       Newest Acquisition

       So I traded that POS Romanian captured K98 that couldn't hit a
       4x8' sheet of plywood at 25 yards and a hundred bucks for this.
       It's a "doctored up" RC. Be aware, I got this as a shooter, not
       a collector, because my other K98 is officially retired as she's
       been shot one too many times. This one looks good, feels good,
       and is worth it IMO. BCD 4 code. Here's the pictures.

       other one been "shot one time too many"?

       My other one used to be fine, and now I've shot it so much that
       I put the last nail in that barrel's coffin. The thing can't
       hold minute of man at 100 yards and I missed several shots with
       it hunting last year. I did manage to take a Doe at 100 yards
       opening weekend, but that, I'm afraid, was the "shot too many".
       After that, it hasn't shot well at all.
       I mean someone removed the shellac and black paint. It's a total
       MM as usual with RC's, but like I said, it's a shooter/hunting
       rifle, not a collector. Whoever did it, did it right, so it
       looks as-issued to the non-collector/untrained eye.

       It was worn to begin with, and I probably put a couple thousand
       through it myself. When it was working, it was insanely
       accurate.
