell it.” Said the cat as he went to grab his tart.
Alicia walked with a group- before something triggered.
The Chester smelled something before he could bite in his to
yell.”sleep mists! Don’t breathe it in!” He called out knowing
huang:s security enough- he normally wouldn’t have trouble
dipping in and out- but this small? Was a different story.
Chester felt funny from the whiff of the stuff.
Alicia fumbled for a tart to drop it before she felt a yank and
a stick to turn her head to realize it was a spider web and
freaked out almost immediately due to her fear of spiders. White
rabbit got worried to go help to only be snagged by a flower.
“Oh come on!!” He yelled.

“You got it!” Said Jack before he headed toward a path that
clearly was opposite of Frederick, right after affirming he’d
stay by the man.. it always seemed to happen at times.. he
always did the opposite of what he said he was going to do.

Pixie raised an eyebrow at Gizmo's comment. "People who care
about others tend to worry more," pixie pointed out as she took
a seat, waiting for everyone to show up to the table.
Her nose wrinkled at the strong smell of soju, but didn't say
anything about Huang drinking either.
Huang nodded at Gizmo's question and downed another shot before
putting the soju away.
"Should be numbed enough now," was Huang's reply.
He wasn't however prepared for the jabberwocky to be in its male
form. He blinked and then slowly picked at his food, suddenly
not all that hungry. This of course had Eddy shooting a worried
look at Gizmo when he smelled the alcohol on Huang's breath.
"Huang, try to eat something." He urged moving to sit next to
the man.
Before anyone could get into their meal, a loud alarm suddenly
sounded and the lights began flashing in warning of an intruder.
Huang was up on his feet, shaking his head in annoyance.
"Someone is in my garden," he muttered and conjured up a crystal
ball to see who the intruders were.
"Is that Chester, Fufu, Benny and Alicia? We gotta go help
them!" Eddy said in a worried tone and started to leave, only
for Huang to stop him.
"Hold on, I've upped the security measures. Wait a few minutes
and we'll go get them. I don't need you to get knocked out too,"
Huang sighed.
Pixie put down her half eaten sandwich and wiped off her hands.
"I can help too. Let's get going before worse happens to them,"
Huang nodded and shot a look at Gizmo and the jabberwocky.
"Probably safer if you both stay with Neo. We'll be back
shortly," he said and then led Eddy and Pixie off to o the rose
garden where the others had arrived.
"If they're tiny, you could carry them all yourself," Eddy
pointed out when they finally arrived.
"They can't stay small for too long, or they'll be stuck that
way," Huang replied and moved to get the spider out of its web
and moved it far from the mini trussed up wonderlanders and
Alice.
Pixie pulled a pocket knife out And worked on cutting the men
free from the web, handing them over to Eddy and then finally
freeing the blue haired woman.
"So..they probably have mini tarts on them," she muttered and
then shrank herself to the same size to retrieve the pastries,
feeding a small piece of the red one to each of them.
She shifted back once the unconscious men and blue haired woman
regained their proper heights.
Huang had been dealing with his heightened security measures and
turning them off while Eddy and Pixie had helped the others. He
came back to them and lifted Fufu and Chester each over his
shoulders. "If you two will get the others we should head back.
Oh, Eddy put a stone in front of that door,"
Eddy blinked and spied the tiny door and then went to move a
sizeable rock in front of it.
He grabbed Benjamin and followed after his sister and Huang who
had been waiting for him. "How long does that sleeping mist last
for?" He asked worriedly.
"I've got an antidote that will wake them up." Huang replied and
led them through the trail back to the house. By the time they
got back, they were soaked by the rain and shivering.
"Could've used a portal," Pixie chattered, her teeth clicking
from the cold.
"It's best not to when people are unconscious, and Eddie
couldn't take another trip today," Huang explained going into
the den and starting up a roaring fire to warm everyone up.

It seemed Haung had upped his security as Hatter put a
handkerchief to his face when he realized they were being
smothered in sleeping mist, only sparing him long enough to
watch everyone be snatched up by either flowers or the spider.
He was soon passed out, cursing their luck.

The sudden alarm going off had Gizmo nearly jumping out of his
skin as worry filled him but didn't argue with Huang telling him
to stay with the Jabberwockys. "Alright, be careful," he told
the trio as they headed out. The gnome quickly finished his meal
before he began to clean up. "So... this may be a strange
question, but, what happened to the woman? Are you also her?" He
asked Aramis. While had seen a lot of things in wonderland, the
ability to change from man to woman was not something he had
ever encountered. "Can Neo do that as well?" He questioned.
He was just finishing up cleaning when he heard Huang and the
others return with the invaders, working on warming the soaked
beings up.
When Hatter received the antidote he sat up quickly and looked
around frantically before realizing they were in Huang's custody
and not Freddy's. Fufu having a very similar reaction. "When did
your garden become so hostile?" Fufu questioned with a sneeze as
he felt the wet cold sinking in and began to properly shiver.
"It wouldn't have anything to do with using the garden without
permission would it?" Hatter asked in a child like manner.
"Fufu! You aren't all murdery anymore! Does that mean the watch
worked?" The gnome asked excitedly getting a frown out of the
Hare.
"Not the way we hoped it would, Freddy is on our tail..." Hatter
explained with a heavy sigh. This caused Gizmo to get a worried
look.
"Does that insane card know you came here?" He questioned.
"Shouldn't, I used my mini door. Oh fuck my mini door! Where is
it?" Ben questioned as he patted his pockets and then pulling
out many seemingly random and useless items and set everything
out on the table looking for his door.
Once his pockets were empty did Hatter remove his waist coat,
hat and shirt to let it all dry. "I need to go back and get to
door so he doesn't follow us through," the mad hatter muttered,
trying to ignore how cold he was.

A heavy sigh left Freddy when Jack went to go down the opposite
path of himself and grabbed the back of the man's shirt and
yanked him to himself. "You say you got it, and them immediately
disobey my orders... if I told you to leave me alone, you that
make you stick to me?" He questioned in annoyance.

Amaris blinked.”yes I am- given I’m the only jabberwocky- I had
to lay an egg so.. female side kicked in.” He told gizmo. “Neo
is still a ways off- it won’t be till puberty.. about 13 years.”
Said the man. His head turned to see the group coming back. His
face focused a little on Alicia who looked more scared passed
out than the gas.
Chester woke with a start to groan.”yeah being tiny- not a good
thing..” he sighed as he sat on his heels to get his barings as
the bunny woke and slicked his hair back. “God I feel like I
drowned in my sleep..” he mumbled.
While the wonderlanders came out of it. Alicia seemed to come
out of it much slower. Till a freak out renewed itself before
she looked around and calmed down at the lack of a spider to
cover her face as she felt herself blush hotly. Her hair was
plastered to the side of her face, realizing she not only soaked
the chair.. but the mud from when they got in and sat on the
dirt, and the large drops they avoided at first only made her
messier and sheepish.”I’m so sorry… “ she said as she now just
wanted a hot shower and recover from the embarrassment of how
she woke up.

“No!” Said Jack as he ended up sticking by the man by then,
their feet carrying them to the place where he could hear
people.. he saw Alicia and the rabbit taking a bite as he
realized.”their getting away!” He stammered before they ‘shrunk’
and left through a door.”dammit!” He complained as the door
shut.

Huang hurried to his study to grab the antidote needed, making
sure each of those affected by the sleeping mist got a dose.
Huang summoned one of his invisible servants and asked them to
get warm blankets for everyone that was wet. His attention was
drawn to Fufu and the hatter's questions.
"There were queen's soldiers not far from here, so I upped my
security to be safe. My apologies that you were attacked."
Huang's eyes flashed hearing that one of the queens men was
still after them. "Your door is still in the garden and blocked
so he can't come through. I'll take you to retrieve it once the
storm has passed." He told Hatter firmly. "Warm up a bit first,"
The blankets floated into the room and were soon wrapped around
each of the chilled people. There was a bit of concern by
Alicia's slowly coming out of her sleepy state.
"No need to apologize, dirt and water can easily be cleaned up,"
pixie reassured the woman grabbing another blanket to help dry
the other's hair.
Huang's arms were making a squeaking sound from being in the
rain, making him sigh in annoyance.
"Gizmo could you please give me a hand with my arms? We can go
in my study to deal with them." He asked, not really wanting
everyone else to see him without his metal arms on.
Eddy headed into the kitchen to start up a kettle to make some
tea to help warm up the others. "Are you all hungry? I can make
you something," he offered wanting to be helpful while Gizmo
helped Huang fix his arms.

The reassurance of Huang answering their questions followed by
the blankets coming to cover them, Hatter relaxed while Fufu
stressed over the nearby enemy. He tried to reason with himself
that Huang had upped security that had gotten them, Freddy
couldn't follow them, no one knew where they were. They were
safe. Fufu pulled the blanket tightly around himself as he
huddled closer to the fire to warm up.
At the squeak of Huang's arms, Gizmo couldn't help but flinch,
nodding at the caterpillar request. "Sure thing," the gnome
answered as he followed after the man and closed the door behind
them. He then got busy getting one arm off and tending to the
steal, using oils on the joints after drying the parts. It
wasn't long before he was done with one and moved on to the
second.

When Jack stayed by him after being told the opposite it had
Freddy shaking his head. It had been a while since he worked
with Jack and he had forgotten the man's peculiar tick of doing
the opposite of what he was told. His own curses left his mouth
seeing the their quarry shrink and escape. He was surprised the
door didn't immediately disappear.
He got down on his hands and knees to try and open the little
door before sighing heavily. "Blocked... fuck... looks like a
dead end..." He complained.

Alicia blinked at the help with her hair, her head tilted.”who
are you?” She asked as she was aware of faces around her just
not this one. The mention of food Alicia shook her head.”sorry
don’t quite have an appetite…” she said. She drew the blanket
around her, her mind still trying to accept the fact she was in
a strange world. What was not normal to her was normal to
others.
Chester saw how the man was with gizmo to raise a brow. He
recalled how gizmo acted before and sighed.. least till he
smelled the jabberwocky to see a man and a child. The male moved
to walk over to the Alice. “Thank you..” she heard as she looked
up at the guy and blushed a bit. She got a confused look before
the form shifted to the woman.”oh..” fell out of Alicia’s mouth.
“If you ever need help- I’ll do.” Said amaris.”I owe you.. .”
Said the beast. The child clung to her leg as thunder went off
causing Both Alicia and Neo to flinch. “Your afraid of storms?”
Heard the woman.”y..yeah but there’s reasons..” said Alicia.

Jack sighed.”mmm- and in this storm it’ll be hard enough to
track them.” He said as he leaned back.”so.. want to wait out
the storm?” He asked as he leaned over the man that was bent
over.”could pass the time no?” He asked with a smirk.

Huang relaxed into his chair once they were alone and watched as
Gizmo worked on his left arm. It was always a strange experience
to see his metal arm detached and worked on in front of him.
"Thank you Gizmo," he said softly testing the cleaned arm once
it was put back on. "Do you think one day there'd be a way to
get a more realistic looking arm? Without the gears and mech
showing?"
It had been something he'd been thinking of for a long time. He
was always so self conscious of the metal and how it scared
others.
Once his arms were both cleaned and fixed, he pulled Gizmo in
gently and kissed him deeply on the lips. "What would I do
without you? Thank you for caring for me and putting up with my
grumpy ass all these years," he said gratefully.
After a few more kisses he let out a sigh and let the man go.
"Should probably go back and see if the others need anything,"

Pixie smiled down at the woman's question. "I'm Pixie, I'm
Eddy's older sister. What's your name beautiful?" She couldn't
help but ask. "Are you feeling okay?"
When the woman flinched at the thunder, Pixie felt compelled to
pat the other's shoulder in a comforting manner.

When Eddy didn't get any takers on food he got busy with making
tea to eat he knew the others liked and brought each of them
cups. Then even made some hot cocoa for Neo.
"Here you go little guy, I think you'll like this. I can look
for some biscuits if anyone likes," he said looking around those
that were still drying off.

"Oh of course don't mention it... mmmm I could probably figure
out something that looks more natural and realistic..." the
gnome mused as he put back on the second arm before finding
himself pulled into a *deep* kiss making Gizmo moan into it.
"Not have working arms? I will always care for you Huang..." He
murmered before several more kisses were planted on his lips
before he was released. "Yeah, probably," the gnome agreed as he
got out if the man's lap and lead the way back to the main
sitting room.
Hatter had used his ability of making things float to get all of
his things floating close to the fire. He graciously accepted
the tea Eddy brought along with Fufu.
"Biscuits would be heavenly Eddy," the March Hare answered as he
took a sip of his tea, feeling significantly warmer with the
drink, finally no longer shivering.

"Doesn't look like we have much choice. What you got in mind to
pass the time?" The questioned, finding himself bumping into the
man as he tried to get up, causing him to blush dark.

Alicia shook from her moment to hear pixies introduction.”that’s
a cute name..” she complimented.”Alicia.” She said as she tugged
the blanket to feel the pat. She looked over that was drying
and more as the jabberwocky sat on the chair arm bringing the
child up and into his lap. Another large boom shook the house
just enough as she sighed. Loud noises always did shake her in
an unnatural way. She needed to distract herself. It seemed neo
was in the same boat, his wings popping out to try to muffle the
noise as it wrapped around him.”hey.. want a story?” Asked
Alicia. Neo had seen the coco to take it.”what kind of story?”
He asked as she smiled.”story about a one legged soldier.” She
said recalling one that she was told. She enjoyed it as a child
as Neo finally let go of his mother to slide in her lap.”tell
me?” He asked.”is there a jabberwocky in it?” He asked to sip it
slow.
“No but there is a ballerina and how they lost and found each
other.” She said as the boy was now hooked.
She told the boy the story as she managed to not only distract
the child- but herself.
Amaris moved herself to shift to that of a man to go to hatter
and tugged the blanket up more as Chester joked.”there’s your
jabberwocky .” Amaris looked back at the cat and sighed.”don’t
know what that is but keep warm or all of you will catch cold.”
He said before looking at the mouse.
He walked off smelling gizmo as he never really looked at the
place to bump into the two.”where’s the bathroom- much as I
normally would go outside I’ll just drag in more water.” He said
his brow raising.

Jack caught the man by the hips as Fredrick bumped into him and
chuckled.”little fun.. “ he said as he smacked Fredrick’s ass a
bit to help him up.”what can I say you got a nice ass.” He said
with a smirk. The bigger boom made him glance back before he
went in.”mean you put up with me- surely it means you like me?”
He asked with a flirty expression.

"I know you can come up with something, you are only the best
inventor there is in Wonderland," Huang praised.
"I hope that never happens, not that I don't want you to care
for me. Just..it'd be hard not getting to touch you. Though it
isn't the same without having the sensations I had before," he
confessed. "I didn't know how much I'd miss it,"
They made it to the hallway to get run into by Amaris' male
form, making Huang draw back, and pulling Gizmo back
automatically. He shook slightly looking the other over while
Amaris explained they needed a bathroom.
"..upstairs, third door on the right," he finally directed
pointing to the staircase that led to the second floor.
Once they were in the sitting room, Huang was pleased to see
Eddy had made the others hot drinks to help them warm up, and
was heading back to the kitchen.
"Where do you keep your biscuits Huang?" Eddy asked when he saw
the two, his cheeks flushing a bit.
"The large cupboard near the icebox, they'll be on the top
shelf. Ask one of the servants to get them, they may be too high
for you to reach,"
Eddy paused a look of uncertainty on his face. "Your servants
they are invisible, how do you know if they are there?'
"They are always around, they are just quiet so not to startle
others. I can ask them if you don't feel comfortable doing so,"
Eddy shook his head and headed to the kitchen wondering why the
servants chose to be invisible in the first place. He'd have to
ask Huang about that later.

Pixie smiled at the compliment, feeling quite happy to have come
to check on her brother. If she hadn't she'd never have gotten
the chance to meet Alicia. "Thank you, it's moreso a nickname.
There were quite a few Penelope's the year I was born." She
explained.
Pixie fell silent as the house shook, her tail wrapping around
her leg. Now she was starting to worry about the storm. There's
never been such a frightening storm that had hit Wonderland like
this before. She stayed close, listening to the story that Alice
wove.

Hearing Huang actually praise his talent git a blush and smirk
out of the gnome. "If I could figure out a way to give it back
to you I would," Gizmo said before they headed down the hall and
ran into Amaris. The way Huang pulled him back was unmistakable,
though at least the catapillar was able to pull himself together
enough to give the Jabberwoky directions.
The ever busy gnome went to check out the window and see how the
weather was looking, frowinging at the terrible storm. It seemed
they were all stuck here for now. That was unfortunate giving
Gizmo had work to do, so instead, found a sqeaky door and began
repairs.
"Why do they not wish to be seen?" Fufu questioned, accepting
the cookie from Eddy when the dormouse cane around with the
sweets. He went for his pocket watch, eyeing the time. He was
always more tense when he was unable to stick to his usual
schedule, and given recent events it seemed like it would be a
long while before he would be back in his routine.

A grunt left Freddy when he felt his ass smacked like that as
the blush on his cheeks darkened. Having Jack hold his hips like
this was doing unexpected things to him. "Jack stop it," The
card soldier near demanded as he felt a bit of panic at being
so... *intimate* with Jack. "Of, of course I like you but, but
we can't do this," he tried to reason with the man, fighting how
his body was reacting to the man.

The jabberwocky made his way to do his business.. course after a
little bit came back. He stared a bit at Huang and sighed a bit.
He saw his son starting to doze noticeably in the Alice’s arms
his smile softening. His tail moved rather slowly before
finding gizmo’s hand, as he passed by to tug him in his lap.”you
should take a break *treasure..* purred the male as his arms
went around the gnomes middle. His eyes flashed a bit at Huang
as he brought the gnome closer as Alicia noticed to look at the
child was fighting it as she wound down to the last bit of the
story.
“The one legged toy soldier dove for the ballerina - attempting
to save her from the flames- .. in the end they merged
together.. they were never lonely again.” She said as the boy
had dozed off fully. She let off her own breath as she got a
soft look. She looked at pixie who seemed to have a worried
look.”try to not worry.. I know it sounds scary— does for me
too.. might just be a bunch of water.. or least that’s what my
granny told me one time.” She said as she was feeling much
calmer herself. “I hate to ask but… mind if I borrow your
shower?” Asked Alicia to the caterpillar.

“Okay.” Was all Freddy would hear- but the hands hadn’t
left.”I’m just not trying to help.” He said before hearing the
man’s confession to frown more.”your saying you don’t like me or
like me? Cause your face and body is saying you dooon’t” said
jack in the flirty tone. As to why he was opposite like this one
wouldn’t know- many rumors stated he was born feet first, and
that he walked on his hands first.. most wouldn’t know. “And
it’s getting *hot*… wouldn’t you wanna *cool* down?” Asked Jack
with a flirty look.

"I know you would," Huang murmured softly.
He was feeling a bit out of sorts at having the jabberwocky
inside his home, the alcohol seemed to help keep the edge off
thankfully. Having his senses numbed seemed to be the only way
he could cope, though he knew eventually he'd need to find
another way to deal with his PTSD.
He followed Gizmo to look out at the storm, and realized it
probably wasn't going to end any time soon. Huang was going to
end up hosting everyone overnight it seemed.
"What are you asking about?" He asked turning at Fufu's
question.
Eddy explained that everyone was wondering about why his
servants were invisible.
"Oh, they were cursed to be immortal and invisible by an
Enchantress hundreds of years ago. That's all I really know,
they have yet to tell me their story. They don't talk much
either, though they can understand and pick up on other people's
thoughts and desires." He explained as best as he could.
Eddy was now even more curious about the servants and why they'd
been cursed. Had they done something terrible to the
enchantress?
He handed the biscuits he'd found around to the others and then
moved to keep Huang company when Amaris dragged Gizmo over.
Huang's eyes flashed slightly at the jabberwocky's boldness, but
settled when Eddy draped himself over his shoulder and leaned
against him.
Pixie raised an eyebrow at the tension between the men but
didn't say anything. She grinned seeing how easily Eddy was able
to diffuse Huang's irritation. It seemed her brother had a good
influence on the warrior.
Her ears flicked back at another loud boom of thunder filled the
air and wrapped her arms tightly around Alicia. "It's more that
the sound triggers my memories," she muttered.
Not many people knew that she'd served in a secret service when
she'd been younger. She'd seen men and women torn apart from
cannon balls and worse. These memories often came back to plague
her mind.
Huang tapped his leg, looking around at everyone.
His gaze went back to Alicia when she asked about borrowing his
shower. "I think it would be wise for everyone to just stay the
night, the storm isn't about to end tonight. I have more than
enough rooms for everyone, but if you wish to share I have no
objections," he said and slowly stood up.
"If you follow me, I'll take you to rooms and bathrooms where
you can clean and warm yourselves up. The servants will bring
you clean clothes to wear,"
Pixie untangled herself from Alicia and was surprised when Eddy
moved to pick up the sleeping Neo on his arms.
"You and Amaris need to talk Huang," Eddy insisted and held Neo
close, glancing between the two and then at Gizmo. "If you don't
mind Amaris I can keep a close eye on Neo for awhile. If he
needs you I can come and get you,"
Huang wasn't prepared for Eddy to suddenly get so bossy with
him, but didn't protest. His talking with Amaris was long
overdue. "Yeah fine, after I get everyone to rooms."
He shot a glance at Pixie picking up on the fact she was
suffering from PTSD herself.
He led everyone to the second floor and after showing them
several rooms, had them all settled in a few minutes.
Then he turned to shoot a look at Gizmo and Amaris.
"It might be safer if Gizmo is there when we talk, Amaris," he
said looking rather nervous and uncomfortable. "I've been
fighting my urge to lash out at you all day. Being alone with
you wouldn't be a good idea,"
He motioned them to follow him to the third floor where his room
and private smoking room was located. "Do you mind if I smoke a
little? It'll calm me down," he explained, moving to push into
the colorful room and moving to pull on his comforting silk robe
and filled his pipe. "Do you both want to smoke as well?" He
asked Gizmo and Amaris.

Being so suddenly pulled from his work and into Amaris' lap had
gotten a rather feminine sqeak out of Gizmo, getting a *very*
dark blush from the gnome, especially with the purred words in
his ear as the arms wrapped around him. The hold even tightening
when Huang approached.
Thankfully it seemed Eddy was able to calm the man and the gnome
relaxed a little. "I... I suppose a... small break wouldn't hurt
anything...." He murmured.
It seemed that Huang was planning on hosting for the night,
being quite generous. Fufu was quickly pack on his feet at the
mention of a shower. If nothing else he could get his usual
nightly routine mostly sorted. "Don't forget your kitten,"
Hatter teased his friend getting Fufu to blush at the way Ben
talked about Chester.
"Don't be too harsh on him, he only did what he did because he
loves you Fu," the Mad Hatter muttered to his friend before
going off to take Braxton's hand and pull the man along with
him.
The March Hare sighed heavily before looking to his only friend
and man who held his heart. "I'm still angry with you..." was
all he could manage as he took Chester's hand to tug him along
to one of the rooms as well. "We, can share a room tonight...
if... if you want..." He suggested.
When everyone was settled, it hadn't been lost on Gizmo that he
and Amaris were the only ones not shown to a room and he soon
found out the reason why. It seemed Huang wanted to talk with
the Jabberwocky with him present. Explaining how he had been
struggling not to lash out.
The caterpillar soon led them to a room the gnome had never seen
before. "I don't mind, I can smoke too if it helps you feel more
comfortable." Gizmo said as he took in the room, though he made
sure he was between the two men.

The Jokester said one thing but did the opposite, making Freddy
squirm in his hold. "Oh I can tell you aren't trying to help..."
He complained, though he couldn't help how he shivered at that
flirty tone.
"J-Jack, Don't, I-I I don't like you like this.... I-I" he
stammered out. If he hadn't been so panicky and his mind so
suddenly foggy over the attention he was getting he would
realize he needed to say the opposite if he really wanted the
man to stop.
"I'm cool enough, I, I don't need help cooling down," Freddy
tried to reason not prepared in the slightest of intimacy, but
his body was vastly betraying him as he was rock hard and needy.

“Mmhmm.. and we do need to talk.” Said Amaris before moving. But
once they got to the room he was quick to sit and pull gizmo
right back in his lap.
“No thanks- I got what I want right here.There’s things I need
to say that isn’t proper in the ears of children.. especially
towards you Huang.. and the treasure. can sit in *my* lap so you
will feel *safe*..” said the jabberwocky with a toothy sly grin.
“After all with what I desire sitting on me I won’t have the
willpower to move.” Teased the man a little more as his hand
slid to grip the gnomes leg at first.

Chester was blushing hard at being called a kitten by the hatter
and shot a look. But didn’t say anything as he saw how fufu was.
Braxton looked at the two before going with the hatter avoiding
Alicia’s glance as others picked rooms as she simply took what
was left.
Chester felt the pull inside the room and listened to fufu- his
ears dipping down clearly in guilt. But the moment he heard
‘share a room’ did they perk up and scooped the bunny up and
rushed in a room with the door slamming as an announcement of
what might be coming.”oh gods I hope caterpillar charmed the
rooms to be silent..” mumbled Braxton as he got to a bedroom
with hatter and began to strip himself.
The white rabbit managed to get himself stripped and his tattoos
that one wouldn’t think he had was underneath. The marker of
the white rabbit now clearly showing. “Wanna shower hatter?… and
continue where we left off from under the table?” Said the bunny
looking back with a seductive look in his eye as he swayed his
ass as he toward the bathroom.

Meanwhile Chester was already stripping- course he reminded
himself they needed to get clean to have fun.”I know you are
mad.” He said as he worked at getting fufu undressed from the
half dried clothes, fumbling with the buttons. “I.. I just
didn’t know what to do- you were stuck in time.. I didn’t want
to lose you and it felt like I was.. felt like the only way to
bring you to your senses was to be as I always was.. somehow- I
felt you loved me as much as I did you.” Said Chester.”I was
desperate.. and honestly I’m not sorry that I went that
direction to free you.. all I can do is make it up to her after
all of this and bring her home- once I remember it.”he said as
he finally had the shirt open.”your everything to me fufu.. I’d
go insanely mad if anything happened to you.after all your my
heart one and true.” He said as he went to unzip his hoodie.

Alicia finally gotten to a room. The girl finally feeling real
relief. She shrugged off the army jacket, it hid a long scar on
her right forearm, the other untouched. Her went hair that was
plastered to her neck and face.. now dried more and frizzed
noticeably. She beelined for the place next to turn it on, her
face turning to hear movement aside from pixie , how it looked
they’d need to share a room themselves. Not that she minded.
But the unseen servants and seeing clothing coming in made her
nervous.. least a little bit. Once the door seemingly closed on
its own she sighed.”I’m… going to shower- really been a day.”
She said as she pulled off the crop top a bit with effort, she
dumped it on the floor. Somehow pixie being visible didn’t
bother her as much. The dried dirt crumbled off, her face
reading some slight guilt. Huangs house just felt so comfortable
and nice.
The thunder seemed to have calmed down.. only being a murmur
compared to the thunderous noise of rain against the window that
streaked across.
Once she finished stripping to her underwear she went to start
the shower to let it warm up before going to the mirror to look
at herself. She tugged her long hair out of its ponytail before
stripping the rest off to get in the hot shower.

“You don’t like me?” Asked the card man his face blushing his
hands sliding off the man’s waist to chuckle to let him up to
tug the man to his face, while Freddy had some serious muscle.
Jack compensated by being taller. “But it’s important to cool
down.. if you do.. you won’t get sick.” Said the man before his
mouth went for Freddie’s with a hot kiss.

Huang Jian felt a nerve in his face twitch in irritation at
seeing Amaris so boldly pulling Gizmo back into his lap only
seconds after they'd entered the smoke room. He took a long
inhale from his pipe, held the smoke in and released it a moment
later. The smoke ring that emerged was a rather brilliant blue
in color before it faded. "You can smoke if you want but don't
do it just for me," he told Gizmo.
His eyes narrowed a bit at Amaris' hand sliding and then
gripping Gizmo's leg in a possessive way.
"Gizmo has nothing to fear from me. But if you can't keep your
hands from wandering, I'll cut them off," Jian threatened, his
eyes flashing a bright red.
He moved to take Gizmo's hand and pulled him up out of Amaris'
lap and led Gizmo to a spot two feet away from the jabberwocky's
reach and sat down, and pulled Gizmo into his own lap.
"Seeing as I can hurt you with a word, you might not want to
anger me so much...Amaris," he hissed and took another drag from
his pipe. He was referring to his magical ability that most
didn't realize he was gifted in.
"I don't care for you one bit. If I didn't care about Neo being
an Orphan, or Gizmo's feelings, I'd have killed you already.
You've already taken my arms, I'm not going to just let you
steal Gizmo's affections and attention as well. I've had
feelings for Gizmo for years, where you just happened to feel
interested in him. If you hurt Gizmo or break his heart, I'll be
the one at his side helping him heal. If you really intend on
being serious, you better not flake off," he warned.
He had to pause to take several more hits and released a meriade
of colorful rings into the air. The smoking just barely curbed
his growing relentless need to lash out at the smug jabberwocky.

Pixie knew that there were a great deal more rooms that could
have been available, but it seemed as though the servants were
in on the need to matchmake her and Alicia. Not that she minded
one bit. Even in her frazzled wet state, Alicia was a gorgeous
woman.
She waited until clothes appeared and the door started to close
before she called out a soft "thank you,"
She nodded at Alicia mentioning to go shower.
"Probably a good idea after getting chilled in the rain."
She turned her back so not to stare at Alicia as she stripped
down. Pixie was already quite drawn to Alicia though she didn't
know much about her. That didn't hold her back from stripping
out of her own clothes and following the other woman into the
bathroom a few moments later.
"Would you like help washing up your back?" She asked peering
into the shower, taking in the other's now wet body slowly. "I
know it's a bit forwards of me, but I tend to be rather bold,"

A squeak of surprise left Gizmo when he was suddenly pulled into
Amaris' lap and the possessive way he spoke. Shivering when the
man grabbed his leg like that. It seemed Huang wasn't going to
take the display laying down, threatening the Jabberwocky
before pulling the gnome into *his* lap. Then the caterpillar
continued with another threat and seemed to lay out his
grievances with Amaris. All the things that the man admitted had
Gizmo blushing quite dark, taking hits of the blue smoke as the
man spoke. He had no idea Huang felt like this about him. He
settled against the man's chest to try and ease the tension he
could feel in Huang.

A sound of surprise left Fufu when he was suddenly scooped up
into Chester's arms, a dark blush on his cheeks at the felines
excitement. It seemed the moment he was set on his feet his
companion was already stripping.
Once the man was nude did Chester scramble to get Fufu's clothes
off. The man struggling with the fancy buttons on the over the
top shirt, decided now to try and smooth things over.
Hearing what the man had to say as he was undressed softened
Fufu's eyes a little. "I... I do love you Chester... If... you
can make it right... I suppose I can forgive you... just...
please don't do something like this again... I don't want you to
hurt people because of me..." Fufu said softly as he assisted in
getting the scraps of his clothes off.
He couldn't stay angry with the man, especially when he was
quickly becoming naked in front of him. "We, we should
shower..." He suggested as he headed into the bathroom and
turned the water on, slipping in when the water was hot enough.

"Most likely has all the rooms silenced." Hatter said with a
chuckle, quite pleased for his friends who he knew belonged
together. Soon, he and his white rabbit were alone and a smirk
crossed Ben's lips when Braxton began to strip, showing off
those delightful tattoos.
The smirk widened at Brax's suggestion and seductive look the
rabbit gave Him. "I would love to continue what we started under
the table, been wanting to explore you for ages." Benny purred
seductively as he swiftly stripped off what was left of his
clothes before heading into the bathroom to start the shower,
looking over her shoulder to give the man a seductive look
himself.

Amaris pouted as gizmo was taken naturally. “My hands? As if
your fast enough.” Said the man offhandedly. But what joking
quickly left his face.
But given circumstances at least he knew the caterpillar would
now come no questions asked for gizmo. His gaze merely softened
in response at the threat of anger.
He slid back and folded his arms. He let the caterpillar pour
whatever vitriol, contempt, and anger that huang clearly held.
Once Huang was done speaking his peace, did the jabberwocky
talk seriously.”please don’t insult my child that way.. he’s a
jabberwocky as well-had I died he would do what it took to
survive.. even at his age he’s very bright… instincts would
naturally take over. You may not see it but he senses your
bloodlust- he wisely stuck with gizmo knowing he’d be the one to
protect him.Kids pick up on things like this you know..” Said
the man before he shifted.”secondly - gizmo- yes I may of gained
an interest- but whom was the one that ran out to save his and
my child’s life again?”- i speak not of me.. mind you.”He
finished before taking a breath. He then looked at huang. “If
you can be bold enough to take gizmo off my lap- then the next
time I can’t control myself- I expect you to face me and protect
them!” He said in a brash tone before he simmered down.

As for your arms.” He said pointing.”that wasn’t by my design-
meaning it wasn’t my choice.. the puppeteer.. found you to be a
threat.. so he used me to chop them off.” Said the man to shift
up, he began to pace as he kept his distance.”I had no choice
you see.. that man.. that alice of before- “ he said.”he had my
egg and threatened neo’s life.. I just couldn’t fight back.. not
with *my* child in harms way.” He said.”so.. I gave myself up..
“ he said and paused at the window.”I submitted.. to protect the
only family I had.. and that ..*vile* man directed me back
where I was almost forced to hurt not only the Alice that’s
here.. but gizmo.. and more importantly.. .. neo…” his voice
faltered - a veiled emotional tone coming out as he fought with
his female side to stay in.
“It pained me.. I was chasing down the next target and seeing
my child having to run from me- because I hesitated was when I
lost control of my own movements. Had not my claw been cut free,
was I able to keep from harming what was important to me. I
hoped she’d cut me down but.. instead I felt something give-
like I was set free.” He said. “So for your arms- that wasn’t
me. I hesitated then too, it was made as an example for what
would happen to my child the next time I didn’t listen.” He told
the man.

Alicia felt the hot water, groaning a bit as she felt the water
hit her face. She blinked and looked back at pixie asking about
washing her back. She blushed a bit.”I don’t mind really, I’ll
scrub your back too.” She said as she squeezed a bit of water
out of her hair as the dirt was clearly coming out as she
grabbed the shampoo.

Chester’s ears slowly worked up as he listened to thud speak.”I
promise I won’t do it again.. and I’ll make it up..“ he said as
he followed the man into the shower, he slid in behind fufu and
turned him a bit to press him to the side of the shower as he
dove for a kiss. He couldn’t help it. He finally had fufu back,
it worried him beyond measure for the longest time.”but first
I’ll make it up to you..” he purred softly before grabbing the
soap and rag to start gently scrubbing at the man.

Braxton made a smirk hearing hatters words to let the man start
the water. His eyes traveling down to the man’s ass before going
back up again. He pulled the mad hatter into a hot kiss before
slipping in the shower with a chuckle.”let’s clean up.. then
maybe I’ll take you?” He said in a voice that definitely
wouldn’t be expected from a bunny. It almost sounded predatory
and dripping with desire.

Huang Jian's eyebrows narrowed and his eyes flashed a bit at the
jabberwocky saying he'd insulted Neo. "It wasn't meant that way.
Just because he has what it takes to survive doesn't mean he
should have to."
He bite into his tongue, turning his gaze at the mention of Neo
picking up on his bloodlust towards Amaris. He didn't comment,
though he'd gone through something similar when his own parents
had fought around him. Many times ending with the two covered in
blood. Love wasn't a thing that he'd witnessed in his young
life. Maybe that was why it was so hard for him to open up to
others.
The second part had him slightly confused, until he figured that
Amaris was offhandedly speaking of how Alicia had stopped them
from hurting Gizmo and Neo, then made the point to tell him to
do the same if he lost control again.
"If there's no other way to stop you, I will do what needs to be
done," he promised in a cool tone.
Huang tensed, his body going almost as hard as his steel arms
when Amaris explained about why his arms had been taken how the
jabberwocky had been manipulated into doing it.
To think anyone would do such a horrific thing to a child...lit
a furious fire inside him. Even so, trusting the jabberwocky
wasn't just going to happen anytime soon.
"It seems we have a common enemy, one that needs to be stopped
before he creates more havoc in wonderland and it's people. With
what happened, I can't truly blame you for what happened. You
did what you had to. I can't change my feelings or anger
overnight, but I will make an effort to overcoming them." Jian
said a bit softly and took a rather long hit, finishing off his
pipe. "I'm going to search through the library about this
puppeteer, you can help if you'd like. If you prefer to rest, I
can show you a room," Huang Jian said as he released Gizmo and
stood up. "Gizmo You should probably rest up. Wherever you do
that is up to you," he added, trying to not be too controlling
of the gnome.

Seeing the way Alicia blushed at her question had Pixie smile a
little. So she had read the woman correctly, Alicia was into
her.
"Even better," Pixie purred sliding in behind Alicia and closed
the shower curtain around them. She moved to grab a bottle of
lightly scented body wash and began cleaning the dirt off of
Alicia's body. Some spots were dirty enough that she had to
scrub several times with the washcloth. "You are rather dirty.
Have you been falling down a lot of tunnels today?" She asked in
a teasing light tone.

The exchange between the two men was very intense and to say the
gnome was happen when it was over. He was glad they had at least
cleared the air and now the two could potentially move past
this.
"Huang, you need rest too, if you want me to rest, so do you or
I'm going to find something to work on..." Gizmo near demanded
with his arms crossed.

When Chester followed the rabbit into the shower a dark blush
colored his cheeks as the feline swiftly had Fufu shoved up
against the shower wall, their lips entangled as he wrapped his
arms around Chester. The promises to make things right lingering
in his mind.
Then, a promise to make it up to the rabbit first had the blush
darken even more. "How do you suppose you will do that?" He
questioned in a groan as the soapy rag ran over his body,
playing coy.

It seemed the seductive attempt on Benny's part hard worked
wonders as Braxton pulled him into a steamy kiss, practically
devouring him as they slipped into the shower. When his bunny
pulled back and spoke, Hatter had never been so insanely turned
on in his life. It made a shiver run through his entire body
with want and need.
"You can take me as much as you want Braxton, I'm yours...
devour me..." Benjamin purred as he pulled the man into a needy
kiss, he had never expected this out of the rabbit but he was
absolutely here for it.

Amaris seemed to nod at Huang, as he confirmed he would step in
next time. “Indeed, and don’t worry- I honestly didn’t expect
you to believe me, nor forgive me- but at least you decided to
believe me.” Said Amaris.”it’s a step at least. I can do
research tonight- I hardly sleep anyways..” said the
jabberwocky.
Amaris chuckled at gizmo telling Huang to rest as well. “Think
you better listen to treasure.. think he wants to cuddle you.”
Teased the beast as he couldn’t get over how cute gizmo was
puffing up like that.

Alicia heard the purr and kept herself from totally getting
darker at the sound. She felt the rag on her back to sigh at the
feeling of it. She heard the comment to chuckle.”more like down
a tunnel.. then a hill.. then that mess in the garden.” She said
with a sigh. “Though I think some of it was in a burrow too.”
She mused.

“Oh don’t play coy fufu.. I want to fuck you.” He said with a
smirk. His body pressing a bit against him after he let the
bunny rinse off. “Want it first here.. then the bed?” He purred
into fufu’s ear.

Braxton heard the purr and the pull into the needy kiss, after
washing a bit and rinsing did he slip down and took the member
of Benjamin to begin to suck softly before getting deeper. The
feel of the steamy water as his ears laid back with a lewd look
as he did so, groaning audibly as his tongue swirled.

Huang raised an eyebrow at Gizmo's insisting that he needed rest
himself. "sleep doesn't come easily for me," he admitted with a
sigh. "If you wouldn't mind helping me relax a bit, that could
help,"
He gave Amaris a thoughtful look when the jabberwocky offered to
do research and then brought up the idea that Gizmo wanted to
cuddle with him.
"Do...do you really want that Gizmo?" He asked searching the
other's gaze for a few moments.
"I'll show you were the library is first. Then Gizmo and I can
talk a bit more," he decided and led the way out of the smoke
room and down to the ground floor to the massive library.
Once he'd had Amaris set up and a he'd given orders to a servant
to take care of the jabberwocky he led Gizmo up to his own
private room.
"We should clean up before laying down," he suggested as he
pulled off his robe and headed into the bathroom to start up a
hot bath. Bathing was rather difficult with his metal arms and
hands he often had to get a servant to come scrub him down.

"Sounds like a very tough day," Pixie murmured in response as
she finished scrubbing off the dirt off of the others pale skin.
"Your back is all clean, want a hand with the front?" Pixie
asked in a flirty tone.

A smug smirk came to Gizmo's lips when Amaris told Huang he
should listen to him before suggesting the gnome wanted a cuddle
for the caterpillar to immediately question this. "I mean, I'm
sure cuddling is ganna happen..." was all the answer he gave. "I
can help you relax," he added before following after the two men
to the library so he could get the Jabberwocky set up to
research. Soon, Huang was leading the gnome away to his private
room.
"A bath sounds nice, let me help you get those arms off and I
can help you get scrubbed down and do some maintenance on them."
She suggested, a blush crossing his cheeks seeing the man
stripping. It didn't take prompting for him to strip out of his
own clothes before he went to help Huang get his arms off and
into the hot water where Gizmo worked on getting the both very
clean, lingering in places that seemed to get reactions out of
the man he adored.

Hearing Chester so bluntly say his desire out loud had Fufu
shivering with want, especially hearing the feline suggest
taking the hare in the shower and *then* the bed. It seemed his
beloved was *quite* pent up.
"Hmm yes, take me here, the bed... don't want to leave a surface
you haven't taken me on," purred Fufu as his hands roamed over
his Cheshire cat.

Soon the pair were clean and Hatter's breath caught in his
throat when Braxton slid down to his knees before taking
Benjamin's member into his mouth to begin to suck. That lewd
expression making him blush as his hips bucked into that hungry
mouth while his hands tangled into the rabbit's hair.
"Oh fuck!" He moaned out, unable to pull his eyes away, feeling

Amaris took a look around the library and thanked the two men
before he would see him leave. As they did so the softer side of
the woman came out- and a gentle lonely look. She turned to the
books and began to do her research. Her hands running over the
pages as her mind wandered.. every so often to the two men.

Once Chester had his permission he would help the hare brace
safely in the shower as he slowly helped the man stretch and
prepare for him before he’d fill the bunny. His hips began to
rock slowly as he held onto fufu’s waist. It felt so slim in his
hands.. his eyes trailing up the back of fufu.”that’s my hare..”
he moaned before their noises would slide in the steamy shower.
He would become faster and rougher with each plea given to do
so, his body leaning over to keep the hare up.”you sound so
heavenly my hare.. it’s hard to not stare..” he purred in his
rhyming fashion, after the few moments in the shower he would
bring the hare with him. Chester just not getting enough of
fufu, he had the man on the bed to pin his hands above him as he
began to claim him again, enjoying every cry as he watched the
hare writhe beneath him in pleasure.
“God I love that face you’re giving me!” He cried as he felt
himself building up.

Braxton continued his work with his mouth- hearing the man moan
and how his face was spurned the bunny on to make the man cum…

would get out of their own shower and getting hatter to sit on

Alicia was busy washing her front as she felt her back being
finished up. She heard the flirty tone and the woman clearly
hitting on her in the shower. Being rather sheepish- and the
fact a little surprised she was hit on- and what sounded like
pixie was wanting to touch more of her. Her arms had reflexively
covered her chest a little at first.”pixie- are you.. wanting to
have fun?” She asked as she never was the type to just throw
herself into physical contact with someone she just met.. but if
she was honest she didn’t mind the idea of fooling around- after
all the day felt stressful and her trust for others was strained
with the events that had happened.
