       Conversation Strategies Thread

       Let's discuss strategies for approaching our students about
       their futures! Consider the following questions and post your
       responses here!
       When you struggle to understand the trajectory of your student's
       future, what do you struggle with? How have you had that
       conversation with your student in the past? What was your
       approach? What went right? What went wrong? What was your
       student's reaction?
       Did you give your student an opportunity to speak? Did you
       listen? Did this conversation help you to understand their
       perspective? Did this conversation change your student's mind?
