Tin Can sailor

Served on two WWII vintage destroyers during the Vietnam
"conflict" training Marine spotters. Shot a ton of 5" rounds
while attending to the interior communications aboard the ship.
Also spent some time on destroyer tender and auxiliary oilers.

Welcome to the forum! I've been aboard a Fletcher class
destroyer for a tour. My hats off to you. Not a very big ship at
all. i wouldn't want to be on one in heavy seas.
