       What Pooh Can Teach You!

Inspirational Quote: “Don't underestimate the value of Doing
Nothing, of just going along, listening to all the things you
can't hear, and not bothering.” - Winnie the Pooh
Notes from Lily: Ah the hectic and busy life! All of us are
feeling it, the treadmill of doing. It's happening in our minds
if not on our calendars. The antidote to doing is clearly
being, and if you are not being, at least for a few moments each
day, the stress is going to catch up with you!
So here's my new ritual. I'm going to stop, dead in my tracks,
and sit my little derriere down and connect with the moment.
Three times, once in the morning, afternoon and evening. I know
when I am doing this, my internal world reflects the peace I
want to feel in my external world.
So I invite you to join me starting today. Three times a
day...You can pray during this time, envision something you wish
to manifest, or simply get quiet. But do nothing daily...I love
       even writing that!
       All my love!
       Lily
