       What Are You Thinking About?

       Inspirational Quote:
"The realm of consciousness is much vaster than thought can
grasp. When you no longer believe everything you think, you step
out of thought and see clearly that the thinker is not who you
       are." Eckhart Tolle
Notes from Lily: This quote is a mind bender...which is a good
thing because we need to not only bend our minds, but gain ever
deepening levels of how they operate so we can control them. You
are not your thoughts, even though they are in your head and
traveling through your consciousness. This is one of the most
challenges distinctions you will ever have to make...what is the
distinction between the thoughts in your head and the true you.
One of the most powerful ways to catch the untamed mind in the
act is to see which are the "traps" you fall into most
       frequently.
Is it the Monday morning trap of "I have only work in front of
me this week and nothing to look forward to." Is it the ongoing
through trap that, "I'll never lose this weight." Is it the
redundant thought that you never get enough done." The repeat
thoughts that are running around in your head need to be
corralled. But that can feel like you are at times herding
       cats.
So write down the three statements that most bring frustration,
worry and unhappiness to you. Those top three are the ones that
are renting the most space in your head, so you want to have a
"power thought" to take them down.
So the "I didn't get enough done" thought can be turned into the
"I did the best I could at the time," or I'll get as much done
as I can from this moment on...and or simply "I did enough."
Don't let your thoughts steal your happiness ...you are always
one thought away from peace...what is that thought for you in
       this moment?
       All my love!
       Lily
