Eddystone P-17 value

We all know the price of milsurps can vary greatly depending on
where you live. I was hoping to get a general approximate value
of this P-17 and any input on it. I'm using it as a chance to
learn about these as my experience is very limited.
The rifle has typical dents and dings, has a Remington stock,
and no import marks that I noticed. 10-17 barrel date. I took
photos of everything that I could get to come out clearly. Bore
is all gunked up. Hard to tell condition but it looks like a lot
of it is cosmo. There are light tool/jaw marks on the front band
like it had been clamped for some reason, but they aren't too
bad. How much is she worth guys?

Last non bubba 17 here was about 700. Was in terrible shape but
someone bought it. Not sure if they dickered or not. There are a
lot of bubba m17s but they want big money for them for hunting
rifles. At least 400 and up to way more.
