Chilean mauser stock

So I just got a Chilean mauser stock for $10.00 at a flea
market, no handguard however it does have the bands and bayonet
hard ware. I do not see any cartouches on the stock so were
these refurbished at some point? I see one going on gunbroker
for $75.00 so is that the going rate nowadays?

The Chileans I have seen have the crest on the butt. Not sure
about the refurb but not the last ones I saw. Cant recall if it
had an import mark or not
