'22 Tula M91 from a few years back

       A while ago I picked up a '22 Tula M91 at a local shop that I'm
90% sure is SCW. Although there is no USSR mark, it has no other
import marks at all either. The rifle has zero Finn traits at
all, as well as no typical balkan features. The stock was sanded
roughly at one point, but in a way sometimes seen on SCW rifles.
Some areas almost appeared to have been sanded with a wire
       wheel.
The receiver is a reused earlier one, with the imperial crest
defaced and stamped over with a Tula hammer. The tang has been
scrubbed and renumbered 1922. Another feature is a P on the
barrel, which Joe Leiper explained was used to denote a major
arsenal repair in the USSR in the late 20s.
Decent bore, and came with an up-side down post war 91/30 that
       someone added. Complete mismatch mioxmaster.

Is that the famous rifle from the "epic thread" on the
       7.62x54R.net forum?
