Finn Terni m38 that shouldn't exist

I was able to check out another Finn m38 Carcano this weekend
locally and immediately noticed something odd. The barrel
iscavrecycled 6.5 1895 dated barrel rebored to 7.35. The hex
shape of the chamber was contoured to semi-round and redated
1939 like my other one.
After doing some digging I had the owner send me pics of the
barrel markings since my cell had been left at home when I
looked at it in person. I posted them online and although the
Italians commonly recycled parts and barrels, etc., according to
a few experts including bugelson who lives in Finland I believe,
all Finn m38s were brand new production and not reworks. Well,
this one is double SA stamped. One over the Terni mark and once
poorly on the receiver. It's not in as good of shspe as mine but
i like it a lot. I'm picking it up next time I see the owner. My
current one will be up for sale/trade, if anyone is interested
I'll send pics.
