Too far to drive. Or swim.

I was just given a link to an auction of a sweet 1907 carbine.
With a BIN option. :) In Germany. :(

Shit. How much would that cost to get imported? By the way, I
don't care if you post live auctions on here for the time being.
I know there aren't doucherockets on here yet so until further
notice, you may post links to live auctions.

If I am reading that correctly it looks like it could be had on
a buy it now for around $2,000 plus shipping and import. Daumn!

Then it would have to be import marked. Stupid rules. I'd love
to find one of these in the wild.......

If you scroll down is says in English NO international shipping.
Hopfelly whoever gets it will post it in great detail on one of
the collecting boards. It'd be even cooler if it was this
board.

That doesn't mean it can't be bought. That just means one needs
a guy in Germany that is willing to ship internationally to buy
it for you. Sadly I don't think any of us do. There are some
collectors on the various forums that I am pretty sure do
though. DavidA for example (who lives in the Jersey Islands)
makes international purchases from multiple countries in Europe
and from the US. But....... "He's got a guy for that."
